のんびりと過ごす最高なホテル。ホテル到着時、車寄せがなく少し不安ではあったが、ホテルに入りその不安は全て吹き飛びました。親切で心のこもったreception、気持ちの良いporter、そして部屋からの眺めが正にリゾート地に来た！という感じです。部屋も、シャワールームも広く使いやすかったです。プールサイドにはカバナやベッドが並んでいますが、朝の8時にはカバナは埋まりベッドも空きがほとんどありません。プールサイドbarのスタッフもとてもフレンドリーでテキパキとしていて、foodメニューも豊富です。一日中プールサイドで過ごしました。朝食はどれもとても美味しく、メニューが多いので毎日ブュッフェでも飽きません。また泊まりたいHotelです。

新しいので部屋もプールなど施設はよかった。 環境、立地も、ビーチも近く街まで歩ける距離で便利だった。サービスは普通。人により応対に差がある。部屋のベッドは、ダニがいたのか翌日赤いぷつぷつが体にたくさんできていた。 また、スパエリアやハーフボード等の使用をするなら、直接ホテルサイトからとった方が安かったので、事前によく調べたらよかったと後悔している。

It was an amazing place. Perfect for relaxation, right next to the beach and the town. Stayed with kids and this was the best part of the trip for them.

Excellent time

Lovely hotel, walking distance into Santa Eulalia. Plenty of car parking. Excellent breakfast, we didn't eat there in the evenings but likely that the food is also good then too. Pleasant and professional staff, great facilities.

Sehr komfortables Bett, sauberes Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, die Stadt und der Strand in Gehdistanz. Schöne Pool-Landschaft, grosser Parkplatz.

The hotel was lovely to look at. Our experience with staff varied in that some were not welcoming and also could not provide us with the information we needed, yet others were very accomodating. Our biggest disappointment was upon arrival we were told that 2 of the restaurants in the hotel were closed. Also I would add that the dinner buffet costs 87 euro per person excluding drinks. We did try the buffet on one night and were very disappointed with the quality of the food. However, there are many restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel in Santa Eularia. We found all of the ones we chose to be of excellent quality and value. There was very little information available about where to get towels for the pool, what time you could get towels, what time meals were served in the one major dining room.

Ich war schon auf vielen Hotels in Ibiza. Es kippt kein Hotel, was annähernd an dieses Hotel rankommt. Bestimmt von vorne bis hinten alles ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

This hotel was really nice, very clean and had great views of the surrounding area and sea. The Breakfast was lovely and had a great level of choice. The pool is a great size and very clean. The hotels location is pretty good and only a 5/10 min walk from the centre. The hotel staff were nice, however I would say they weren’t as attentive as other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. I would recommend ironing your clothing and pack well as their iron they lend you is useless to say the least as it’s not a steam iron. Overall I would recommend this hotel as a great base to stay in Ibiza and would visit again!!!

Ankunft - 30 Minuten zur Registrierung und einige Unterschriften. Kompliziert und deutlich zu lang. Gepäck wird aufs Zimmer gebracht - Top! Zimmer - Prestige Suite mit Balkon und Dachterrasse (inkl.Whirlpool). Zimmer ist gut eingerichtet, einigermaßen groß und ruhig! . Aber die Ausstattung ist doch in die Jahre gekommen. Nervig ist ein augenscheinliches Wasserproblem. Mal keine Toilettenspülung, mal keine Dusche, mal kein Wasser am Waschbecken. Die Dachterrasse ist echt gut! Super Privat und der Whirlpool ist groß und gut für 2 - 3 Pers. Zimmerservice ist schnell und ausreichend. Ein wenig mehr Detailverliebtheit täte einem 5 Sterne Haus gut ! Frühstück- Auswahl ist nicht hervorragend aber gut, Brötchen/Brot verbesserungsbedürftig! Der Raum selbst eher dunkel und nicht einladend. Das Personal ist im der Regel schnell und zuvorkommend! Der Aussenbereich hat augenscheinlich zu wenig Tische und zu dem stehen einige in der prallen Sonne … da gilt es Geduld oder gute Sonnencreme zu haben… Pool - Groß mit sehr vielen Liegen. Den Pool haben wir dennoch nicht genutzt … die private Dachterrasse ist schöner .. Abreise - die Nachfrage nach einem Late-Check-out wurde zunächst negativ beantwortet. Erst eine Rücksprache mit dem Chef hat geholfen. Dann ging es doch. Der Preis von 110€ ist jedoch gesalzen. Fazit - das Familienhotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Service ist ausbaufähig. Max 4 Sterne …

Seit mehreren Jahren komme ich immer wieder gerne ins Insotel Fenicia. Das Hotel bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten und ist immer wieder einen Aufenthalt wert auf Ibiza.

Everything was good

Hotel had just opened after the winter break, everything was clean and tidy. There weren't many guests this weekend and staff were finding their way around. All the staff we came into contact with were very good. great hotel and great location would always look this hotel up if we return to this area.
