のんびりと過ごす最高なホテル。ホテル到着時、車寄せがなく少し不安ではあったが、ホテルに入りその不安は全て吹き飛びました。親切で心のこもったreception、気持ちの良いporter、そして部屋からの眺めが正にリゾート地に来た！という感じです。部屋も、シャワールームも広く使いやすかったです。プールサイドにはカバナやベッドが並んでいますが、朝の8時にはカバナは埋まりベッドも空きがほとんどありません。プールサイドbarのスタッフもとてもフレンドリーでテキパキとしていて、foodメニューも豊富です。一日中プールサイドで過ごしました。朝食はどれもとても美味しく、メニューが多いので毎日ブュッフェでも飽きません。また泊まりたいHotelです。

新しいので部屋もプールなど施設はよかった。 環境、立地も、ビーチも近く街まで歩ける距離で便利だった。サービスは普通。人により応対に差がある。部屋のベッドは、ダニがいたのか翌日赤いぷつぷつが体にたくさんできていた。 また、スパエリアやハーフボード等の使用をするなら、直接ホテルサイトからとった方が安かったので、事前によく調べたらよかったと後悔している。

Een hele fijne verblijf gehad

This is a lovely hotel situated a short walk away from the main town. The pool is big with lots of loungers and a nice cafe for light food and drinks, perfect.

Me gustó mucho. Amplias habitaciones, hotel tranquilo, muy buen servicio, bien ubicado. Si bien la decoración es de hace unos años está muy bien mantenido. La playa cercana no es la más linda pero hay playas muy lindas a 10 / 15 min.

The staff is poor. The cleaning personnel was poor the rooms were not properly cleaned and we left behind some stuffed animals and they disappeared and were not found afterwards.

Ruhige Anlage mit genügend bequemen Liegestühlen. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel war das Frühstück sehr mittelmässig. Draussen gab es nie genügend Tische beim Frühstück und draussen durfte man auch nicht Rauchen. Es hat so viel Platz draussen, dass man auf der anderen Seite gut einen Platz für Raucher einrichten könnte. Als Raucher möchte man gerne den Kaffee zusammen mit einer Ziggarette geniessen.

Bis auf das, dass die Matratzen sehr hart waren, war es das perfekte Hotel! Sehr freundlich, sauber, ruhig.

Fantastic hotel - comfy beds, lovely roof terrace with Jacuzzi bath, amazing pool area and sunbeds, and short walking distance to Santa Eularia.

Definitely not five star standard. Housekeeping rarely frequented and a tissue left on the floor at the beginning of our stay was never removed. We had to have daily battles to replace complimentary water. Reception attitude hostile. Check-in was done without a smile or a greeting. Water pressure was low. A machine in the ceiling, keep the room noisy and disrupted sleep. Stay here if you want to be disappointed.

Always lovely staff

Ein wirklich sehr schönes und absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel. Mal abgesehen vom Hotel selbst hat uns auch die Lage sehr gefallen. Ein kleiner Fußweg von etwa 5 min führt einen direkt auf den süd-/westlich gelegenen Beginn der (Strand-)Promenade. Der Weg dorthin und die den Rio überquerende Brücke sind ebenso wie die Promenade sehr schön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Auch zwei Wanderwege führen direkt am Hotel entlang.

Overall good. A couple of disappointments. The spa pool was luke warm at best both inside and out and overall the hotel could use some updating. The aircon in the room worked but not particularly effectively. We had a rooftop room with a hot tub which was enjoyable but you need to plan for use as you need to fill it up yourself which takes a good 30 mins + Excellent location and staff. Breakfast was superb. Thoroughly enjoyed the main pool

Great stay - highly recommend

We enjoyed a great 4 night stay. Good location and only a short walk to the beachfront with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Our only issue as with most hotels was the need to secure a sunbed early in the morning
