駅に近いので便利だが、列車の汽笛や自動車の警笛、さらには犬の鳴き声が夜通しうるさい。窓が完全に閉まらず、暖房も無いので寒かった。ただし、従業員は親切だった。

全体的に古く、素人がやっている感じのホテル。部屋にドライヤーはなく、他の方が、ドライヤーを何回もリクエストしていた。私も頼んでみたが反応無し。信じられない。アスワンツアーも4AM発の８人混載で160ドルってプライベートタクシー価格！通りに面した部屋で、サッシがガタガタスカスカで夜も賑やか。バストイレ洗面所が扉が半分くらいしか開かない程コンパクト。日本のワンルームの方が全然良い。移動の時間を節約したい方はお勧め。

良いホテルではありません。先ず、予約した部屋と違う部屋にされました。交渉しても理解できない弁明だけで結局NG。部屋も入ってみたら準備ができておらず、汚く薄汚れていました。はっきり言って、おすすめしません。夜は肌寒いので毛布を頼んだら、これも破れのある毛布でした。部屋でのWiFiも遅い。(ロビーは何とか大丈夫)　従業員の教育も十分ではなく、大した用事でもないのに、チップを要求したりします。まともな従業員もいますが、二度と行きたくないホテルでした。良いところは、駅に近い事だけでした。

部屋のシャワーが壊れて使えなかったが、クレームで別の部屋に替えてくれた。冷蔵庫、スリッパ、ドライヤーなどがなかった。 ホテル施設が全体的に老朽化している。 駅や繁華街に近く食事や買い物等に便利な反面、周囲は夜まで騒音が酷く安眠を妨げられる。

ホテルは清潔で、スタッフも親切フレンドリーです。朝食も美味しく、夕食(有料)安くて美味しいです。又アスワンに行ったら、絶対に泊まります！

☆良い点 ・アスワン駅から徒歩５分以内 ・船乗場も近い ・従業員がフレンドリー、英語も問題なし ・Wifiは部屋でも問題なく繋がる ・ナイル川の情景を楽しめる ◇普通な点 ・部屋の清掃は可もなく不可もなく ・冷蔵庫はあり、ただしミネラルウォーターの用意はなし ・テレビあり、ただし私の部屋は電源が入りませんでした ・お湯は出ますが大変温い ★悪い点 ・バスタオルが雑巾のよう ・ヘアドライヤーなし ・タクシーの配車手数料が高額(100￡E) ロケーション重視なら良いですし、アメニティ重視なら悪いと思います。

ホテルスタッフは、みんな親切でした。早朝からツアーに参加するので、早いチェックアウトでしたが、朝食を箱詰めにしていただきました。

二泊しましたが、1日目トイレが流れず、停電にもなり２日目に部屋を変更してもらいました。 交換してもらったのですが、エアコンが付かずまた交換してもらいました。 スタッフさんの対応はかなりよく、新品のタオルをくださったり、ツアーの予約でトラブルがありましたが電話で代わりに対応してくださったりしていたれり尽せりでした。 ドライヤーやティッシュがなかったのが残念ですが、立地もよいのでいいかと思います。

部屋は寒く冬はつらい。スタッフはフレンドリーで大変親切。

シャワーのノズルが壊れていて、シャワーを浴びる事が出来なかった。 お部屋に入った時に、アメニティーの補充がされていなかった。タオルも無かった。 トイレットペーパーの補充もされていなかった。 ホテルの廊下に、ルームサービスで食べ終わった食器類が２日間そのまま放置されていた。 部屋の電球が切れていて部屋がとても暗かった。ホテルのロビーも照明が暗すぎた。

This is by far the WORST Hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life! Location is scary, rooms we terrible and service was horrible! This hotel needs to be SHUT DOWN!

This hotel was wonderful—very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. They even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us because we had a 4 a.m. tour. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very old property

The best part of this hotel was the staff at the front desk and the door. They were super helpful getting us the InDrive app to catch a very early ride to the airport. The location was also very good, right by the ferry, train station and market. The room itself was very old and pretty dirty but the sheets were crisp and clean. The door key stopped working and it was a big problem also so they gave us a manual key.

It was a good relaxing hotels, staff were very helpful

インターネットが使えなかったので星一つ減らしたけど、スタッフがみんな親切。部屋から見えるナイル川がとてもいい。素敵なホテルでした。

Front office and HK are very friendly and helpful

It was one night family stay in Marhaba Hotel. The staff was amazing, extremly kind, very helpful. We loved the swimming pool, my kids enjoyed it very much. The food served for breakfast was local, so if someone is not keen on it and wants something more " European ", unfortunately the choice is very limited. The hotel is situated right next to a very noisy road and there is some building/ renovation work going on on the side. As we were led to our room, it appeared the air-conditioning was faulty . It had a large balcony with the view on the Nile ( and the road as well, which you dont see looking at the profile pictures on the webside) . We were moved to another room, with a working air-conditioning but a tiny side balcony facing building side. We were not happy with that so the management offered 2 smaller rooms including one for smokers ( the smell of cigarettes was very strong, ash tray in the room) As we travelled as a family with 2 autistics kids, we insisted on one room. There was no other choice, only the family room without view, with a tiny balcony facing a wall and building side., even thought we had paid for a big family room with a view on the Nile. I understand, that the hotel is situated next to a dusty , busy road, , but the level of dust in the room was unacceptable. The toilet was dirty with unpleasant brownish marks. Unfortunately, we had an awful, noisy night.

El hotel en su fallada esta bien, pero las habitaciones son un desastre, sucias y mal organizadas, algunas cosas viejas y sin funcionamiento, como el frigorífico o las ventanas, mala conexión a internet, bastante tristes.
