今回は2泊お世話になりました。 ホテルの場所はオイヤとフィラの間にあるところで、周りに何もなく、交通の便も非常に悪いです。 またホテルのスタッフは愛想はよかったですが、フロントが15:00くらいに閉まってしまいますので、色々困りました。館内もオフシーズンだから改装してるところが多く、レストランも休みであまり雰囲気は良くなかったです。スタッフの方も何かあればオフシーズンだからオフシーズンだからと連呼してましたが宿泊客には関係ありません。はっきりいってほぼ民泊でした。ただ、中には優しい男性のスタッフの方々がいて、周りにレストランもなくタクシーでいくと数分の距離でも6500円とられるので困っていたら、レストラン開けましょうか？と言ってくださり本当に助かりました。ちなみにサントリーニはタクシーが非常に高く、最低6500円くらいは必要なのでが注意ください。行く時はレンタカーなどされた方がいいと思います。

This hotel is located between large cities. You will see perfect milky way stars as you enjoy comfortable stay in large room and nice bed. Friendly staffs will make your stay more comfortable and pleasant.

シーズンも終わりに近い事もあり安い価格でグレードも低めの部屋に宿泊しました。 部屋自体はオーシンビューでは無かったもののホテルの敷地が広いのであちこちにあるテラスやプールサイドから海や夕日を見る事が出来ます。 サービス面でもウェルカム・ワインなどあり細かい融通も聞いていただき申し分ないです。 立地的にはイオ・フィラと言ったメインの街から離れているのでとても静かです。近くの街のイメロヴィグリからも離れているためホテルでゆったりしたい人や何回かサントリーニに訪れていてあまりアクティブに動かない人向けではないでしょうか？ 価格に対しての部屋・サービス・ホテルからの景色など満足のいくものでした。

We stayed there for 3 nights and overall we are happy with the place. The best thing about this hotel is the view of caldera and its quiet surroundings. They have one main pool with the bar on the side and 2 more quieter infinity pools and they were gorgeous! And we had a very good impression of the staff, Georgina. She was very helpful in giving us recommendations re where to go and which near by restaurants to go and we ended up following lots of her recommendations and really enjoyed it. And complimentary bottle of local wine was a great touch! Down side was the room. It was pretty small and our shower kept flooding. It is in the peaceful quiet area but getting around could be a bit tough without a car. We recommend renting the car.

me encantó el Hotel, a pesar de que llegamos muy tarde Nick se portó súper amable para hacer el check inn. Las instalaciones están hermosas, el cuarto muy bonito la cama y las almohadas, cómodas el baño grande, botella de vino de cortesía. Muchos detalles de bienvenida, la vista increíbl, en general, todo excelente definitivamente, cuando regrese a Santorini me hospedaré en Rocabella 10000000|/10

Excellent hospitality and great hotel . I would recommend everyone to stay here and it’s worth the money . As I mentioned in the feedback to the hotel staff the area outside of the rooms can get really slippery during rain or high moisture conditions and the hotel should do something about it like ex:- anti-skid coating or other options available. The gym needs to be fully setup and completed

Wow ! Amazing service! Christianna was an exceptional host. She was attentive and in top of everything. As a solo traveler she made me feel safe and recommended the best in Santorini. Highly recommend them for your next Santorini booking

We were scrambling last minute to find a place because we decided to travel from ferry to Santorini and we didn’t know you’re suppose to book 48-72 hours in advance. I booked online and then called the after hours and someone came to meet us at the reception desk. They were very welcoming and helpful with suggestions of places to eat and places to go. The villa had a spectacular view. We would definitely go back and highly recommend this beautiful place. Thank you.

This Hotel is exclusive private place has wonderful views and sitting! The staff is just outstanding, friendly and loyal to their work! I will be back to this Hotel next time!

El hotel está en una área increíble, muy lindo el lugar, el personal también, lo único que la última noche nos queríamos bañar por qué teníamos que salir a las 4:30 am y no había agua caliente y está muy frío por ser mes de marzo y como cierran la recepción a las 5 pm no hay donde reportarlo y a las 3 am que nos despertamos no teníamos luz, lo que se quedó prendido es todo lo que funcionaba, todo lo de más no hubo manera de prenderlo, tuvimos que usar los teléfonos para poder alumbrar todo, muy frustrante!

Beautiful view. Excellent service. Staff went above and beyond. Rooms were nice and spacious. Only thing I didn’t like was the mini plunges were not heated and ice cold !
