スタッフの方の対応はよかった。 浴室の扉が閉まらないのが気になった。

Staff at the reception were nice and friendly. The room was spacious and breakfast was good. The location is very nice. I was planning to stay there only for one day but stayed there for 3 nights. I’ll definitely stay there again.

ホテルの立地は最高でした。 ベッドもふかふかで寝心地も良かったです。 海へは直結、スークへも歩いて5分程度で便利な場所でした。 スーパーで買った飲み物を持ち込もうとしたらフロントで没収され、そのまま返されませんでした。 また、スースへ訪れな際は宿泊したいホテルです。

駅まで歩いて2分もかからず、旧市街やビーチにも徒歩5分程度で着ける。ホテルはとてもきれい。朝食・夕食はビュッフェでいろいろ選べる。

駅もメディナも徒歩圏で大変便利な場所。プライベートビーチあり。バスタブもあり快適。朝食も種類が豊富。

Great beachfront location and two nice pools. Food is good. Staff friendly and helpful. Room condition is poor. Furniture outdated. Rugs are filthy. Aircon doesn’t cool. Room has heavy, unpleasant musty smell.

Déçue de mon expérience, la propreté laissait à désirer,le frigidaire ne marchait pas ni le wifi dans ma chambre, le coffre fort était également inaccessible. Je ne recommande pas ce établissement.

NO INTERNET OR SO SLOW IN THE ROOM, Terrible customer service, Dirty food specially breakfast, Slow and very few customers reps and employees! It’s not worth staying 5 star hotel with careless service .

Hotel was good but tye air conditioner was not working so it was really hot in night

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. The food is good. The staff are respectful. Cons: 1/ The spa, gym and pool closes at 7 pm. I think it is very early and I could not get a chance to workout since I workout best at nights. 2/ The massage services are not that professional. 3/ The hotel rooms are comfortable but for a 5 star hotel, they are a bit worn out. All in all, the price performance is good.

Hotel en general bien pero tiene sus detalles, muy céntrico, cerca de la medina, muy buena atencion del personal, el cuarto que me toco con mobiliario viejo y descuidado, se ve que fue muy buen hotel en su tiempo pero hoy en dia algo descuidado, la playa muy bien mas por estar en el centro lidias con gente local y hay uno que otro molestando a los turistas.
