総合評価とレビュー Oaks Gold Coast Calypso Plaza Suites

I recommend this accommodation especially a family with small children as there was a swimming pool surrounded by grass on which you can eat or drink anything you bring quickly from your room. It is close to the beach, supermarkets and a bus stop to surfers paradise or the airport. The building is only four-stories and ceiling is relatively low which is ok with me as I don’t like tall modern buildings. Only unexpected thing was that the kitchen in our apartment does not have an oven which is usually included at holiday apartments in Gold Coast in my experiences. (As we stayed at 50 square meters apartment, maybe bigger apartments have it.)

施設のクオリティに対して価格が高すぎる

ゴールドコースト・クーランガッタ空港から15分ほどで到着。レンタカーで来ていても１Fパーキングが追加料金なしで割り当てられる。 ビーチフロントの部屋を取った。道路をはさんで、その向こうはまさにビーチ。オーストラリアにも秋が近づいてきて備え付けのブールに入っている人はなかった。清潔感ある部屋だが、設備が古くて、外国なのに変な表現だが「昭和感」がある。キッチンつきなので、飲み物を冷やしたりちょっとした料理は部屋でできる。夜の食事は、ビーチぞいの道にレストランがたくさんあり賑わっている。料金を抑えたいときは、一筋なかに入った道沿にニーズナブルなレストランがある。

WiFiの利用が有料になるのが不満です。 立地条件は抜群なので短期滞在にはおすすめです。

近くに沢山レストランなどの飲食店があったりスーパーがあって便利でした。

キッチン完備の滞在型だったけど活用できなくて残念。部屋の明かりがが白色、橙色と混在してて落ち着かなかった。バスルームはシャワーカーテンが短くてビチャビチャになります。

買い物、食事、空港に近くとても便利な場所にあり、最近のＧＣ宿泊はクーランガッタがおすすめです。サーファーズより新しくてきれい。ただ、ホテルの朝食付きプランなどがはっきりしていなくてレセプションで最初にしっかり確認必要です。ドイツ資本の安いスーパー・アルディも近いので部屋のキッチンを利用して済ませるのがおすすめです。

部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機があるので便利。

基本的な設備は整っており、それなりに清掃もされている。食事、買い物には苦労しない立地。ただし、クーランガッタ地区自体が小規模なエリアであるため、ホテルはGriffith St. 周辺であればここだけではなくどこでも立地はいいといえると思う。 ただし、今回サーフィンをしに行ったため、ホテル中庭から道１本渡るだけで、目の前の海にアクセスできる点は便利であった。サーフボード一枚持って出かけ、そのまま部屋でシャワーを浴びることができる。 ただし、空港までのシャトルバスの手配などは行っていないので、帰りの際は、自分で公共交通機関（Surfside bus）を利用することとなる。バス停は目の前だが、サーフボード2枚をスーツケース、リュックを持っていたため、なかなかきつかった。

横に長いホテルなのにエレベーターが建物の真中に一つしかないのでエレベーターから離れた部屋をあてがわれると非常に不便。部屋のテレビは映らなかったし、シャワーの温度調節も難しい。地下駐車場の騒音が激しくて大声で話さないと会話が出来ない。値段の割には設備も良くないのでクーランガッタ空港に近いのを除けばあまりお勧めは出来ない。 しかしレセプションの対応が非常に親切で好感がもてたので連泊したら気に入るホテルになるかもしれない。

チェックインはとても早くリクエストにもすぐ対応して下さいました。お部屋はたいへん奇麗で想像以上に広くてとても快適でした。今回は小さな子供を連れての滞在でしたが、設備は申し分なく大満足でした。またぜひ滞在したいと思います。

It is so handy to the beach

I had a 10-night stay at Oaks. The location was great and quiet, but the place looks and feels dated. As a solo traveller, I find the pool area not catered to adults, as it's more set up for kids, which is disappointing. So if you have a young family, it would be a great place to stay.

Great location as everything is within walking distance. Staff customer service was mixed- from grumpy and couldn’t be bothered, to pleasant and helpful. Room was very run down with lots of patching on walls but not repainted, kitchen cupboard doors hanging off, bed had to be fixed sd it wad missing legs and generally unclean- used coffee pods in sink upon arrival. No milk in fridge at all for tea and coffee. Pool nice. It was costly per night and we would not recommend it due to the state of the apartment

Our unit included all amenities that we needed and the staff were wonderful very family friendly walking distance to everything would recommend oaks Love to stay again

Would have given the 5 stars across the board but one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the amazing pool on the property which was closed the duration of our stay. There was no mention of it when I booked it and we were not told at check in. I was really disappointed.
