部屋が広くてびっくりしました

Are you sure this is a 4 star? Didn't see any obvious amenities to justify the rating. No business lounge, not even a quiet room to work in. Outlets v. sparse in public areas and even in the rooms (none by the bed). Rooms were huge but showing their age. Fridge didn't work (leaked in fact). Some of the public areas seem quite unkempt/scruffy e.g lounge furniture. Didn't eat or drink there so can't comment on that. Having said all that, great location close to the cathedral in the old district, near everything.

Bastante decepcionante. En la habitación hacía un calor insoportable, abrimos la ventana pero lo único que entró fue ruido de gente tomando copas. Ademas al reservar a través de esta plataforma me cobraron mas de 30€ por habitacion, que me hubiese ahorrado si hubiera hecho la reserva directamente en el hotel. No volveremos

La ventana rota. Se avisa y no lo solucionan. El servicio de limpieza de la habitación flojo.

Buen trato y buena ubicación si vas a conocer el centro de Burgos

Stayed for the night, very convenient inside the catedral area and near bars .

Salle de bain avec des poils et cheveux. Matelas lit double pas très confortable et pire le matelas du canapé trop fin.

L'albergo e' in pieno centro vicinissimo a tutti i luoghi da visitare molto comodo con stanze grandi oltre al letto c'e una zona living molto confortevole.. ottimo rapporto prezzo qualita.. ci tornerei volentieri

La localización es lo mejor que tiene este hotel. Estuvimos bien pero diría le falta un poco de mantenimiento ya que no parece que sea de 4 estrellas El parquing es muy estrecho y muy caro

No sirvió el aire y el calor infernal ! Pregunté en recepción ,que por qué no servía el aire acondicionado y me dijeron que llevaba dos días descompuesto !! Reclame y le dije que por qué no me dijeron eso cuando llegué y me contestó que no era su problema

Second time staying at this hotel and will be back again. It’s location is perfect for being right in the centre of Burgos, the rooms are large and cleaned every day, all the staff we met were very friendly couldn’t ask for more.

Beautiful room. Very comfortable bed. Bath tub was an added bonus

Loved the location. Easy to see everything Burgos has to offer on foot from this historic hotel. Room was large and quiet. Furniture was old, some stains on the couch. As you can see from the pictures carpets were torn, lamps were broken and an electrical socket just fell apart.... So overall we paid too much for this hotel. Also, no coffee in the room. Coffee in the lobby needs to bought from a machine...
