I suggest looking at the pictures on Google maps before booking. The staff were nice but I wouldn't stay again. The odor and cleanliness of the room were my first issue, the lighting (super dark, faulty lines etc) was second, the restaurant area being very messy and crowded and unclean was the third.

メトロAG-DMS駅の出口至近にあり、空港からの移動にとても便利。施設はきれいで部屋は十分に広い。朝食も選択の幅が広く料理はおいしかった。 部屋に暗証番号式金庫がなかったのと、チェックインで少々待たされたのがわずかな減点要因。

空港からプリペイドタクシーで５００ルピーでしたが、メトロAG-DMSの駅出たところから徒歩１分もかからないところにあります。アンナサライ通りに面しています。マリオットというと、もっと大きなイメージでしたが、結構こじんまりとしています。チェックインもチェックアウトもとてもスムーズ。スタッフも親切です。部屋も清潔でゆったりとしています。朝食もおいしかった。ネットは切っていたので速度はわかりませんが、カードにパスワードが書かれています。

少し部屋がカビ臭かった。 タンスの天板等にカビあり。

Very close to Chennai Metro station (almost above). Clean room. Good food. AC control was not working. It was cold. I was obliged to turn it off.

ホテルとしては、やや良いレベルかと思います。 朝食に、ごはんや味噌スープがあり、日本人にはありがたいことである。

出張で６泊滞在したが、フロントの対応、部屋のきれいさ、水洗トイレ、セキュリティ、朝食のビュッフェ等どれも水準以上で快適であった。 インドのホテルの宿泊費としては少し高めかもしれないが、十分リーズナブルと感じた。

インドは初めてでしたが、ホテルのセキュリティは厳重で、スタッフもフレンドリーに話しかけてこられ、心地よく宿泊させていただきました。 今度は、仕事でなく観光で泊まりたいです。

Room was nice and clean. No noise from other rooms. So, slept well. Jacuzzi and Steam room awesome. Did not eat food in the hotel. So, can’t comment about that. Hotel room corridors unclean and was humid and no AC. Lobby has a light AC. After several complaints there was mild AC in the corridor. Why wouldn’t the hotel air condition the whole building? Don’t understand. Room service for coffee was so so. Coffee was like warm despite asking for extra hot. Very basic TV in the room

We booked a King bed for 3 nights. After a long day of travelling we arrived at the hotel around 11:30pm. We called the hotel a few hours earlier (around 7pm) to inform them that we are still coming and to confirm our reservation - they acknowledged. Once we arrived at our hotel the duty manager Amandeep Singh said the room is still no ready and to wait 20/25min for the room to be cleaned. That is completely unacceptable. The Front Office Manager Tamana Kaundal then advised that they can put us in a 2-bed bedroom instead and move us the next day - which would be a huge inconvenience as we had a busy day scheduled and would not want to repack our belongings to move to another room. Service was horrible and rooms were out dated. I will not be returning and would not advise anyone else to stay here either.

I wouldn’t say the room was great all outdated. Bathroom walls were bit mouldy. Toilet seats were too low. Anyone has knee problems it’s difficult to sit and get up from it, also time to change the mattress The staff on the floors were great kept the room clean and tidy. Very nice Restaurant no one speak English that much we say something they don’t understand sometimes the service was very slow. Some of them are really good. Food was ok room service is good. Food is ok Definitely they can improve a lot. I am giving you my thoughts so they can improve in so many ways

Clean room, great amenities and excellent staff. Shout out to shriya for taking excellent care of us. The others in the staff were excellent too - prompt service and excellent hospitality.

Bitten by bed bugs ... the last thing you expect in a hotel with this rating and promise. Never knew Marriott hotels allowed such neglect in their properties. Do not think will ever use this hotel in our lives.
