ロケーションがとても良い。

ソカロからあるいて30秒くらいです。どこへ行くのも便利、建物は古いが、掃除などはとてもよく行き届いている。夜勤の受付の方はとても感じがよく、英語もできます。ポーターのおじいさんは気が利いて、とてもよくしてくれました。メキシコ全体に言えることですが、言葉ができなくても、理解しようとしてくれて、人の温かみを感じました。チェックアウトの際に荷物を預かってもらい、夜10時過ぎに取りに行ったところ、金曜の夜で大勢の学生が泊まっていたようで騒いでいましたが、受付の方が騒がないよう注意していました。注意の仕方も嫌な感じではなく、もう騒いではいけない時間だし、眠ってるお客もいるからというようなことを言っていました。部屋があいていたからか、朝7時に行ってもチェックインさせてもらえました。

We didn’t not have ac. Power went out due to rain and we saw cockroaches. The staff were very helpful though. They also helped get our bags to the cab which was farther away due to protests.

Buen servicio y ubicación, desafortunadamente había plantón de maestros y había mucho ruido, congestionamiento para salir del primer cuadro y malos olores Lo anterior, obviamente salía de las manos del hotel. Pero en general el lugar está bien ubicado, cerca de mercados, restaurantes y zonas por visitar

If you’re on a budget, this hotel is a good option. The rooms are small, the beds are a bit hard, and there’s no A/C — only a ceiling fan above the bed. However, the Zócalo is just steps away from the hotel, which makes the location very convenient. This would be more of a backup hotel option for me.

La ubicación es perfecta frente a palacio de gobierno, el personal está muy atento si requiere transporte al la Ado o al aeropuert

El personal muy atento y amable.

La propiedad a es bonita y bien cuidada en las áreas comunes. El personal es atento y considero que la relación calidad-precio es adecuada. Sólo que en las mañanas se oye mucho ruido del personal de limpieza, pero no de sus actividades sino de pláticas y risas fuertes que se oyen con intensidad en las habitaciones. Por lo demás, tuve una buena experiencia pues el hotel está muy céntrico y cerca de atractivos turísticos importantes.

There was a little bit of hair on the sink and there was trash in the bathroom can. Also there is no air conditioning but the room served its purpose. It’s very close to the Zocalo which is amazing. The location could not be anymore perfect. The staff was super kind and helpful as well. I would stay there again.

Se ve bonito el hotel pero muy sencillo, pedimos asistencia para la tv y nunca llegaron

Limpieza y atención cerca de plaza

Beware no elevators, i got stuck carrying a heavy luggage up two sets of stairs. It was harsh! Cuidado no ay elevadores. Tendrás que subir tus maletas por escaleras.

The room was small but clean over all. Not the best water pressure but got the job done. Staff was super friendly and the shuttle service was amazing. I had to be at the airport at 6am and they were there at 5:20am!
