Good location in the city center. Easy access to the major tourism attractions, including Kayseri Castle and museums.

利便が良く、ホテル内も綺麗。ただチェックイン時にホテルの利用に関する基本的な説明が一切なかったなど、ホテルのスタンスに対してスタッフの対応、気遣いが不十分。他の同等ホテルと比較しての感想です。

大きなホテルで快適ですが、ビジネスで使われるような少しかたい感じがあります。滞在時も政府系の方々が会議で来られていました。 室内プールもありますが水中キャップがが必要なため、受付で購入となりました。バイキングの朝食もおいしかったです。

Room was very clean and staff is deceant.Temparature of the room was 28.5-30℃ was very hot for me and unfixable.

Çok iyi bir otel ama biraz eskimiş

Kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve yeterli, o yüzden eklemek mantıklı olmuş. Minibarın ücretli olması biraz bu senelerde garip geliyor, ama belki Antalya'dan gelen biri olarak all-inclusive mantığına fazla alışmışımdır, bilmiyorum. Genel olarak memnun kaldığım bir ziyaretti, yeri zaten çok merkezi, herhangi bi yere gitmekte sıkıntı yaşamadım.

Odalar temiz, personel profesyonel ve kibar. 5 yıldızlı bir otele yakışır, çok çeşitli seçenekler sunan olağanüstü bir kahvaltı. Yüzme havuzu, sauna, hamam ve son derece kaliteli bir spa. Ailem bu otelde konaklamaktan çok memnun kaldı.

Berbat oda 3 kisi icin hazir degildi. Verilen odada icilmis su vardi. Hic yakismadi 5 yildizli otele. Ayrica gece resepsiyonistlerinden birinin hitap sekli hic uygun degildi.
