If they set the kettle for hot drink for any rooms then much more preferable!!

セントラル駅からは遠いですが、ショッピング街に近く滞在するにはいい場所です。内装のユニークさ、中庭付きの部屋の快適さと大満足でした。このホテルに限らず今回の旅行でNHグループのクオリティは文句なし、選んで安心のホテルだと思いました。

ドゥオモや王宮まで歩いてすぐで、ロケーションは最高でした。スタッフはおおよそ感じがよかったです。朝食スタッフが特にキビキビしていて笑顔もよかった。朝食の内容もチーズとハムの種類が多く、好みでした。部屋は広くてきれいでしたが、ルームサービスのメニューなど、ところどころにホコリがかぶっていて残念でした。それと（私のカン違いの可能性もありますが）ポットが使えなかったです。バスアメニティはティーツリー系かな、いい匂いでしたし、wifiはサクサクでした。

2018年の夏に仕事で滞在しました． 周辺徒歩10分圏内に観光名所がたくさんあります． そのため，午前中だけでも徒歩でかなりの観光ができるので，仕事で来た人でも少しの空き時間で満喫ができる大変素晴らしい環境です． ホテルのスタッフの対応も大変丁寧で，部屋が空いていたため早めのチェックインもさせていただけました． 部屋は広く清潔です．アメニティや設備も充実していますので安心して宿泊できます．

11時半過ぎに到着しました。対応はとても良かったです。部屋は二人部屋だったのですが、バスローブ、タオルも一人分しか置いてありませんでした。立派なコーヒーマシーンはありましたが、水が入ったままで、カビていました。これはがっかり。もちろん飲んでいませんよ！メインの王宮エリアからは、ワンブロック程、歩く感じでしょうか。

トリノには珍しいローマ遺跡のそばにあります。ホテルの象徴となる塔は螺旋階段を上り(正確にはエレベーターに１度乗りますが)展望台に出ることができます。天気が良ければアルプスも遠望できたはず。螺旋階段の壁にはトリノの歴史的建築を紹介するパネルが並んでいます。 　私の泊まったシングルルームのシャワーはバリアフリータイプでした。シャワーブース内に椅子も付いており、必要とされる方には便利と思います。部屋の広さは普通でした。 　朝食のパン、チーズ、ソーセージはこれまでのベストと思えるほど美味でした。コーヒーは americano が用意されていますが、エスプレッソやカプチーノなど、お願いすれば用意してもらえます。

中世の迷路の中に迷い込んだようなロケーション。　また外観と違い中は中世の雰囲気を感じさせる螺旋回廊。　部屋の中も清潔で申し分なし。　トリノでは駅からの利便性を考えてホテルをとっていたが、今回ちょっと離れて観光地のど真ん中でこのホテルを選択。大変満足でした。

Huone täytti toiveet, saimme hyvät yöunet. Aamiainen oli tarpeeksi runsas. Hotellin lähellä on ravintoloita ja ilta-elämää mutta meillä oli huone rauhalliselle kadulle. Voisin yöpyä täällä uudestaan.

This is definitely a top tier hotel with very fine dining. We enjoyed our interactions with the staff, especially in the marvelously appointed bar/library, and loved our spacious rooms.

Excelente servicio y muy buena ubicación para recorrer los principales museos de la ciudad. El desayuno buffet es de alta calidad y gran variedad.

The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast could have had a few more choices. The staff did a turndown every night and left water and chocolates. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Very friendly/helpful reception staff. We booked a superior room and were disappointed. Couldn’t see anything superior about it! It was perfectly clean and had everything you needed. But looked and felt soulless and like something out of the 1970s decor wise. Breakfast buffet looked good but the restaurant made no effort to welcome you not ask if you wanted anything else (eg fried or poached eggs). It was hard to get anyone’s attention. The young lady in the bar each evening was wonderful.

We had a lovely room and the hotel is in a great location

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We did have quite a few issues with the room, when we first arrived, the internal door handle came off completely and the air conditioning was not working. The staff were super quick to come and assist by repairing the door handle and restarting the power to the room to resolve the AC. The shower door did not also close correctly and leaked into the main bathroom every time used. The common areas were lovely and the building itself was stunning.

This is a great hotel, in a great location - but! The room I was in (premium room with terrace), was not sound proofed. All through the night and into the early hours, you could hear street traffic and tourists. You could even hear every footstep in the room above and the staff hoovering in the corridors at 1:30am. Unfortunately I book hotel rooms for their quality and comfort for sleeping. Because of the constant noise I can't recommend staying. However if you can get through the constant noise, the buffet breakfast and staff are very good/helpful.
