ロケーションは良い。あの教会から徒歩7分くらい。レストランもいろいろ、スーパーマーケットもある。また静か。そのせいもあってドアtoドアの送迎は無く教会のバス停まで出る必要ある。基本キレイだが、水道からの硫黄臭がするので垂れ流ししてのボトルへ入れる事が必要

立地がいい、近くにスーパーやレストランもあるので探す事に苦労しない。バトルグリムス教会から程よく離れた住宅地なので静か。ただ、送迎バスは教会にしか止まらないので少し歩く。水道水は飲めるが硫黄臭がするので蛇口開けて少し時間開けると臭いは消える。

ハットグリムス協会から5分程度なら所にあり、メインストリートとも近く、アクセスの良い場所にありました。朝食付きにしましたが、シャンパンも飲めて豪華でした！アイスランドのスーパーなどやお店も閉まるのが早いので、日中観光して夜に朝ご飯の買い出しとなると難しいので朝食を付けることをお勧めします。(劇場ホールの方まで行くと遅くまで空いてるコンビニがありますが割高で冬場は極寒なのでおススメしません)お部屋は浴槽付きではないお部屋でしたが清潔で使いやすかったです。ベットも広い！ 棚はサブバックなど細々としたものを収納できるスペースがあっていちいち片付けたりせず助かりました。 あと、帰りの飛行機が格安航空だったのでバウチャー出力が急遽必要と分かり、お願いしたら快くプリントアウトしてくださいました！(お金は大丈夫と言われましたがチップをお渡ししました)最終日も荷物を預かってくれたりと(途中カメラだけ取り出させてくれたり…お手間掛けました…)スタッフさんが気さくでとても過ごしやすいホテルでした。

特に問題もなく快適に過ごせました。ただ、シャワーは気をつけないと、トイレの方まで若干水漏れしてしまう感じでした。

かなり遅い時間のチェックインや、日にちが空いた宿泊でも荷物預かりも快くやってくれたのが嬉しかった。 連続して宿泊したとき清掃もしてはくれるが、シャワールームは、もう少し綺麗にして欲しかった。

チェックイン時に、バス給湯設備が不備で直すように言ったが、その時の受付係の男性がイラついた口調で応対したことが、極めて不愉快だった。他の 日の彼以外の担当者はまともだったので、初日の彼だけが異常だったのかもしれない。他はまずまずで、特にレストランの評判はよいようです。それにしても、当地のホテルとレストランの価格が高いことは、想像以上でした。 KY

The staff is super nice. Great restaurant! A bit noisy until midnight but I guess that's Icelandic culture.

The water and bathroom had a very strong sulfur smell. Water did not taste good. Door to outdoor stairs did not lock

This hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance to all major tourist sites in town. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly when we asked about taxis and early breakfast. The only small negatives I have from my short stay was that there was peeling paint/potentially ceiling mold spot above the shower and there was no real closet/drawer space for clothes. The rooms were very spacious in size so not having the closet or drawers was not an issue for my short stay because there was plenty of space to keep your suitcase on the floor. The rooms and bathroom were clean. They use a physical lock and key as entry to your room, which I'm noting only because it's unusual to people from the USA. I would definitely stay here again!

The help and welcome from the staff were very good. They wanted to make sure we were familiar with where points of interest were, the parking app and how it works, and that a good breakfast was included. We did find the room small, but comfortable.

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning well before check in time and asked if we could store our bags until later. The staff was helpful and the front desk clerk very kindly found us an available room which turned out to be an upgrade so we were able to check in immediately. The room was spacious, very clean and had a stairway that led to a loft where there was a small sofa and a second TV. Breakfast was not included but there is a restaurant on the premises where we enjoyed very good breakfasts. The hotel is well located in Reykjavik, close to shopping and some wonderful bakeshops for early morning treats. We would happily stay here again.

Deutsch: Charmantes Hotel mit viel Charakter in perfekter Lage mitten im Herzen von Reykjavík. Das Haus ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber dadurch seinen eigenen Charme. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich, allerdings sollte man wissen, dass das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist. Es gab keine klassischen Verdunkelungsvorhänge, sondern nur weiße Rollos, sodass es nachts recht hell blieb. Das kleine Badezimmer mit Duschkabine war funktional. Da es keine richtigen Fenster zum Lüften gab, war die Luft im Zimmer teilweise etwas abgestanden. Trotz dieser Punkte haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen – besonders wegen der zentralen Lage, der besonderen Atmosphäre und des freundlichen Charakters des Hotels. English: Charming hotel with lots of character in a perfect location in the heart of Reykjavík. The hotel is a little dated, but this adds to its unique charm. Our room was cozy, although guests should know that the hotel is quite noisy due to thin walls. There were no proper blackout curtains, only white roller blinds, so the room remained quite bright at night. The small bathroom with shower was functional. As there were no proper windows for ventilation, the air in the room sometimes felt a little stale. Despite these points, we enjoyed our stay, especially because of the central location, unique atmosphere, and friendly character of the hotel.
