空港からもナポリ駅からもほど近いホテルです。夜22時にナポリに着き、水を買えるところを探したらフロントで買えて助かりました。 翌朝はポンペイの遺跡観光だったので、交通の便が良いところで選びましたが、正解でした。 近くのパン屋さんが朝早くからやっていたので、焼きたてパンを買うことができました。 ホテルのスタッフはとても親切でした。

中央駅から近くて非常に便利。特に、アマルフィやカプリ島などに日帰りで行きたい方にはお勧めできます。ただ、周りが夜でも騒がしいです。宿主は、何を言っているかとても聞き取りづらいが、親切な方です。

部屋がバスルームの隣で、使っている人がいると鍵を開け閉めする音などがうるさかった。他の部屋に変えてもらえるか聞いたが、その日は満室とのことで対応してもらえなかった。 朝食はテーブルが3つしかなく、お客さんが重なると不便。（朝食時のお客さんの声も部屋まで結構聞こえた。） 場所は便利なところにあったと思う。

ナポリ駅近くのホテルです。初めて駅を降りるとちょっとビックリしますが、慣れると思います。周りには食べ物屋がたくさんあります。

ただ一つ難点なのは、わかりにくいのと、エレベーターが一回５０セント、小銭がないと乗れない。

部屋が狭くて、２人では使いづらいです。 一人であれば問題ないと思います。 ポーターさんがいない、エレベーターは有料なので荷物を運ぶのが大変です。

ホテルはナポリのセントラルステーションから徒歩５分弱と、非常に便利な場所に有る。ヌーボー城など観光地に出かける際も、近くにバス停があり、便利だった。 しかし、ロビーは２階にあり、建物の玄関が分かりづらかったのが残念。また、エレベーターは５セント取られる。（小額だが、いちいち用意するのが面倒） ホテル自体は値段と星相当だが、スタッフの対応はよく、スタッフお気に入りのレストランを教えてもらったが、そのレストランも非常に良かった。 朝食は菓子パンとドリンクで、期待してはいけない。 総合評価・・・値段は安く、交通にも便利なので、お金のない学生さんには非常にオススメ。しかし、金銭的に余裕があるならワンランク上のホテルのほうが良いかな。

入り口はわかりにくい（インターホンであけてもらう）看板は大きいが夜はわかりにくいかも。　部屋の壁は薄いです。朝食も普通の飲み物とパンのビッフェです。値段が安いのでドミ感覚をお探しならいいかと。

フロントのおじさんがとても親切で、夜テレビサロンで一緒にお酒を呑みながら、 イタリア語を教えてもらったり、まるでホームステイをしているみたいに、楽しかったです。

駅が近く快適。 価格も安く、オーナーも明るく元気なナポリらしい人だった。 ワイヤレスインターネットが使用可能。 バストイレは共用。部屋にも洗面台がある。 部屋は広くないが、好感の持てるホテルだった。 セーフティーボックスは使えないが、部屋に置いた荷物は無事だった。

Eu aconselho ficar no hotel Zara a pessoa que quer utilizar o transporte de trem e ônibus,mas realmente fiquei com medo da regiã.outra coisa foi a taxa de turismo que foi cobrada 4.5 euros por dia e por pessoa e tendo que ser paga exclusivamente em dinheiro para a categoria do hotel esse valor foi cobrado errado é diferente do total informado pelo hotéis .com então não fiquei satisfeita,no check out a pessoa se encontrava dormindo tive que deixar as chaves no balcão

Ponto central, facil locomoção para os pontos turísticos

The first room we got was very small, cramped, and facing a dirty backyard, which was a bit disappointing. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and quickly moved us to a nicer and brighter room, which made a huge difference. The area is quite rough, but the location is convenient. For a short stay in Naples, this is a very affordable option, and the helpful staff really improved our experience.

I will not recommend this hotel

Equipe de funcionários muito gentil, quarto com ar condicionado que funciona bem, cama grande e confortável e banheiro privativo, único ponto é o prédio meio velho, mas o quarto e a limpeza são razoáveis até.

If you want an experience of amenities and dining not to mention room service, this is not the place. However you pay what you get. This was located walking distance to Garibaldi train station and close to shops and coffe shops.

Clean room. Good location.

Hotel is located very close to the main Naples terminal with a lot of eating options close by. The hotel itself is very clean and maintained with one shared bathroom. The only issue I had was that there didn't seem to be quiet hours and the walls are very thin. If anyone is using the shared space at 1am like on my trip it does affect sleep.

Good Wi-Fi, clean room but very small, and bathroom and toilet shared with other guests in the hotel, not appropriate, no TV in the room, could get better accommodation for same price. 1st night was disturbed and couldn’t get back to sleep- very noisy and the guy at the reception had an altercation with someone and was shouting, disturbing guests’ sleep which was appalling. Staff were very unfriendly, no smile at all. They should learn to be welcoming to guests!
