スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。立地、サービス、設備、部屋、清潔さも素晴らしかったです。

I think the location is the best about the hotel. I easily reach the Opera house, Circular Quay, the Rock area as well as catch public transport (ferry, bus, hop on hop off). The room is clean and tidy with a great view over Harbour Bridge. I can also enjoy the sunset from the balcony or see the busy harbor during day or night. I came to visit Sydney with my baby, and the hotel was so nice to have early check-in for us to take a rest after a long flight. Staffs are nice and helpful. I really enjoy staying here. Thanks.

素晴らしいファミリールームでした。スタッフは丁寧でフレンドリー、そしてとても親切でした。レセプションからルームサービス、そして2階のレストランまで、スタッフの温かいおもてなしに大変満足しました。オペラハウスまで徒歩圏内という理想的な立地で、交通の便も抜群です。
