複数のホテルと居住型の混在施設。施設の敷地がとても広く、98号を隔ててゴルフ施設側(Bay側)と海(ビーチ側)に別れている。 今回は、Bay側に宿泊したので海に行くには車に乗って移動。 ビーチにstayするには、日差しが強いのでパラソルをレンタルするか持参が必須。 白い砂浜のビーチはすんでいて、本当に美しく遠浅なので子供ずれも多かった。 次回は、海側のホテルにstayしたいです。

El peor lugar para empezar tus vacaciónes, fui con mi esposa reservé para hacer la revelación de género de nuestro hijo, quise que todo fuera inolvidable y desde que llevamos hacer check in no encontraban mi reserva que ya había pagado, nos tuvieron como 2 horas y me decían que tenía pagar nuevamente el monto que ya había pagado, nos recibieron de mala manera nos entregaron las lllaves y no nos dieron indicaciones de donde estaba ubicado el building todo lo hicieron de mala manera, definidamente INOLVIDABLE MOMENTO !!

The building we were in was very poorly lit outside and difficult to find. They called that building condos and it was far from a condo so very deceiving. You were left with the impression not to dirty anything. There was a sign by elevators that said “these rooms are condos NOT a hotel”. I didn’t book a condo I booked a hotel. Very deceiving description on the reservation page. Had to take our own trash out too. The building needs a lot of updates for the price they charge. A serious disappointment that’s for sure. Not worth the $$ at all.

Front desk crushed it but everything suck. False advertising.

The staff were very courteous! And a beautiful view ofthe bay!

Very clean and quiet stay for a family trip

First of all this is not a hotel or a resort. This is a room in a condominium where you go to clean your dishes, throw your trash, clean your room. You can do all these things in your residence, why to go to an exotic location to do this. They should stop advertising it as a resort. Most of the residences are owned by owners and you are just a guest like a bed and breakfast but much worse. There was only one socket to charge my phone and that too inside a furniture so you have to bend down on ground to plug it in. They don’t replace towels or clean the room even though I stayed for 5 days. The room is so outdated. You should go there only if you plan to carry your golf swings and play in their so called resort. It is just a retirement home for people.

It was the prefect view of the bay, pleasant and clean.

Great location

Room spacious bathroom in each room a plus. Like balcony Parking good Communication with welcome staff could improve. Could not get golf cart but we were told at check-in we could. Directions and beach parking and amenities not clear

Toilet was not flushing, tub drained slow. Dusty, smelly. Staff was not nice. Not recommended.

One of my favorite places to stay when in Destin. My previous two visits weren’t the best due to construction and hot water issues but this last stay was just what I’ve always known it to be. Peaceful and beautiful. The new pool was amazing and so relaxing.
