It was great, excellent customer service.

House keeping did not exist. We were there four days and our room was not cleaned one time

It was clean, staff was friendly

The room was really nice! The breakfast was wonderful and coffee 24/7. My kind of place!!!

Nice hotel but needs better parking

I just checked out on Tuesday 6/17 last name Moreno room 102. I complained since the cleaning person fit not clean our room after the first night and all I got was a new set of Towels….Nit Exactly what I use to expect from a Marriot Hotel!! Will appreciate any feedback!

My family and I had to spend the night at the hotel, the overall experience was very pleasant. Staff establishment great Service and amenities were all very good.

We have stayed at a Marriott property before and it was a bad experience. We thought we would try a Marriott again, and we regret it! After driving all day we were tired. We could not sleep because the room they gave us had the darkening shades missing. So only curtains. Between there bright sign and the well lit parking long, it was like daylight in the room at 1 am. After not sleeping, the shampoo is completely out. Never again…back to only stays at Hilton properties. You definitely get what you pay for.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The morning breakfast had many options and was delicious! The quiche was amazing!! The rooms and hotel was very clean. I'd absolutely stay again.

It was my sons sr yr prom. He choose to stay at Fairfield in Clovis, Nm. We called day before to assure that the juccuzzi and pool would be working they said yes it was. We check in with the rate i was quoted on internet which ended up being 20.00 more making it $180.00. Which is ridiculous but we paid it. Got situated in room went down to use juccuzzi and gate is locked because pool and juccuzzi ARE NOT working. We to front desk attendent was sitting on her boyfriends lap laughing, i then went to room to change came bk down she was no where to be found for good 20 min. Then breakfast was eggs cereal and sausage no juices available. I beleive that we should be reimbursed for our stay. 180.00 for a standard king room and no juccuzzi or pool and a half ass breakfast it unsatisfactory.

The hotel was very accommodating to our reunion of Seven friends who grew up in Clovis. We spent a lot of time catching up in the common areas and in the rooms.

The desk attendant was so friendly and kind. She was very pleasant and smiled every time we walked by. Very welcoming! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Excellent place.

Room on first floor had no privacy, looking right out to sidewalk. The only choice was to use blackout curtains, which allowed no natural light during the daytime. Would definitely request upstairs room next to E.

Our first room had a non- functional heater. We were transfered to another room with a non- functional TV. We had reserved the room for two days, but were forced to leave the first night because of illness. We were charged for both nights. I don't know if that is the policy, but it is wrong. I explained the situation to the person at the desk and she said she would check us out in the morning. This is a nice hotel, but it does seem to have issues.

They are still in a state of renovation, so I expect that I would upgrade it too excellent once the job is done.

It was in a good location with plenty of amenities around it. Rooms were clean and staff very helpful.

The hotel is being refurhished so the dining facilities are limited. But, there is a sister hotel within walking distance that has breakfast. We were in a new room that was very comfy. Staff was great.
