日本にレッドロックから沢山メールがきて、up grade するとか40%オフとかリゾートフィを安くするとか色々宣伝文句はおおいけど、聞いたら大したことないという事がわかりました。

ベッドと枕は最高でした。本当に良く眠れました。 ただひとつ問題だったのは、レストランです。 和食の店は高くて不味い。 ラーメン屋はメインのコックが変わったとの事でしたが、豚骨ラーメンは味が薄くて、これも最悪でした。 タイ料理の店もどうもコックが「ガパオ」も知らないし作った事もないようでした。 和食の店と中華の店とタイ料理飲み物は避けた方がいいでしょう。

空港のレンタカー返却場所まで２０分と便利で、駐車場は無料。バレーパーキングは、チップのみで利用可能（５＄程度？）で便利。ボールパークが見える客室で、高層階のため周辺の山がきれいに見える。急きょ３Ａのナイターを見に行くことにしたが、徒歩５分と近く、とてもきれいな球場で楽しめた。プールへ行く専用のエレベーターがあり水着のまま行くことができ、プールサイドでゆっくりできる。Wi-Fiは登録時に有料の選択画面が出てきて驚いたが、通常速度を選択するとＴＶの料金確認画面には表示されるものの、精算時には無料となっており心配ない。お風呂の浴槽も深くゆっくり滞在できるおすすめのホテルです。

Best hotel in Vegas!

It was quick as explained to the front staff. We got here VERY early so we thought we’d go for a swim. Check in was not for a couple of hours so the staff let us check in early so we could use the pool. That small gesture, while we know it’s not common in this industry, cemented our positive review and future recommendations to Red Rock. Classy move.

Loved the room - spacious, up to date, very clean. Valet and bell persons were helpful. One significant drawback was the refrigerator - it was locked. I could not store leftovers from eating at one of their restaurants. When I inquired at the front desk, the person replied in a condescending tone that she had traveled worldwide (as I)

Spectacular views of the Vegas strip and beautiful surrounds! The property was very clean and staff were super friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend!

Very clean and spacious rooms. We had an issue with the bathroom light and it was promptly taken care of. Had a great view and plenty of dining options.

I hadn’t stayed at the Red Rock since it opened and it was just as nice and quiet as I remembered. I would certainly recommend staying here with your family if you want to stay off the strip.

Great resort with friendly staff. The pool is beautiful and the Lotus of Siam restaurant is fantastic! Also got great drinks at the Rouge Room which has a great vibe! Wonderful staycation!

Overall our stay was good - the property was clean and well maintained, the rooms were lovely, we loved the location, and the pool was beautiful and the poolside food was delicious. However, there are a couple of things that will keep us from staying there again. First, the beds were way too soft, like sleeping on a pillow instead of a mattress. Had I been sharing the queen mattress I would have felt like I would roll off the edge all night. Second, the staff at the poolside bar when we sat at the bar were not very friendly and helpful at all. We felt like an inconvenience and basically ignored. Made us very uncomfortable. In contrast, our server the next day when we were lounging poolside was awesome. The food was delicious too. However, thirdly, I don’t know who in management made this decision, but the music at the pool was so ridiculously loud!! We all felt like we were at the club and couldn’t even relax or have a decent conversation. Even the people around us were commenting on it too. It’s a beautiful pool area with comfortable loungers and nice shade, the water was so refreshing and clean, but for heavens sake - turn the music down! We could even hear it in our room on the 16th floor. No way could we take an afternoon nap in our room, let alone poolside. For this reason alone we will not be returning. Please consider turning the club music down!

Pool area is as loud as a rock concert. We couldn't even have a conversation between ourselves poolside which I found crazy bizarre. Won't be staying there again for this reason alone it was so bad.
