初日に出迎えてくれたフロントの方がおやすみなさい。と日本語を話してくれてフレンドリーな印象を受けた。 3人部屋に泊まったが十分な広さでバスルームも清潔で使いやすかった。 何より良かったのは、宿泊客もホテルのスタッフも良い意味でのんびりとしていてヴィラらしい雰囲気だったこと

✔お風呂はジャグジー付きで清潔 ✔朝食：バイキング形式の食事、毎日変わるプチデザートもとっても美味しい ✔Smartのレンタカーがあり、往復１２０キロ程度のドライブが出来る ✔広い庭にオリーブの木、朝焼け夕焼けもとても綺麗で、バカンス気分になれる ✔中心地からは少々遠いが、シャトルバスがあるので観光には不便ない、むしろ静かでゆったりすごせる ✔スタッフの方々がとても優しくフレンドリーで、楽しい滞在になった ✔エアコンが常時点いていて、温度設定やOn OFFが出来なかった ✔季節柄　蚊がとても多くいた

フィレンツェ東郊外で広大なオリーブ畑の農場を改造したリゾートホテルです。 ダウンタウンまで約5キロでタクシーを使えば簡単に移動できるので、高い旧市街のホテルより断然お得です。オリーブ畑やプールを散策するとフィレンツェに来たという気分も高まります。レストランも良いレベルの料理サービスです。

ホテルの部屋は、レセプションやレストランとは別棟になっています。部屋の前には調度品が置かれて、さながら貴族の館のようです。壁画は本物の油彩画で、天井は高く、二層のシャンデリア。ジャクジーつきのバスタブ、大理石の床。質の良いアメニティグッズ。疲れを癒してぐっすり眠れました。目覚めると鳥のさえずりが聞こえ、シャワーでリフレッシュしたら、周囲の庭園を散歩できます。 朝食は、いくつか種類があるパンもおいしくハムやチーズは本場トスカーナ産のプロシュートやサラミ、フレッシュなトマトにモッツァレラチーズ。ホテルのスタッフは上品で、且つフレンドリー。コーヒーも美味しく頂きました。食器も良かったですよ。 そういえば、フランス語が飛び交ってました。客層も良いです。町からは離れており、不便と言えば不便ですが、多くのお客さんは欧州人で、クルマでお越しのようでした。 dinnerをレストランで頂きました。リゾットやタスカンビーフのステーキ、トスカーナの白ワイン、どれも非常に美味しかった。シーズンオフで、ひとりだけのお客になりましたが、なんだかリラックスしました。

フィレンツェ郊外の広い敷地に部屋数も少なめにつくられたホテルでした。のんびりとすごすのに最適です。非常に満足です。 市街へは朝夕のシャトルバス運行もあるものの、予約必要で乗れない場合あり。タクシーでは１５分／２０ユーロほどかかります。 ７月初旬で暑い昼間は、ホテルに戻って一休みするにも２０ユーロは痛い出費となりました。

The place is absolutely beautiful not the easiest to get to but beautiful room beautiful area and the staff were great the only downside to this stay after sleeping waking up to numerous amounts of bites all over my legs

This hotel is a historic place equipped with modern amenities. It is very clean with helpful staff. I would recommend it for a restful and calm stay for anyone.

The pool was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We loved our room. The room service was also insanely delicious

Ótima localização ! Bom café da manhã lindos jardins ! Não houve uma boa vontade em nos conceder up grade . Meu quarto precisava de uma renovação . Mas no geral as instalações da área comum são muito bem conservadas e bonitas .

Wonderful property in every way! We accidentally left our passports in the room safe and the housekeeper immediately notified the front desk. The lady at the front desk, whose name was, Laura M., contacted us immediately. We were already in Venice, so she arranged a driver to drive our passports to us. She went over the top to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. The kindness was just amazing and the property was 10/10.

Laid back, luxurious feel to this hotel, gorgeous pool area, in tranquil grounds with birdsong, scent of flowers, and unassuming, carefully attentive staff. Delicious unhurried buffet breakfast. 15 minutes by minibus into central Florence. Best of both worlds. We spent 4 nights here.

No 24 hour shuttle to airport as advertised (it cost about 100-200 euros to get your own transportation). The hotel Charges 2.5 Euros each way for their shuttle to and from the city. The shuttle drops you off about a mile from the actual city center no where near anything and it has other stops on the way, it also has limited pick up and drop offs. It is cheaper and more convenient to take the city bus. The air conditioning was blowing hot air on the lowest setting the first 2 nights, the best the hotel offered was a fan, no one came to inspect or fix after 2 calls. It was well over 80F in the room, it was much hotter inside than outside. this force us to open windows to cool the place down, then we where eaten alive by bugs because they don't have screens. overall not impressed. The menu also only included extremely fancy dishes that seemed overpriced and didn't offer much for the common person. the hotel wasn't near anything so you really have to plan ahead for food so you don't have to pay 40 euros each way for a taxi.

We have always enjoyed our stay here. It is very comfortable. There are lots of areas to sit and relax, have a drink, read a book, have a chat, have a swim or go for a walk around the beautiful garden. The shuttle bus into Florence is very handy.

Everything is perfect

Aktuell befindet sich eine riesige Baustelle neben dem Hotel, deren Baulärm man als Gast mitbekommt. Das Personal an der Rezeption und besonders im Restaurant ist eher unfreundlich, bspw. wird man nicht gegrüßt oder zu allem gibt es hier und da Limitationen. Das Zimmer ist an sich recht schön und sauber, aber es ist nicht gut in Schuss gehalten. Zum Beispiel, gab es wohl einen größeren Wasserschaden am Eingang des Hotels und es wurde mit einer Pflanze verdeckt, was nicht gelungen ist. Wir haben einen Abend dort gegessen und es hat von der Pasta bis zum Fleisch nicht geschmeckt. Wir haben Feedback gegeben und haben damit gerechnet, dass zumindest ein Gericht von der Rechnung genommen wird oder wir ein Dessert aufs Haus bekommen, aber nichts davon. Das Hotel hat am Ende 8% des gesamten Aufenthalts als Trinkgeld auf die Abschlussrechnung geschrieben. Wir geben gerne Trinkgeld, aber nicht wenn es so selbstverständlich einfach auf die Rechnung geschrieben wird und es einfach zu viele Mankos gab. Ich würde es nicht empfehlen. Wir sind ursprünglich gekommen um uns die Location für unsere Hochzeit anzuschauen. Den Termin haben wir vor Ort abgesagt und dazu kamen nicht mal Rückfragen.

This was one of the most amazing g places I have stayed in Europe. So authentic to what it was back when it was built. The antiques the artwork. The attention to detail. The gardens. The staff are amazing. It was a nice break from the crazed city center areas. I was able to enjoy space and calm. I recommend it 100+%

Very big nice room, pretty grounds, plenty of parking!! there’s a shuttle in to the city which is quite practical. Pool was under renovation while we were there, breakfast was good, staff is super polite and helpful. Honestly a much better experience than other hotels we stayed at in the region for a more expensive price. Pleasantly surprised with our experience here
