こじんまりしているが清潔で使いやすい。空港からのバスがホテルの前で止まるのでありがたい。鉄道駅と大聖堂との中間点くらいの位置で、好立地だと思う。

タイトなスケジュールでしたがとても助かりました ・フロントが24時間対応しているので、遅い時間でもチェックイン可能 ・空港へのバス停から近いなど移動に便利 ・フロントの方が親切

その日の飛行機がとれず、急遽利用しました。 受付のおじさんはとても良い印象で気持ち良く対応してくれました。 建物は古いですが、お部屋は清潔です。 お風呂はバスタブはありましたが、栓がない?シャワーのみ利用しました。 朝食会場に近いこともあり朝は少し騒々しかったですが、他は問題なし。 サンチャゴ空港までのバス乗り場の目の前だったのでとても助かりました。

鉄道駅と旧市街の真ん中あたりで、徒歩でのアクセスは悪くありませんでした。スーパーマーケットも徒歩2，3分の所にあって便利でした。夜は周囲も静かでした。スタッフは親切でしたが、少ない人数で切り盛りしているのか、フロントはいつも電話や宿泊客への対応で少し待たされる機会が多かったかもしれません。WiFi対応していますが、時間帯によってはアクセシビリティが変化するかもしれません。

El personal es muy amable y profesional. El alojamiento, baños y desayunos fueron perfectos.

Small rooms just for spending the night. No shampoo or conditioner just a little botle of bath gel. Phone did not work

The hotel is in a great location in Santiago, about 10 minutes from the Cathedral and near lots of retail and local shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and bathrooms are modern. The receptionist helped us with transportation to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very nice and very helpful. The hotel is clean, small but nice. The breakfast is also good. You have Zara and Massimo Dutti right next to the hotel which is a sin. From the airport you take the bus 6A and the bus stop is just at the entrance of the hotel. If I come again I will definitely stay at Hotel Universal.

Arrived late due too delayed flight. Room was clean & comfortable.

Great location ten minutes walk from the railway station and five minutes walk from the nearest access to the old town. Clean well-appointed room and friendly staff. I'd absolutely stay here again.

The place was very clean the service staff was very professional and helpful. 5 stars for Victor, Alicia at the front desk and Olga who works at the breakfast room, they all provided an excellent customer service. Thank you!!!

Absolutely shocking value for money - really annoying to be given the worst rooms when you're travelling on your own Cleanliness left a lot to be desired - the bathroom bin was full with the previois guest's rubbish and the hair dryer was dirty, broken (with ancient sticky hair around it) and certainly not in presentable condition for hotel guests. Mattress and pillow reaally dated and uncomfortable. I have stayed in this hotel a few times due to its excellent location, but never again!!

地點很好，離機場巴士和教堂都步行可達，乾淨衛生。 缺點是沒有洗衣房，對朝聖者來說有點不方便，但可寄放行李超過一天以上。 隔音超級差，我聽得到隔壁開水龍頭、用馬桶的聲音。

Wir wurden sehr freunflich begrüsst und der Check-In ging sehr schnell. Das Hotel ist in ein paar Gehminuten vom Bahnhof zu erreichen, es geht aber aufwärts. Die Lage ist gut, das Hotel auch ganz in Ordnung. Einzig störend fanden wir den etwas unangenehmen Geruch, der im Zimmer war, wir konnten ihn aber nicht wirklich zuordnen. Sonst für uns der perfekte Ort für eine Übernachtung vor dem Heimflug.

Check in hervorragend und unkompliziert, das Zimmer sehr klein und stellenweise renovierungsbedürftig, hellhörig. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und nah am Zentrum.

Friendly staff. Room was decently spaced and very clean. Breakfast was good:). Quiet at night. No screens on the windows but maybe that’s a Spain thing? Not sure. Enjoyed the location! I’d go back.
