Be prepared for a lot of questions when calling a shuttle. Not only terminal number but also, somewhat gate number on the road, your name and phone number etc. will be asked just to call a shuttle. While they are checking their system, you will be on hold. Noise on the road can bother especially non-native speakers, resulting in longer time to communicate. In my case, I was informed that shuttle would arrive in 20 min. The fact is that it did not come. So, I had to call again, after waiting 30 min. In total, it took 50 min. to be picked up. Considering the distance from the airport to the hotel is merely 10 min. I would assume my initial request was misplaced. Even on the shuttle, you will be asked which hotel to go as Hilton has 4 properties around the airport. The shuttle driver requested the address of the hotel in my case. So, I took out my confirmation slip to tell the address to the driver. I was the only traveler on the shuttle and why and what did they ask so many questions when calling. My phone was on an international rate. Calling uber can be much faster, easier and cheaper in my case. Staffs are friendly in general, but it is not unique to this property. The hotel is designed to cater for U.S. travelers, and it seems like they paid little attention to international travelers. I felt that their convenience or standard procedures did over-weigh the convenience or needs of international travelers.
