二歳の娘を含む家族で利用しました。レセプションや食事ルームに子供のおもちゃが置いてあるなど、子供が楽しく過ごせるように配慮されていました。一方で、フランス語ができないとコミュニケーションに少し戸惑うかもしれません。会計でちょっとしたトラブルがありましたが、ホテルの方に伝えることができませんでした。

都心から離れた位置にあるため観光には向かないかもしれないが、直前の予約だったため宿泊料金も安く、部屋の清潔感も十分であった。また利用したいと思った。

Good location, functional for a couple of nights, the staff was friendly and helpful. There was no elevator to go to our room, but it was only one floor.

I had two rooms for my family vacation here. It is sort of hidden not necessarily safest area connected to a bar. The pull out beds are pre made so when you open sheets on them not fresh bedding. My coffee pot had mold inside so gross to use. Our room fridge was lit but the condenser broken so not cold/ staff said three day fix we were not going to be there long enough to wait. Both rooms had ants on third day trying to get to food. Cleaning service was never done to the rooms. It is close to some local shops if you need food or pharmacy. Laundering service machine was down per the manager but laundry mat was down the street. Basically we had no amenities as promised. Never again!

Les chambres située au sous sol sont très bruyantes car vous entendez tous les bruits de canalisation…. Bref il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil léger. Dommage ou sinon demandez les chambres en étage

Nice location/ near restaurants / near the metro

Breakfast was 16 euro, and it was a plate of cheese and bread. Unacceptable. Not to mention the additonal property tax they make you pay aside from paying it online in advance.

My recent stay at Hôtel Le Richemont was delightful. Tucked away in a quiet corner, in a lively area it offered classic Parisian charm with modern comforts. We arriveded before our checkout time and the staff was able to hold our bags while we explored Paris before check-in. With 5 bags/suitcases, this ended up being a lifesaver. After checkin, we thought the room seemed small, however, it ended up being just what my family of three needed when we weren't out exploring Paris. Everyone had their own twin-sized bed and enough room to remain comfortable. While we didn't spend too much time in our room, we had a beautiful view of the courtyard while resting from our adventures.

Globalement correct, mais poussière sur le lit, la table peguet, de la poussière sur la bouteille d’eau et les verres. Le lit bébé pas du tout confortable j’ai dû faire dormir mon bébé de 6 mois avec moi. Nous avons contacté à plusieurs reprise l’hôtel car nous avons oublié un objet, aucune réponse.

First time in Paris, it was very hard to choose where to stay, but I am happy with the choice. The train station is very close, so we could easily reach the attraction points. There are many great restaurants within walking distance. The area feels safe and quiet, which we appreciate after loud, touristy areas. The room was quiet and very cute, the amenities are great too. The bathroom was nice and big. I was surprised to find a steamer for ironing clothes—for me, this is such a great tool to have in a hotel room. The staff was nice and helpful.

Clean room, comfortable and well equipped. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy access to the center by a direct metro line (line 14, newest of Paris)

Fantastic location between two different metro stations, very easy to get to tourist attractions. The staff were amazing and the room was great, very good for the price. They also have luggage storage which was very useful.

깨끗한 편이지만 시설이 노후화되어 있어요 그래도 방은 파리 숙소 치고 넓은편이에요

Chambre individuelle petite mais fonctionnelle, lit confortable et serviettes de toilettes bien épaisses. Hôtel calme. Bon accueil A 15min à pied de bercy.
