ゴンドラまでも近く、とても便利な場所でした。 音がうるさいとか口コミもありましたが、ロフトのある３Ｆだった為なのか全くそんなことなかったです。 こじんまりしたホテルでしたが、とても心地よかったです。 一つ問題と言えば風呂がシャワーのみだった事。 スキーで冷えた身体を温めるには少々役不足かもしれません。 あと部屋が暗いです。 それ以外はまあＯＫｗ

グロサリーストアとヴィレッジゴンドラまで近い使い勝手の良いホテルです。 また、無料のコーヒー、クッキー、リンゴなどのサービスがありがたい。

ホテルのスタッフは感じが良かったが、荷物を運んでくれるような人員はいないようだ。私たちはスモールパッカーだったが、荷物の大きな人たちは各自カートを下に取りに行ってチェックアウトしていた。ランドリーはないが、目の前のリステルのランドリーが使用できるので少し面倒くさいが助かった。電子レンジはあるけれど、お皿やカトラリーはない。４人で滞在していたのでコーヒーカップが足りず、あと2つお願いしたら、紙コップを持ってきてくれた。スペアはないらしい。プールを確認しに行ったら、レストランから丸見えだったので、恥ずかしくて利用しなかった。

Loft with Mountain View, excellent! Easy access to slopes, wonderful. Warm cookies waiting at 3:45 après ski, phenomenal. Weird toilet paper, disappointing.

Had friendly service at the front desk. Room was spacious but lots of dinged up walls, doors, even torn carpet. The place seemed clean but didn't feel like it since a bit dated and shower tile grout should be cleaner. We had a 1 bedroom king with mountain view. Mountain view was nice. Bedroom was larger than the living area - I think it should have been the other way around. Microwave and fridge definitely a bonus. Bed and pillows were comfy.

Room was clean and spacious. There were enough towels and robes for us upon arrival. Suite had a fridge for us to keep food for my toddler, dishes and soap. Charging stations were easy to access. Shower stall grout is due for a deeper clean, otherwise everything was tidy. Staff were friendly when at the desk. Fresh baked cookies available at the lobby with hot coffee/tea. Mountain view was nice as we had some snowy days. The hotel is right next to a nightclub that opens until 2am every night so we heard it. Luckily my toddler was able to sleep but more difficult for me with the constant background noise until 2am.

Enjoyed the loft. Room was clean and cute. Location was great. No utensils in the kitchen. No coffeemaker. Staff was a bit cold. Not very welcoming. No way to lock ski gear in the storage room. Hot tub was disgustingly dirty.

I played in whistler several times, and this time I felt the worst. The music of the bar downstairs of the hotel was too loud. I kept listening to the music of the bar in my room, and it was so loud that I felt the vibration of the music. It didn't stop until 2am in the middle of the night. I couldn't sleep at all before 2am. The music is completely unacceptable until two o'clock, and I stayed in this hotel for three days and two nights, but the attitude of several female employees at the front desk was neither smiling nor very friendly. The only employees I saw in this hotel with a smile were the two female employees who cleaned the room. Personally, I don't recommend this hotel.

飯店距離主要道路非常近，有提供室內付費停車場，印象中一晚是30塊加幣，可以停到隔日的14點。 這次訂了兩間，一間兩張Queen size的房型，一間樓中樓。 以房間來講樓中樓房型比較驚豔，兩間都可睡四人，樓中樓樓下有沙發床，但床很好睡，比沙發床舒適。 有機會還會再來。

Great location and perfect setup for a family of four! We stayed in a spacious loft room that gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. One of the biggest perks was the well-located equipment room — it made getting in and out with all our gear quick and easy, which we really appreciated. A special touch that our kids absolutely loved was the fresh cookies in the morning and again after skiing — such a thoughtful and welcoming treat! The only downside was that the hot tub and pool area could use a bit of updating. Overall though, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

The room, staff and cleanliness were good but could not sleep until after 2:30am as the base from buffalo bills fills up the room and folks outside the bar being loud. Great if you are in Whistler for the bar scene otherwise I would not recommend it.
