Este hotel cambió de cadena y lo único que hicieron fue pintar la madera de las habitaciones de color blanco degradado. Los baños están anticuados y con cosas rotas. La bañeras se tendrían que quitar y poner platos de ducha y de esta manera se ahorraría agua.

I stayed here for the San Fermin festival and I stayed for 12 days in this hotel. What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member I encountered—from the front desk to the restaurant—was courteous and eager to help. They even went out of their way to accommodate a last-minute request I had with no hassle. This was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel stays I’ve had. I highly recommend el toro hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and exceptional service. They even provide free shuttle service during the festival. I would suggest they change the menu for breakfast buffet in the morning but other than that everything was amazing 😊

Air conditioning in the room was not very efficient

Beautiful room and property. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy, clean and cozy room, lobby, and restaurant. A gem!

A very enjoyable stay as always, apart from the fact that there was a wedding reception going on and the music was a bit loud, We do find the charge for having a dog is excessive as most hotels charge half the price, I raised this point at the hotel and was told that if a pet has stayed in a room it has to be cleaned extra thoroughly but as the rooms are not carpeted I think that a much lesser charge would cover that and the other reason that I was given, was the price reflected the fact that they provide a dog cushion, a couple of little biscuits and a couple of doggy bowls which is irrelevant for anyone who travels with a large dog as the cushions are for very small dogs. my dog does not eat any food with artificial colouring or preservatives and as we are travelling we carry our own stainless steel doggy bowls, but apart from this , as I said at the beginning, an enjoyable stay with well deserved tribute to the very friendly reception staff.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms and lovely staff and restaurant

Spacious restaurant, excellent food, but standard room was disappointingly small and dark, and very noisy throughout the night, especially from cleaners and early morning deliveries.

Great hotel we always stay when enroute to/from our place in Costa Blanca. Not much near the hotel but suits us when travelling with dogs.

We had a dog with us and was surprised to be charged 20 euros for a 1 night stay.

Al estar reformado en estilo rústico el aislamiento acústico en puertas y ventanas es prácticamente inexistente, si te toca un vecino ruidoso no pegas ojo en toda la noche...
