ロケーションがとても良い。

ソカロからあるいて30秒くらいです。どこへ行くのも便利、建物は古いが、掃除などはとてもよく行き届いている。夜勤の受付の方はとても感じがよく、英語もできます。ポーターのおじいさんは気が利いて、とてもよくしてくれました。メキシコ全体に言えることですが、言葉ができなくても、理解しようとしてくれて、人の温かみを感じました。チェックアウトの際に荷物を預かってもらい、夜10時過ぎに取りに行ったところ、金曜の夜で大勢の学生が泊まっていたようで騒いでいましたが、受付の方が騒がないよう注意していました。注意の仕方も嫌な感じではなく、もう騒いではいけない時間だし、眠ってるお客もいるからというようなことを言っていました。部屋があいていたからか、朝7時に行ってもチェックインさせてもらえました。

Beware no elevators, i got stuck carrying a heavy luggage up two sets of stairs. It was harsh! Cuidado no ay elevadores. Tendrás que subir tus maletas por escaleras.

The room was small but clean over all. Not the best water pressure but got the job done. Staff was super friendly and the shuttle service was amazing. I had to be at the airport at 6am and they were there at 5:20am!

La habitación muy cómoda,el personal muy servicial y amable,está en un punto donde puedes caminar para disfrutar el centro.

The stuff and service was good. My only issue was that when I arrived I found a dead cockroach on the shower and the beds were uncomfortable and also we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the television.

Pro: Welcoming staff and they are very helpful including housekeepers. The building is very clean and so are the rooms. Cons: Due to water shortage they do not wash bedding linen every day. That’s something to keep in mind. Not sure about the bathroom towels. Overall I felt safe and satisfied staying here.

La ubicación es perfecta, el hotel está prácticamente a unos pasos del zócalo, por lo que te quedará súper cerca de los lugares representativos, catedral, museos, mercados, templo de Santo Domingo, restaurantes etc. etc. Habitaciones sencillas con lo necesario para tu estancia, el hotel no cuenta con elevador así que debes de tomar en cuenta eso si vas con algún adulto mayor o con alguna persona con alguna limitación física, te recomiendo que lo especifiques en tu reservación para que te proporcionen una habitación en la planta baja, el personal del hotel es súper amable, la señora del turno de la mañana nos atendió de maravilla y fue muy accesible, el check in es a las 3pm, nosotros llegamos a las 9am pero como si había habitación disponible nos la dio en ese momento, de igual forma al salir, el check out es a las 12pm pero nuestro transporte salía a las 4 por lo que nos permitió guardar el equipaje hasta esa hora, siempre amable y con una sonrisa, definitivamente será mi primera opción para regresar a Oaxaca.

What stood out was the attitude of and assistance offered by Carolina and Anna. We needed a lot of help and they were ALWAYS there to look after us. Kudos to them.

Todo muy limpio

Well the room didnt provide toilet paper , and when i ask the front desk they told me they didnt have none , so i went to the store n bought my own , not ok !

Made a reservation 10/30/25 with credit card thru Expedia with a discount but once I got to the Hotel Gala Oaxaca was told that I needed to pay cash only & it was $600 pesos more than what it was thru the app. Didn’t argue and paid for it but once I left the Hotel I got charge on my credit card even though I pay cash. I like the location close to the centro and room was ok.

Poor light, very small bathroom, hard bed, not elevator hard to transport the luggage to the rooms and not people around to help.

Felt very creepy. Lamp in room but no where to plug it in. The good thing was hot water, the bad is, it was scalding. Great location and staff

Me gustó la ubicación. Es limpio y la mayoría de la gente del hotel amable.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación y buen servicio que aumque se ve que ya tiene sus años esta conservado y funcional.

Lo unico me gustaria que agregaran fuera conecion para carga computadoras' celulares etc....no tienen un estacion en los cuartos
