You get what you pay for. It’s not a luxury hotel — the rooms are a bit old and need some maintenance, but the service is excellent.

Clean room, beaches, and great staff.

Good value for the price that I paid. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Restaurant staff were very attentive. Room was good, a\c was really good. Gym was well equipped and open till 10 pm which was great. 2 nice big pools. The one area where they could do better would be the buffet food. I would serve fresh, natural juices instead of artificial ones, as well as real decaf coffee. Hash browns at breakfast would be great for Canadians, and maybe a bit more variety, particularly at supper time. I usually won’t complain about buffet food as it is what it is, but I think a few small chat would go a long way. To end positively, I was once again impressed by how friendly and professional all of the Mexican staff were.

Habitación muy limpia. Todo el personal sumamente amable y respetuoso. Mucha oferta en comida y bebidas con horarios amplísimos. Lo único malo es que no tienen playa. El mar está cafesoso y hay mucho sargazo que huele mal y muchos mosquitos por las zonas de manglares frente a los edificios de alojamiento de huéspedes. Todo lo demás, muy bien.

Mosquitos everywhere, raccoon looking animals all over the place, the hotel is falling apart, food was disgusting, enjoyed the company. This place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt and they need to pay for an exterminator. The mosquito bites are all over my body.

This is an amazing hotel, great staff, always happy and welcoming. Beautiful rooms at a very good price. Definitely worth going there. The pool is very big and confortable.

Fueron cero tolerantes con una situación imprevisible. No nos permitieron modificar las fechas. Nunca respondieron por correo, mensaje y en la llamada solo dijeron que no dependía de ellos. Jamás lo recomendare

Trato de visitar varios hoteles y considero que esta es la vez donde realmente nos han tratado mal Las instalaciones bien, la comida bien, no puedo quejarme por lo que se pagó pero el personal fatal en especial los de seguridad, cuando hicimos check out pedimos dejar la maleta con el bell boy y nos negó dejarla ahí, nos dijo que no podían guardarnos la maleta y que la dejáramos en nuestro auto, algo que realmente nos molestó porque en primera el vehículo lo dejamos a 10 minutos del complejo porque el estacionamiento está full, le mencionamos eso al bell boy sin embargo no le importó el de seguridad hizo lo mismo, no les costaba nada mal al final escuchamos la frese de son mexicanos haciendo alusión a discriminación , en fin no volvería a regresar y tampoco lo recomiendo existen mejores opciones .
