Paola, Sara, Valentina, and Francesco at the front desk were most welcoming, attentive, and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and the tennis courts. The morning breakfast staff was hard working, very kind, and efficient as well. The lifeguards Federico and Stefano were friendly and helpful. Lovely experience at the UNA Forte dei Marmi.

Bell hotel appena fuori dal casello e comunque non lontano dalla spiaggia e bagni. Pulito, ben tenuto, camera grande, servizi adeguati, parcheggio. Ottima esperienza.

L’hotel ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, gli interni sono moderni e si può usufruire di piscina e campi da tennis. In linea di massima lo consiglio! Forte è raggiungibile comodamente in bici o auto 😊

We travel by car free parking was great ,room was a good size and modern and clean , delicious breakfast really enjoyed the fresh fruits my wife and I totally enjoyed this hotel and strongly recommend and hopefully in the near future we’ll come back

Catastrophique du début jusqu’à la fin, nous sommes venu dans cet hôtel pour la piscine, en ces beaux jours où il fait 30degrees, le premier jour impossible de mettre un pied dans la piscine vu qu’elle était en maintenance. Oui car c’est tout à fait logique de faire la grosse maintenance de la piscine le week-end de Pentecôte. Le lendemain malheureusement même scénario on nous a promis de pouvoir accéder à la piscine vers midi, il s’avère que c’était pas possible car ils arrivaient pas à nettoyer la piscine au final à 15:00 non plus. On a dû faire 10km de voiture pour accéder à une piscine d’un autre hôtel enfin à ce niveau là j’aurais pris une nuit tout simplement dans une autre ville (Florence/Pisa/La Spezia). Je trouve qu’il manque beaucoup de sérieux pour ce genre d’établissement qui est en réalité très adapté aux conférences/seminaires mais en aucun cas pour un séjour détente. Je ne reviendrais plus jamais dans cette chaîne d’hôtel, je suis extrêmement déçu. Je préfère dans ce cas rester en France et faire un vrai hôtel capable d’offrir l’intégralité des activités proposées.

Great team at the hotel, parking free available. Not walking distance to town but they have bikes and you can drive. Great rooms and great price.

Riscaldamento fuori controllo, 28 gradi in camera e nessuna possibilità di abbassare, neanche chiamando la reception che è l'unica che può modificare il parametro temperatura (i termostati delle camere sono bloccati). In sintesi notte con la finestra aperta (luce, rumore macchine perché di fianco ad autostrada etc e temperatura comunque calda). Veramente indifferenti, a parte il disagio manifestato, a tematiche ambientali e alla sostenibilità. Non tornerò.

Ottimo hotel, camera silenziosa, spaziosa e pulita.

Zimmer waren hell, Bad sauber, leider ging die Klimaanlage um diese Jahreszeit nicht mehr und es war zu warm im Zimmer um gut zu schlafen. Fenster öffnen war keine Option wegen der vielen Stechmücken. Frühstück ist mittelmäßig und frisches Rührei oder Omelette nur gegen Aufpreis. Personal sehr freundlich.
