The staff is kind, room is clean and good location, but Wi-fi doesn't work in the room.

市街中心部や駅からも歩いてすぐなので、ロケーションは悪くない。部屋もバルコニー付きで広かった。が、部屋の床は髪の毛だらけ、シーツにも毛や砂が付着しており清潔感はゼロ。ティッシュすらなく、四つ星ホテルとは到底信じられない。部屋に掃除機をかけるようメモを置いておいたが、かけてくれず、フロントにお願いしてようやく少し綺麗になった。四泊してシーツ交換は一度もなし。設備も全体的に古く、昔ながらの田舎の旅館といった風情です。

5階のシービューの部屋に泊まりましたた。 部屋は広くて、小さなバルコニーもあり、眺望も良かったです。

思ったより立派なホテルでした。 朝食は、ひととおり揃っていて美味しかったです。 パンの種類が豊富だと思いました。 サラダはありませんでした。 部屋も広さは十分にあり、アメニティーも揃っていました。 ホテルの前の通りは、交通量が多く、朝からにぎやかです。 立地は、駅から近くてよいのですが ホテルの予約サイトから取った地図が分かりづらく 到着の日は、なかなか見つけることができず せっかくの立地条件をいかせませんでした。 駅から歩かれる方は、注意した方がよいと思います。

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily come back again. Getting from Naples to Sorrento was a bit challenging for us. We had several suitcases, a baby, the weather was very hot, and we were exhausted by the time we arrived. From the moment we walked through the doors, the reception team made us feel genuinely welcome. They were incredibly kind, immediately noticed how tired we were, and even spent time smiling and playing with our baby, which meant a lot to us. As a lovely surprise, they upgraded us to a larger, newly renovated room at no extra cost. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the start of our vacation even better. Throughout our entire stay, every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist us. They recommended excellent restaurants, answered all our questions, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was great, and the rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. To be honest, when we booked the hotel through Hotels.com, we thought it looked like a decent hotel for the price. But after arriving, we realized it was even better in person than the photos suggested. It truly exceeded our expectations. The location is another huge advantage. It's less than a two-minute walk to the heart of Sorrento, making it the perfect base for exploring.

The hotel staff were so friendly, attentive and accommodating. The property was very clean and the rooms were quite spacious for Europe. The location was quite close to the main square and not too far the beach and only a 5 minute walk to the train station. The pool was wonderful on the hot days! Highly recommend!

Muito bem localizado, perto da estação de trem e da praça central de Sorrento. Quarto espaçoso e banheiro ótimo.

Excellent location for the centre

We really loved our stay at this hotel. Its so close to everything, we easily went through the back entrance to walk into town center and the docks and the train station is barely a 5 minute walk away. We got an upgrade to our room upon checking in and the new remodeled rooms that are offered are absolutely gorgeous, very spacious and very well done. The staff was very kind, the bartenders at the pool were excellent, we grabbed breakfast which was free with our stay a few times as well. We had a very good experience and would stay again if we come back to Sorrento.

Heel fijn verblijft gehad in dit hotel. We verbleven hier als basis voor onze trip naar de Amalfi kust. Hele lieve dame bij het inchecken die alles uitlegde en tips gaf voor de omgeving. We hadden een gerenoveerde kamer en die was heel fijn, schoon, mooi. Het hotel heeft een achter ingang wat heel fijn is, via daar loop je direct het centrum in. Dat scheelt een stuk omlopen in plaats van de hoofdingang. Ontbijt was prima, niet super uitgebreid maar gewoon goed. Enige minpuntje vonden wij dat het op de gangen best gehorig is. De gangen zijn lang en omdat er geen tapijt ligt maar een pvc vloer kan het best gaan galmen. We hebben een paar keer gehad dat we in bed lagen en als andere gasten laat thuis komen en gaan praten op de gang dan kun je dat heel goed horen. Op de balkons staan zware metalen stoelen, dat is ook niet zo handig want als iemand opstaat of zo’n stoel verschuift dan dreunt dat door naar alle omliggende kamers. Lichte plastic stoelen zouden praktischer zijn. Al met al fijn verblijf gehad en zouden dit hotel zeker aanraden.

So happy with our hotel, great location, not noisy as it’s the street behind the main strip. Nice rooftop, beautiful gardens, would highly recommend.

Hotel was absolutely beautiful, in a perfect location to explore sorrento. All of the staff were so lovely and helpful and we even got an upgrade to a suite which was absolutely gorgeous. The room was lovely and we loved our sea view balcony. The breakfast was brilliant every day and the garden outside was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely stay the staff were helpful and friendly . The hotel is spotlessly clean . Excellent location in the centre of Sorrento and easy access to the train station and bus station and also not far from the port to get the ferry . Room on 5th floor was a good size recently refurbished and had a great walk in shower . Hot water was always available and toiletries available. Breakfast was ok nice waiters but lacked some better quality ingredients . Overall would recommend and would go back
