2度目の宿泊でした。部屋、サービス共に素晴らしかったです。部屋やプールからの展望も素敵でした。とても落ち着くホテルです。 下のレストランの味が以前よりも少し落ちたかな？と感じましたが上のレストランは相変わらずおいしかったです。レストランの価格が高いのでもう少しお手頃だとさらに良いですね。

抜群の清潔感、美しいロケーション、お洒落で絶品の料理、丁寧で気が利く陽気なスタッフ、最高のホテルでした。部屋によってはWiFiが弱いところもありましたが、それを差し引いてもとにかく素晴らしいです。

The staff was wonderful

Adult only pool had children running around. Despite signs saying adult only I was told both pools were for families??!!

Restaurant on site was good, breakfast was good. Plenty of food options close and within walkable distance.

The view is spectacular . Staff is kind , helpful and go above and beyond . I have stayed at this hotel 4x . The breakfast is so good ! Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants that are walkable and it’s a quick bus ride to the beach every 15 min . The hotel has shuttle service as well ! 10/10

Amazing start to finish.

I was in room 35, and it was eye level with a guarumo tree upper canopy. It was great because this tree attracts sloths, monkeys and aracari and yellow throated toucans, all of which I saw and enjoyed from the comfort of my balcony. That room had a beautiful view of the ocean, rainforest and wildlife. It was amazing.

Hotel maravilhoso! Quarto grande, confortável, excelente ducha, boa cama e vista incrível da varanda. O hotel é muito bonito e bem cuidado. A piscina pra adulto é excelente e com ótimos drinks. Único ponto negativo é o café da manhã que nao tem muita variedade.

I loved the cleanliness. Even the bathrooms by the pool were clean and well kept. The entire staff was very nice and accommodating. The included breakfast was also great.

Overall this is a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay, but it was definitely over priced for what it was (I do notice that it came down significantly in price since we booked, so maybe they realised that too!) On check in we were taken to a room that bore no resemblance to what we had booked and what was shown in the pictures and was definitely not worth £250 per night. However the staff were super helpful and "upgraded" us to a plus room which was actually like the pictures so maybe there is an error on here with the room pictures. One of the restaurants and one of the pools were shut due to damage from a fallen tree which I understand is out of their control but again it just made us feel like we'd spent so much money and werent getting enough for that. Food was good although half way through our stay they switched to a semi buffet service which felt cheap and the service dropped On a positive note, the reception staff were always super helpful and friendly. The cleaning was always done to a high standard and the view from our room was great. Also the hotel is in a good location where you can walk to many places and there is a bus stop right outside which costs about 50p! Overall, I'd recommend this hotel, but only at a price that reflects the standard, it was not a £250pn hotel!

El hotel estaba limpio y bien mantenido pero viejo. El cuarto no cerraba la puerta del balcón y nuestro baño olía muy mal. Comida deliciosa, muchas opciones de comida sin gluten y vegetariana. Los meseros pese que educados, no fueron tan buenos como los del resto de Costa Rica. La gente se recepción muy amables.

The family pool sold me on choosing this resort and it did not disappoint! My 6 and 4 year olds had a blast with the pools and slide. As did my husband and I! Poolside restaurant had great food and the staff here and at front desk were SO friendly and accommodating.

Everything about the hotel was great. Woke up to the sound of animals every morning. We were able to wake up every morning and find something to see right on the property: macaws, toucans, aricari, monkeys, parakeets etc. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. The room was clean and quiet. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay. As someone traveling without children, it’s nice to have an adult pool separate from family pool. The staff are very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Although the property restaurants had some nice local options, I was disappointed with restaurant menu options throughout the area. I suppose this is an effort to cater to tourists. Italian food on every menu… I found that strange.

Great location, amazing ocean views, beautiful tropical gardens and access to wildlife refuge and butterflies garden. Convenient proximity to Manuel Antonio national park.
