ロケーションは良い。あの教会から徒歩7分くらい。レストランもいろいろ、スーパーマーケットもある。また静か。そのせいもあってドアtoドアの送迎は無く教会のバス停まで出る必要ある。基本キレイだが、水道からの硫黄臭がするので垂れ流ししてのボトルへ入れる事が必要

立地がいい、近くにスーパーやレストランもあるので探す事に苦労しない。バトルグリムス教会から程よく離れた住宅地なので静か。ただ、送迎バスは教会にしか止まらないので少し歩く。水道水は飲めるが硫黄臭がするので蛇口開けて少し時間開けると臭いは消える。

convenience area. Some people says nighttime is noisy, but I don't care about it. Parking is street parking; plz ask the front.

ハットグリムス協会から5分程度なら所にあり、メインストリートとも近く、アクセスの良い場所にありました。朝食付きにしましたが、シャンパンも飲めて豪華でした！アイスランドのスーパーなどやお店も閉まるのが早いので、日中観光して夜に朝ご飯の買い出しとなると難しいので朝食を付けることをお勧めします。(劇場ホールの方まで行くと遅くまで空いてるコンビニがありますが割高で冬場は極寒なのでおススメしません)お部屋は浴槽付きではないお部屋でしたが清潔で使いやすかったです。ベットも広い！ 棚はサブバックなど細々としたものを収納できるスペースがあっていちいち片付けたりせず助かりました。 あと、帰りの飛行機が格安航空だったのでバウチャー出力が急遽必要と分かり、お願いしたら快くプリントアウトしてくださいました！(お金は大丈夫と言われましたがチップをお渡ししました)最終日も荷物を預かってくれたりと(途中カメラだけ取り出させてくれたり…お手間掛けました…)スタッフさんが気さくでとても過ごしやすいホテルでした。

特に問題もなく快適に過ごせました。ただ、シャワーは気をつけないと、トイレの方まで若干水漏れしてしまう感じでした。

かなり遅い時間のチェックインや、日にちが空いた宿泊でも荷物預かりも快くやってくれたのが嬉しかった。 連続して宿泊したとき清掃もしてはくれるが、シャワールームは、もう少し綺麗にして欲しかった。

The location was wonderful. It is within walking distance of the major attractions. The rooms were comfortable. They are warm and do have the sulfur water smell people mentioned. We would definitely stay here again for the location and friendly staff.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel...helpful staff, on prem delicious food at restaurant, right next to all of the action, etc. Plan to stay there again!

Excellent location. We stayed 3 days. Enjoyed Loki Cafe,, the church and various souvenir shops before going on the cruise. Convenient location to small food market to buy drinks and sundries. Not good for parking great for walking everywhere.

Great hotel in the central heart of Reykjavik room was small but quite fine. Just a couple blocks from Hallgeimskirkja in one direction and the government district in the other.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. We left our luggages in the hotel storage room, it is very big, I did my last packing in the storage room before leaving the hotel for airport.

Staff very helpful. Room very clean and tidy. Snaps in-house restaurant excellent.

Only complaint is the shower. It was EXTREMELY slippery and dangerous. This needs to be addressed. Otherwise excellent, great location, good breakfast, nice staff.

The hotel is located right next to restaurants and shopping. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The immediate area was quiet. Public transportation was nearby and easy to use. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is very old for the price

I'm not sure how this is classified as a 4 star hotel - we stayed at 2 others in the city both way nicer but with only a 3 star rating! The location of this hotel was great as was the staff - the man who checked us in and organized the taxi for us was great - but that is where it ends. Although our actual room was clean, it was small and not a lot of room for luggage. But the hallways were the worst - they need to be redone the carpet is awful and stained. The temperature in the room was also way too hot. I would not stay here again nor recommend it.

We booked a Deluxe Double Room, which really didn’t reflect the standard of the room we stayed in, and the price we paid. The room was just basic, though did have a fridge. The bathroom could not have been smaller. With hindsight, we probably should have complained, but after such a long day, by the time we got our bags in the room we didn’t have the energy. There is paid on-street parking close by, and the parking region P2 wasn’t overly expensive as we didn’t need to pay overnight. It was worth it for the convenience. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and was the best bit about our stay.
