総合評価とレビュー Willow Springs Motel

モーテル？の外観を一目見て、唖然としました。 約２週間のアメリカ旅行中、泊まったホテルの中でも１か２番目の最悪さです。 チェックイン時は、オフィスに入りたくなかったので車で待機してると、宿泊客？が何故か何人も部屋の前に椅子に座ってる姿は異様でした。駐車場から部屋に移動する際は、ジロジロ見られてるようでした。 チェックイン時の様子を主人に聞くと、受付スタッフは裸足で対応してて、予約サイトには掲載がなかったデポジットで40ドルを現金か、クレジットカードで払ってほしいと言われたそうです。 クレジットカードをデポジットとして、オープンにする場合はあるが、現金を預けるよう言われたのは、聞いたことない！ 部屋は、薄暗くカビ臭い！ 外にはチェックアウトまで一歩も出たくなかったので、チェックイン前に寄ったスーパーで買ったサンドイッチ等を食べて寝ました。 老朽化した建物は仕方ないけど、スタッフの対応や部屋の清潔さ、駐車場周辺の整備をするべきだと思います。 宿泊の手頃さで選んでしまったことを一晩中後悔しました。 それに、そんなに安くもない！ この宿泊費なら、朝食付きのもっと素晴らしいホテルはいくらでもあると思う。 二度とイヤだ！！

表通りから一本入っているので、 少しわかりにくいです。 部屋の中は特に問題なく、 部屋にドライヤーがなかったですが、 すぐに貸し出ししてくれて、 対応も良かったです。 値段相応のモーテルです。

Staff was great and it served the purpose of a cheap place to sleep. The property is old but they do their best in keeping it clean.

It was a little bit better than I thought it was going to be.... So anyway for the price you pay it's definitely not the most comfortable bed and it is a good spot if you are in a pinch and you need a place to stay

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Shady area.

No hot water for showers. No microwave or fridge either. Bed was okay but not the best. Having no hot water killed it for me. Won't be back.

The inside was wonderful it was the outside that was dirty and not very clean and made it kind of look like an old rundown apartment complex but overall it was a great stay rooms were nice well-kept and convenient for its location inside of Cheney

Not a good experience at all very dirty! And I didn’t even stay at that motel my whole trip I ended up staying at a best western

At checkin: clerk was rude. Hidden charges $15 pet fee and $40 pet deposit . Deposit was returned . Stay was not pleasurable.
