とても綺麗でよかった

国際学会のミーティングで2日がかりで訪れたニューファンドランド島、勝手に最果ての北の町をイメージしていましたが、石油産業の活況を呈している美しい町でした。 ホテルからダウンタウンはすぐそばでシーフードレストランでロブスター、ムール貝を楽しみました。 ホテルからも歩いていけるSignal Hill とそこにあるGEO Park、少し離れていますが北米最東端になるCape Spearはお勧め。

Excellent service, location, shower, meals, housekeeping, and quiet room. Will come back every time.

Everything about my lengthy stay was terrific! This was the friendliest hotel I think I’ve ever been to. Can’t wait for an excuse to come back.

We had a nice, comfortable stay with friendly service. Great breakfast options!

Only one issue. Ordered breakfast to our room, asked for two coffees. Received one coffee and a tomato juice. Called to have order fixed, was delivered a coffee and told I would be charged for the tomato juice, which I never asked for. Told the room service personnel that I would not be paying for something which was delivered in error. I was surprised that this was even suggested.

The staff went above any other hotel that we stayed in. They took the time to get to know us and took care of our every need . Terri treated us like family and went out of her way to accommodate us !

Excellent, friendly service from a phone call I made before check in to check in and check out. Staff were really friendly. The restaurant had lovely food and fabulous service. The hotel was beautiful with modern decore and stunning view from our room. Hotel was very clean. We will definitely return and we highly recommend!!

Beautiful hotel and location, would stay again!

Beautiful harbour view, friendly staff, great housekeeping. We were snowed in one day so it was wonderful to have a restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are bright, clean and comfortable.

Front desk and dining room staff are all courteous and helpful. I have stayed here for a week to 12 days in four of the last 5 years and will return. The dining room is very good and we enjoyed the newer menu. After a snowstorm I asked to borrow a shovel to move some snow from our rental vehicle. When the front desk person got one for me he volunteered to do the shovelling for me. It wasn’t a big deal for me to do it but I most certainly appreciated his offer to help.
