とても綺麗でよかった

国際学会のミーティングで2日がかりで訪れたニューファンドランド島、勝手に最果ての北の町をイメージしていましたが、石油産業の活況を呈している美しい町でした。 ホテルからダウンタウンはすぐそばでシーフードレストランでロブスター、ムール貝を楽しみました。 ホテルからも歩いていけるSignal Hill とそこにあるGEO Park、少し離れていますが北米最東端になるCape Spearはお勧め。

Beautiful harbour view, friendly staff, great housekeeping. We were snowed in one day so it was wonderful to have a restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are bright, clean and comfortable.

Front desk and dining room staff are all courteous and helpful. I have stayed here for a week to 12 days in four of the last 5 years and will return. The dining room is very good and we enjoyed the newer menu. After a snowstorm I asked to borrow a shovel to move some snow from our rental vehicle. When the front desk person got one for me he volunteered to do the shovelling for me. It wasn’t a big deal for me to do it but I most certainly appreciated his offer to help.

Our bedsheets were dirty with stains upon arrival and the lights kept flickering, presumably when other rooms had the air conditioner/heater on. Staff was very friendly however.

Enjoyed the breakfast and the bar.

The harbour view was nice, the bed was comfortable and the building was quiet

Washroom fan never worked. Rest everything was perfect!!

Will definately stay again

Great hotel, location, views, service. Only downside was breakfast. Horrible prices for crappy quality, embarrassing for a Marriott. Eggs Benedict almost $20 for flavourless hollidaise sauce on soggy English muffin, gross. Supper was decent but again not for the high prices.

If you have a harbour view room the lights from the boats will keep you awake at night

Great staff and great service.

A nice room partially overlooking the harbour (the roof of the neighbouring building blocked half the view). Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for wandering around the downtown.
