チェックインの際、予約がないと言われるトラブルがあった。 結局先方の確認ミスであったが、こういったミスは印象を悪くするので気を付けてもらいたい。 部屋は広く快適だが、コスタリカのホテルに共通してWiFiがフロント周辺でしかつながらない。 また、レストランは質が悪く使用しなかった。 向かいのステーキハウスはステーキ以外のメニューも含め、非常においしかった。 浴槽は広いが、お湯の量に限界があるのか20%ほど貯めると湯の温度が低下した。 温泉地だけに、この点は残念であった。

5 star view from this hotel! Hawaiian-feel in Costa Rica!! We had a great 2 night stay to finish out our trip and the breakfast was great!

The hotel room was nice and clean, however, the rooms are dated. The basic rooms the beds are a bit springy, the WiFi was very spotty, it has two pools on the smaller side yet they are nice and clean. The view to the Volcano is spot on! The breakfast is good. The staff is very nice, friendly and attentive

Great quiet location. Amazing view of the volcano. Fabiola was super friendly and helpful. Everyone was super nice, sorry I can't remember everyones name but you all did an amazing job. I will definitely return and most definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was beautiful! The views of the volcano are just like the pictures .The breakfast was great. The pool was nice. Loved hearing the sound of nature when I woke up. It was such a safe space for such a great price! I would recommend this hotel. Will be coming back here again si dios le permite. PURA VIDA!

A wonderful place to stay in the area!!!

Great friendly staff, location is near to two restaurants and 5 min walk to a cafe shop and tourist center. Breakfast is tasty, local food. They have a spot where you can View of the Arenal Volcano.

Das Hotel war sehr einladend. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ausreichend.Die Zimmer waren groß und die Betten super bequem.Der Pool war sauber und angenehm warm.

The property was right off the main road which made it convenient to get to. Parking could be a bit tight depending on the day. The property had a restaurant and there was sushi outside also. The property was otherwise not walkable to get much else. Rooms were very clean and well taken care of. The bungalow we stayed in was wonderful and looked out at the Volcano. Pools were clean. The gonna were well manicured and looked after.

Great spot to stay. Impeccable views of the volcano. Easy 10 min drive to downtown La fortuna. Excursions pick you up here. Room has all the basics you need to have a great stay

Me gustó : buen y variado desayuno , carga media para VE, No me gustó : camas muy duras , almohadas muy pequeñas , el área de parqueo no es la suficiente cuando está a ocupación alta
