メトロAG-DMS駅の出口至近にあり、空港からの移動にとても便利。施設はきれいで部屋は十分に広い。朝食も選択の幅が広く料理はおいしかった。 部屋に暗証番号式金庫がなかったのと、チェックインで少々待たされたのがわずかな減点要因。

空港からプリペイドタクシーで５００ルピーでしたが、メトロAG-DMSの駅出たところから徒歩１分もかからないところにあります。アンナサライ通りに面しています。マリオットというと、もっと大きなイメージでしたが、結構こじんまりとしています。チェックインもチェックアウトもとてもスムーズ。スタッフも親切です。部屋も清潔でゆったりとしています。朝食もおいしかった。ネットは切っていたので速度はわかりませんが、カードにパスワードが書かれています。

少し部屋がカビ臭かった。 タンスの天板等にカビあり。

Very close to Chennai Metro station (almost above). Clean room. Good food. AC control was not working. It was cold. I was obliged to turn it off.

ホテルとしては、やや良いレベルかと思います。 朝食に、ごはんや味噌スープがあり、日本人にはありがたいことである。

出張で６泊滞在したが、フロントの対応、部屋のきれいさ、水洗トイレ、セキュリティ、朝食のビュッフェ等どれも水準以上で快適であった。 インドのホテルの宿泊費としては少し高めかもしれないが、十分リーズナブルと感じた。

インドは初めてでしたが、ホテルのセキュリティは厳重で、スタッフもフレンドリーに話しかけてこられ、心地よく宿泊させていただきました。 今度は、仕事でなく観光で泊まりたいです。

We checked in and checked out within 30 minutes — that’s how bad the experience was. The moment we stepped out of the lift, we were hit with a stale, damp smell in the hallway. The corridor was outdated and clearly in need of refurbishment. When we entered the room, we were dismayed. The sheets were so thin you could actually see the mattress underneath. The comforter and pillows were far from comfortable, and the room carried a strong mothball odor. The bathroom was cramped, and the toilet bowl itself was dirty — that was the final straw. We left immediately and booked a room at the Hyatt instead. Honestly shocking for a Marriott brand hotel.

Good staff and the breakfast.

My family and I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Chennai, and we were blown away by the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost care and professionalism. The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the incredible food. The breakfast and dinner buffets were absolutely superb! The selection was vast, catering to all tastes with a brilliant mix of local Indian delicacies and international classics. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was a culinary delight we looked forward to every day. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional staff. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel. I would like to give a special shout-out to a few individuals who went above and beyond: Ashit was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs and ensuring we had everything we could possibly want. Tamanna was so helpful and gracious, providing excellent recommendations and assistance with a warm smile. Washid also took great care of us, and his service was impeccable. While these individuals stood out, the sentiment extends to each and every member of the staff we encountered. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, looked after my family with genuine kindness and efficiency. We left feeling not just like guests, but like valued friends. Thank you for a memorable stay. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Chennai!

Food options were good and the room was also comfortable, staff was very friendly.

We stayed here for a night and a day. The staff is very friendly and when possible they extend above and beyond for making sure the guests have a great stay. I am saying this as everyone across the hotel served with a smile and made sure of guests convenience. I will recommend this place for family and everyone else alike. The breakfast was amazing and they were kind enough to service requests for our baby. Thank you Marriott Chennai. Special thanks to Chayanika, Malavika/Tamana and support staff at the entrance.
