9日の滞在で、メイクアップルームが3日位されなかった。沢山のメールではアップグレードしますとか言ってるのに、全くなかった。部屋の向きを変えてほしかったが、これも満室という事で駄目でした。

日本にレッドロックから沢山メールがきて、up grade するとか40%オフとかリゾートフィを安くするとか色々宣伝文句はおおいけど、聞いたら大したことないという事がわかりました。

ベッドと枕は最高でした。本当に良く眠れました。 ただひとつ問題だったのは、レストランです。 和食の店は高くて不味い。 ラーメン屋はメインのコックが変わったとの事でしたが、豚骨ラーメンは味が薄くて、これも最悪でした。 タイ料理の店もどうもコックが「ガパオ」も知らないし作った事もないようでした。 和食の店と中華の店とタイ料理飲み物は避けた方がいいでしょう。

Once I got my bearing the resort was very walkable. It had all the amenities and more. There were plenty of places to eat that were top notch

The hotel itself was very nice and well-maintained. However, for being off the Strip, the pricing felt a bit high. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately, one server at the on-site restaurant was extremely rude and clearly unhappy in her job, which changed my impression from an otherwise perfect staff experience. The pool hours were also disappointing — it closed at 5 p.m. despite the beautiful weather. The property was very clean overall, though there was a noticeable smoky smell throughout. The VIP area was comfortable, clean, and offered a nice selection of snacks.

The hotel is conveniently located near Red Rocks National Park and offers easy access to the highway. Dining options are diverse and the Downtown summerlin and offering a variety of restaurants, is also within walking distance. A Costco is also nearby. Check-in was quick, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel also features an outdoor pool, an indoor spa, a movie theater, and a food counter. I stayed in an executive corner room, which was spacious and offered a stunning view of the Las Vegas cityscape. Overall, this is a trustworthy and highly recommended resort.❤️❤️❤️👌👌👌👌
