安くてきれいでした。

急遽宿泊することになりましたが、問題なく滞在できました。 場所もワルシャワ中央駅から近く、コスパも非常に良いホテルでした。 周辺にはショッピングモールやカフェもあり不自由ありません。 また利用したいです。

全て素晴らしかったです。到着が夜遅かったので、ルームサービスを利用したのですが、量もちょうど良く、とても美味しかったです。朝食の種類も多く充実していました。シャワーの水が、どうしても外に漏れ出て、トイレの辺りが水浸しになってしまうのだけが、困った事でした。

中央駅や新/旧市街地へは歩くと少し距離ありますが、トラムを使用すると便利です。 ホテルの設備、スタッフの対応も一流でコストパフォーマンスはかなり良いです。 夜遅い到着の場合は周りにレストランやスーパーが少ないので、予め準備されておく方が良いと思います。

旧市街、中央駅から徒歩圏ではありませんが、タクシー料金が安いので気軽にタクシーで移動できました。 ロビー、レストラン（朝食）、ラウンジも広々していて快適でした。 スパも部屋番号だけで使えました。 但し、スパのロッカーにカギがなく、皆さん持参しているようです？？ ホテル敷地にカジノ、フードコート、スーパーがあります。 徒歩５分でガイドブックに載っていたレストランに行きました。

中央駅から少し歩くが、まずまず近い方です。 部屋の設備は、当然のことながら最高でした。

基本的に問題なかったのですが、街の中心部までは２０分程度と少々離れていました。部屋やサービスは素晴らしいです。

Excellent property, friendly staff, amazing breakfast options. The gym facility is world class, and the spa is reasonably priced. Great location and within walking distance of fine restaurants, and the main train station is a 15-20 minute walk. I will definitely rebook on my next trip to Warsaw.

Great view . Clean rooms . Great location in central Warsaw. Much better than Hotel Sobieski we went to the day before. Underground hotel little pricey.

I had a mostly excellent stay at the hotel. The breakfast was superb – great variety, fresh ingredients, and the staff there were consistently warm and attentive. The Pistachio Bar also stood out with its excellent service and relaxed atmosphere – a real highlight of the hotel. The Room Turnover (cleaning service) was top-notch. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and well-stocked throughout the stay. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The reception staff could be more attentive and welcoming. Compared to the rest of the team, the front desk service felt a bit cold and impersonal, which was disappointing considering it’s the first point of contact for guests. A major downside was the swimming pool maintenance. There were recurring issues during my stay – either it was closed or not properly maintained, which was frustrating and disappointing. Also, it would be helpful if the hotel provided clearer information about the gym policy. I was surprised to learn that children and teenagers are not allowed to use the gym during the week, which wasn’t mentioned at booking. It caused some confusion and limited our plans. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it – great food, excellent cleaning staff, and some standout amenities – but attention is needed in reception, pool maintenance, and clearer guest information regarding facilities.

Very clean and comfortable great breakfast with to go cups for a coffee.

It took them over two hours after check in time to prepare my room. All that time I was waiting in the lobby, no information, no apology I had to keep checking myself if there are any updates. The swimming pool was closed and there was no info about that while I was booking the stay (swimming pool was the main reason I've chosen this hotel). I was offered membership in Hilton Honors with someone else details in the email. And a an absolute cherry on top there was a smelly bathroom. Absolute trainwreck.
