カスピ海を望む素晴らしいロケーションにあるホテルです。豪華さはないものの、シンプルで機能的です。フロントおよびドアマンも愛想がいいわけではないですが、きちんとすぐに対応してくれます。 （おそらく国民性？でニコニコしたフレンドリーな対応はあまり全体的にないのが普通みたい） あさごはんも種類豊富でおいしいし、お部屋も満足だし、向かい側にちょっとしたモールもありとても良かったです。 ここの周辺ではこのランクで一番お得に泊まれたと思います。

Good Service

立地が良くカスピ海の目の前にあります。ビジネスで利用するにはとても良いと思いますが、観光で利用するには少し物足りないと思いました。

Belle chambre si supperieur. Propre. Confortable.

We booked a room for 3 people, contacted the property in advance to inform them that we will be arriving late, after midnight and asked if the room could be prepared with the extra bed for the 3rd person so that we could have a fuss free check in. Asked again when checking in if the room was already set up, told that it should be and if not to call them from the room. Main focus of the person checking us in was trying to get us to pay for an upgrade even though we should have been offered it as part of Expedia's VIP stay. Room was only set up for 2 people, waiting over 45mins after 1am and a long day of travel for the rollaway bed to be brought to our room. Location is ok, over the road is the promenade and 10-15mins walk inland are decent coffee and food options. Our room with sea view was also facing the busy main road, you do hear a lot of the noise. It was bad during rush hour but manageable at night.

Best location . Walking distance to all tourist attractions, 12 minutes walk to Nizami street - nice shopping mall and few restaurants are just cross street of the hotel . Staff were very friendly, helpful! Special Samir at the front desk . He is amazing, speak perfect English and goes extra miles to help the guests. Also The Bar manager Shar Yar was very helpful too always trying to help us. Good housekeeping, bed was comfortable. Also breakfast was very delicious! Variety food and best Azerbaijan tea. I definitely recommend this hotel .

O hotel é ótimo, quarto confortavel, limpo, otimo cafe da manhã, localização imbatível, na orla de Baku, facil acesso para todos os lugares. Tem um shopping center em frente. Ficamos num quarto com vista para o mar, muito bom. Super recomendo!
