屋根裏部屋のようなシングルルームには驚きました。 窓が目線になく上のほうにあります。最初見たときは部屋の変更を申し出ようと思いましたが、 1泊だし、ほとんど調べ物で時間を費やすので妥協しました。 朝食はよかったです。まぁまぁです。 受付のおばさんが最初は無愛想でしたが、今シェルジュがいないので調べ物を依頼したら、きちんと調べておいてくれました。助かりました。

Hotel is lovely and staff were very helpful. It is in a fantastic location in the heart of the city. However, room is not soundproofed, we could hear people going to the toilet in the room upstairs and a dog barking across the street for hours during the night. Breakfast was just OK.

La ubicación está excelente. A una cuadra de la catedral y todo tipo de negocios cercas. Hasta incluso si necesitas rentar carro o contratar otros servicios ellos no ayudan.

This is Not a 4star hotel!!!!!! No Bathroom amenities but a liquid soap to do all!! And the one in the shower didn’t even work! No boxes of tissues! Just Horrible, no bell service, had no Water for 4 hours!, Breakfast was subpar, would not recommend anyone to stay here!!! Staff also was no Friendly or helpful, no staff after 11pm

The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and really liked the old school fittings in the bathroom. During our stay the staff were happy, friendly and very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Bastiani in Grosseto. The hotel is beautifully maintained and perfectly located in the historic center, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or any needs we had. The room was very clean, comfortable, and elegant, offering a peaceful atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh and high-quality options, and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt both classic and warm. This hotel truly enhanced our experience in Grosseto. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a prime location.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης. Ευτυχώς ή δυστυχώς μάλλον είναι η μόνη επιλογή σε ξενοδοχείο μέσα στην παλιά πόλη. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο, όχι ιδιαίτερα καθαρό. Το ξενοδοχείο γενικά είναι παλιό και θέλει ανακαίνιση. Το πρωινό ήταν συμπαθές. Η στάθμευση είναι εκτός των τειχών της πόλης, αλλά δίπλα από το ξενοδοχείο. Γενικά αν μπορεί κάποιος να το αποφύγει ας διαλέξει κάτι άλλο.

Great bed. Great air conditioning. Great bathtub and shower. Very good location , near museums and restaurants. A twelve minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was good.
