総合評価とレビュー Anantara New York Palace Budapest - A Leading Hotel of the World

チェックイン時、レセプションにいた女性の対応が悪かった。朝食やスパの場所など基本的な説明が全くなく、残念だった。その他、部屋や朝食、スパ等、設備やスタッフの対応は素晴らしかった。

名物のラウンジで朝食を食べたくてこのホテルを選びました。確かにゴージャスで素晴らしいけどちょっと落ち着かないかな。お部屋はとても快適で良かったのですが、一つ残念だったのは、スリッパが使い古しだったこと。スリッパを置いてくれるのはありがたいけれど、素足で履きたいのに誰が履いたか分からない汚れたスリッパは気持ち悪くて履けませんでした。

ロビーは歴史ある感じ、またモダンでもあり心地よかったです。 私たちの部屋は別館の方でしたが部屋の雰囲気も良く過ごしやすかったです。1Fのカフェは昼には長蛇の列ができるほどの人気店です。地下鉄の駅は徒歩3分程度で、入り口にはスーパーマーケットもあり便利です。 あとスリッパはとても心地よかったです。

スタッフの接客態度が悪いです。

綺麗！そして人は優しく親切でした。予約や質問にも一生懸命わかりやすく答えてくれた。 荷物も運んでくれた際、フレンドリーにしてくれた。１つ言うならWi-Fiサービスの案内がなくて困った。

到着して お手洗いにいくと 便座 そして 床に 汚れが！！清掃をお願いしたけど なかなか 清掃も来ず、やっと きたと思ったら バスタオルで 便座 床を拭きはじめ、、 さらに ティッシュを 数枚使ったら なくなってしまうし、、 ルームサービスを たのんだら 違うものが来るし、、びっくり 部屋の、前の部屋の扉が 汚れたシーツ置き場だったみたいで 夜は ずっと 半開き、、朝は 使用済のシーツとかで あふれていて、、 もう二度とあの部屋になるのかと 思うと 同じパターンの部屋を 明後日から 予約していますが、 キャンセルしょうと 思います。 スタッフの態度も チェックアウト時と スーツケースを 部屋まで 運んでくれた人 は 良かったですが それ以外 特に 入り口付近の 荷物あづかりけん 一度 部屋にきた 若い男性は 邪魔くさそうに むすっと 怒ったように ため息まじりの対応、、 日本では ありえません、、 カフェは お洒落で いいですが ホテルは 最上階の 部屋以外は どれも こんな感じなのかなぁ、、と 思うと 残念ですね

初めてのブダペスト。感激の連続でした。そして、それは滞在したニューヨークパレスホテルの快適さによるところも大きいです。 5泊の滞在中、部屋は申し分なく清潔でセンスもよく、非日常の毎日を満喫しました。 ただ、携帯の充電がうまくいかず少々焦りました。携帯が壊れたのかと思いましたが、帰国してからは何事もなかったかのように調子がいいので、やはり電圧の違い（？）による不具合なのかと思います。 朝食は2度、ホテル内のビュッフェを利用しました。品数が多いとは言えませんが上質でとてもおいしかったです。あの内容で値段がもう少し安ければもっと利用したかったです。 市内を走る電車のステーションにも近く、移動は便利でした。 次回、訪れる機会があればまた泊まってみたいホテルです。

I recently stayed at Anantara Budapest and found it didn’t quite meet expectations. The hotel looks beautiful in pictures, but the reality was less impressive. Check-in staff were not very friendly, and our room was disappointing — noisy, facing a dull courtyard, and the curtain was worn with holes. We couldn’t change rooms despite asking. The bathroom was spacious but took a while to get hot water. Staff noise in the mornings made sleeping in difficult. On the plus side, the hotel shares a building with the New York Café, which is very convenient, and the lobby is truly lovely. Overall, it has charm, but I expected better.

This is such a beautiful hotel with a convenient location. The New York Cafe is beautiful, and we enjoyed having breakfast and lunch without wading through the crowds. The spa is incredible, and the massage was one of the best I have received.

This hotel is very beautiful, but it is completely bad in customer service. We stayed for three days in the Junior Suite. Upon arrival, we were only given three glasses of water at the reception as a welcome gesture, and nothing else was provided in the room for us. No one accompanied us to our room—we had to carry our luggage ourselves. The shampoo and....appeared to have been refilled and had no labels. After we complained, they replaced them. For breakfast, we had to stand in a line, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, my family and I did not enjoy our stay at this hotel.

The interior of the hotel is gorgeous. The location is terrible and the entrance during the day is blocked by line ups of people waiting to enter the New York Caffe. More importantly is the terrible customer service and lack of response from their front desk. Although, we booked and fully paid for our stay in the hotel through hotels.com, at the time of check out the front desk made us pay an extra fee for city taxes which we didn’t know about. We were rushing to catch our ride, therefore we paid the additional charge and asked for a receipt so we can review the legitimacy of the charge. Front desk informed us that they will email us the receipt. They never did. We emailed the hotel two days ago requesting copy of our receipt but we did not receive any response yet. Too bad how customer service could ruin the experience of such a lovely hotel!

Fantastisk hotel, kvalitet i højt kurs. Meget atmosfærefyldt hotel, venligt og imødekomne personale. Kan kun give de bedste anbefalinger herfra.

Amazing hotel

Stunning building and nice large room with a comfortable bed. Loved the breakfast selections.

Dejligt ophold, god service, lækker morgenmad - lidt problemer med air con i rummet

Wonderful hotel in central Budapest. Only complaints are the air conditioner did not get our room below about 76 degrees even when cranked all the way up for 2 days, and the hotel is on a very busy street so quite noisy.
