I couldn’t go to my room even after 3PM. Bathroom was not clean enough. So many hairs were on the floor. The shampoo was running out.

夜間の騒音と隣のホテルの屋外テラスのお店のBGMが深夜12時頃までしていました。 5階だったので下の音が響きました。 スタッフは優しい方が多かったです。

ホノルルマラソン参加の為に宿泊。 ゴールから近く歩いて帰れるのでとてもよかった。近くにレストランもコンビニもあるので満足です。

良い点 ・ワイキキビーチへのアクセスがいい ・コスパがいい ・浮き輪を無料で借りられる ・朝、無料のコーヒーサービスがある ・ウォーターサーバーがある ・スタッフの方が明るく親切 ・当日10時頃ホテルに着いたが、アーリーチェックインすることができた 悪い点 ・一階ロビーは改装したためか綺麗だが、それ以外の客室フロアは古かった ・エアコンが古いためか、音がうるさかった ・壁が薄く、他の部屋の声が聞こえる。夜目が覚めるほどうるさかった ・夜中外から騒ぎ声が聞こえて寝れなかった

スタッフが親切で快適に過ごせました。

Elevator stopped. Staff is all friendly but housekeeping is to be improved. Only twice we could receive housekeeping during 5 nights due to housekeeping worker shortage! Beach gears are not good than my expectation. Amenity is not enough due to housekeeping-less.

clean and cozy, and the staff was nice. The beach is also a short walk away.

Fantastic location if you are ok with an older and quite limited (in size and amenities) property. People were great and tried their best to "behave" like a top class Waikiki hotel.

Good location, and very quite not to crowded. Room was nice and cool, Bed was very comfortable. Although there is a little bit, I want to stress out there is a light shade in the room it was very dusty. Rather than that everything was very good. Myself and my husband enjoyed our short stay in the hotel. Thank you.

Staff is extremely friendly. The place is very clean and nice. Parking was very convenient through there Valet service. The beach is less than a 3 min walk and they offer everything u need for free (beach towels, chairs, toys etc.. ) Loved it will be staying here again.

This is one of our favorite hotels ever. Beautiful, super friendly staff, so so comfortable, close to the beach, and all around worth every penny.
