The furniture in the room was in very good condition.

The rooms were large and clean. Beds were comfy. The only issue is when we checked in, the front desk staff was very awkward, seemed new at her job and seemed just overall uncomfortable. It was kind of bizarre actually. She was sweet and apologetic but it was a strange experience.

No hot water …..not in the entire hotel Fighting to get a full refund

Just old , much updating would be needed to get a 5 star rating

It is quite. If you have an animal King bed suites is all you can use they will up charge you

We always stay here when we overnight in Missoula Area.

Nice staff cheap rates. They had a problem with water drainage in toilet and sink but over all a good place

The staff was fine and room was on the small side. I had to leave early so no idea about breakfast offerings. Has a stair case which I never like having to deal with. All in all it is okay.

Clean rooms, nice staff. They are a little high priced for a pet. There was an issue with a charge and the staff fixed it right away.

The first room (106) was full of mold! I smelled it when i went in and im allergic! Almost had to go to the ER

The power went out in the middle of the night was not restored until 8:15 am. No working phone during that time to contact the desk.

front desk excellent. housekeeping could use some training in cleaning and presentation. room above very noisy. squeaky flooring, thin walls, entry way from street side a little squishy on the flooring. bed needs to be retired. i will stay again, in a different room, just because of the staff. breakfast was ok. needed to be better stocked tho.

Beds were not the firmest, but not too soft. Bathroom was clean.

Horrible experience!!! Walked into the room and the floor buckled. Old, not kept well. Only stayed in room 5 minutes and left. Would not stay in this room!
