総合評価とレビュー Coral Strand Smart Choice Hotel

夜到着も遅かったので離島への移動の為簡易的なホテルでと思い宿泊しました。 ビーチ沿いですが、ラグジュアリー感はなく。。 カジュアルな滞在には良いかと思います。

部屋のエアコンが効きがよすぎて寒かったり、効きが悪かったりで暑かったりと、ちょうどよい温度にできない。物価の高いセーシェルで毎日部屋にペットボトル２本を無料で入れてくれるのは大変助かったが、昼食・夕食をホテル内でと思うと高くて美味しくない。 朝食のビュッフェにあったヨーグルトの賞味期限が２日ほど切れていた。スタッフに言ってもそのままであった。

ルームキーパーに質はまあまあだが、あとは良いホテル。スタッフも丁寧にアドバイスをしてくれる。ビクトリアまでもバスでいける位置にあり、快適。プールもあってゆっくりできる。ブッフェも色々あって美味しい。飲み物は全て高い。

ボーバロンのビーチに面したホテルで、すぐに海に入れることができる。部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごせる。ビクトリアからバスでもタクシーでもアクセスできる位置にあるので、交通の便もよい。

ビジネスで宿泊したため、毎晩22時まで行われるライブの音がうるさかった点がマイナスですが、バカンス目的の方なら楽しめるのではと思います。海の目の前にあり、無料貸し出しビーチタオル２枚が付いてくるのはよいと思います。 Wi-Fiは無料ですが、多くの人が使う時間帯はやや通信速度が遅れます。 コンシェルジュが丁寧だったのは好ポイントでした。ホテルの飲食料金は、高い印象でしたが物価が高いセイシェルでバカンス目的の滞在者が多く泊まるホテルである事を考えれば仕方ないかもしれません。そういう点では、毎晩、安い屋台のお店が出る場所まで海沿いを歩いて徒歩でに行けるロケーションにあったのは◎でした。

隣のホテルのSAVOY hotelのレストランが全て10%offで良かったです。 プールもジムもSAVOY hotelをフリーで使えて良かったです。

空港から到着してチェックインの時間を待っていると時間前でもフロントスタッフがキビキビとした対応で動いてくれて、フロントスタッフは最高の対応でしたが、ハウスキーピングは今まで泊まったホテルの中で最低のレベルでした。今回のホテルには５泊しましたが、２日目足拭きマットは無いフェイスタオル無い、３日目４日目になるとボディーウオッシュソウプが無い、ハウスキーパーをよんで理由を聞くと無いから代わりにシャンプーを多めに置いているという訳のわから無い回答が帰ってきた。４日目は朝からドアに部屋の掃除の表示札を下げているにもかかわらず、夕方になっても掃除されていない。我慢できずにフロントにクレームをつけに行ってハウスキーパーにすぐやるように伝えてもらい、フロントからは３０分ぐらい待って欲しいと言われ、ロビーでソファーに座って待ち３０分後に部屋に戻るとまだやっていない。ちょうどのタイミングでハウスキーパーがやってきてこれからやるからと言われ、また３０分間の無駄な時間つぶし。又、石鹸が無いので頼むと、頼んだものとは違うものを持ってくるし、どうなっているのか今回のホテルのハウスキーパーの質は最低レベルでした。

受付・ﾍﾞﾙﾎﾞｰｲ・ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝの料理（ﾌﾞﾌｪ）は良かったが、ｳｪｲﾄﾚｽの対応が遅い。また、ﾚｽﾗﾝ入口にはﾊｳｽﾜｲﾝなど数種類の飲み物が無料という掲示があったが、ﾜｲﾄﾚｽには優良と言われた。

We booked an ocean view room. Our view was a cement wall 6 feet from our balcony. Location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great property, service & location. Conveniently located on a beautiful beach with many restaurants and shops. Room was beautiful, modern and comfortable, and had everything you may need during your stay.

We stayed here for ten days in April 25 and had a great time. It is very convenient for the beach at Beau Vallon and you can go out and have a walk around the area as everything is nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend and we would stay here again.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das in Teilen renoviert wird, so dass sich hier wahrscheinlich einiges in der Zukunft ändern wird. Wer es eher ruhig und beschaulich mag, geht nicht in die Beau Vallon Bay, am Strand sind einige Hunde unterwegs und nachts war Party. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort, als Spungbrett für die Rückreise. Von daher gerade so ok. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt jetzt noch nicht, vielleicht eher nach der Renovierung

The best hotel in Beau Vallon. Excellent and friendly staff. Perfect location. Everything worked smoothly. Special thanks for hotel manager for complimentary services! Safe place to be. Second time for us at this same hotel. We'll come back soon.

Nice place, will be greater when they will finish the renovation. I had a renovated room and it was very confirable. A lot of restaurant around and 3 in the hotel.

Fantastiskt!! Mitt på stranden. Trevlig personal. Fantastisk frukost. Rekommenderar deras indiska restaurang. Beau vallon har också en fantastisk strand. Bott på hotellet 2 ggr och alltid över förväntan ☺️

Good Service Amidst Renovation Challenges We recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience due to some unforeseen circumstances, but we still appreciated the efforts of the hotel staff to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived, we had booked an oceanfront room with two twin beds through Expedia. Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and none of the oceanfront twin rooms were available. In fact, there were no twin rooms available at all. As a result, we were given a partial ocean view room with one bed, and a movable bed was added to the already tight space, which made the room feel quite cramped. That said, the staff at the hotel were genuinely attentive and did their best to resolve the situation. Chamara, the hotel manager, offered us complimentary breakfast for most of our stay as a gesture of goodwill. Additionally, Sakura, who was at the front desk, was particularly helpful and understanding. She listened to our concerns and helped coordinate our room move. On the last day of our trip, we were finally moved to an oceanfront room, albeit a single bedroom, which was a great way to end our stay. While our room situation was less than ideal, the service provided by the staff made a significant difference, and we are grateful for their efforts. If you are planning to stay here during the renovation period, just be aware that room availability may not be as expected.
