The staff is kind, room is clean and good location, but Wi-fi doesn't work in the room.

市街中心部や駅からも歩いてすぐなので、ロケーションは悪くない。部屋もバルコニー付きで広かった。が、部屋の床は髪の毛だらけ、シーツにも毛や砂が付着しており清潔感はゼロ。ティッシュすらなく、四つ星ホテルとは到底信じられない。部屋に掃除機をかけるようメモを置いておいたが、かけてくれず、フロントにお願いしてようやく少し綺麗になった。四泊してシーツ交換は一度もなし。設備も全体的に古く、昔ながらの田舎の旅館といった風情です。

5階のシービューの部屋に泊まりましたた。 部屋は広くて、小さなバルコニーもあり、眺望も良かったです。

思ったより立派なホテルでした。 朝食は、ひととおり揃っていて美味しかったです。 パンの種類が豊富だと思いました。 サラダはありませんでした。 部屋も広さは十分にあり、アメニティーも揃っていました。 ホテルの前の通りは、交通量が多く、朝からにぎやかです。 立地は、駅から近くてよいのですが ホテルの予約サイトから取った地図が分かりづらく 到着の日は、なかなか見つけることができず せっかくの立地条件をいかせませんでした。 駅から歩かれる方は、注意した方がよいと思います。

So happy with our hotel, great location, not noisy as it’s the street behind the main strip. Nice rooftop, beautiful gardens, would highly recommend.

Hotel was absolutely beautiful, in a perfect location to explore sorrento. All of the staff were so lovely and helpful and we even got an upgrade to a suite which was absolutely gorgeous. The room was lovely and we loved our sea view balcony. The breakfast was brilliant every day and the garden outside was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely stay the staff were helpful and friendly . The hotel is spotlessly clean . Excellent location in the centre of Sorrento and easy access to the train station and bus station and also not far from the port to get the ferry . Room on 5th floor was a good size recently refurbished and had a great walk in shower . Hot water was always available and toiletries available. Breakfast was ok nice waiters but lacked some better quality ingredients . Overall would recommend and would go back

Nowhere to get water after hours. Need vending machines on the main floor or on every floor. Rooftop area closes too early (6:30pm). Underground parking is very tight. Other than that the place was clean and quiet.

Our stay was pretty close to perfect here. The location was near the main square and there was parking (paid) on premises. Everything in town was an easy walk and getting the car when needed was not a problem. The breakfast buffet provided was very extensive and service was excellent. Room had a great bed and a balcony with a slight view of the water. The front desk helped us book a boat to positano and amalfi.

The hotel and the room were great, but AC didn't work and it was pretty hot.

El desayuno es bueno, el hotel es bonito y está muy bien ubicado, solo considerar que no tiene plancha disponible para la ropa.

Terrific stay. Staff great. Included breakfast is vast! Room is great. Location is 3blocks from city center. Walkable to tran station which has great acess to Pompeii. Cleaning staff does detailed work. Front desk checin and help excellent.

Bra frukost, inget att klaga på. Vårt rum på femte våningen var väldigt lyhört. Trafiken var ganska intensiv sen kväll och tidig morgon.

Everything was close by, within a couple minutes walk you were in the heart of the city. the only thing was that they have centralized heating and air, so they turn on heaters till April...then air. we went in march and rooms were warm so it was real stuffy in the rooms.

Excellent location for getting about, staff really friendly and helpful, hotel immaculate, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is there was only one plug socket in room and there was no tea or coffee facilities in the room which is pretty basic for most hotels.

Rooms are hot , no AC,linen and sheets and Bed bad quality
