Very Clean, and welcoming. Complementary water, and snacks in lobby and room. I would give it a 10, and definitely stay again.

Very clean room and good breakfast

From stranding, the bathtub looks ok. Sit on the toilet or in the bath, though - and you will see the mold under the lower plastic panels of the tub surround. Not to mention that the toilet area is so small that you can’t sit on the toilet and open the door. We were in 323.

They could do a better job with thier breakfast. Basically, only the waffles were ok, the rest a little dissapointing. The hash browns were so stiff that the plastic knife broke, so that made me realize that I had to go somewhere else to eat. Yhe room was nice and staff tried to do their job right.

Great value, clean, decent-sized room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Nicely furnished lobby with extra touches like two flavored waters and soup, as well as coffee.

Nice pool area

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom modern and lots of towels with extra bath mat! Breakfast had delicious hot and cold items. Staff was lovely. Got complimentary water bottles, snacks and cookies upon arrival. Highly recommend.

The heater/air conditioner in our room was not working. When we complained, they said they couldn’t do anything until the next day. No other rooms available. An excellent employee bought a small space heater for us late into the evening after several complaints.

Clean and friendly. Small workout room, but well equipped. Fresh coffee available all the time. I would stay there again when I'm in the area. Convenient having Walmart nearby.

The hotel was conveniently located off the highway with close eating establishments. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. We'd definitely stay there again!

Friendly, professional staff. Super-clean property and rooms. Easy parking. Great pool, also kept clean and tidy. And we really liked that if you need new/extra towels, or more TP, or additional linens, etc., you just have to check some boxes on a door hanger and leave it on you door by 11:00 AM, and it will be delivered to your room, even if you are gone. SO MUCH better than having to go down to the front desk for various request. That’s a great new thing :-) Highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay again.

Staff was great, rooms were nice and comfy, but not properly insulated to block out sound next to a busy highway and on ramp.

It was nice but overpriced at $300. But I guess it’s in the closest town (Forks) to the Hoh rainforest so there is a premium to pay.
