空港から近い 写真通りの綺麗なホテルだった！ 周りには特に何もなくて大変だった。歩いてアスティカに行こうとしたけれど道が狭くて歩いていくことは不可能だった

非常に不便の所にある。タクシー使用のみ可能。空港からホテルまで50Euro取られました。二度と宿泊しない

中心都市からは離れている為、少し不便。 けれど、ホテルの質は最高。朝食も美味しいし、部屋も綺麗で快適。 ホテルから空港まで送迎もしてもらえる(別料金だが、タクシーとかに比べると断然安いのでホテルに頼むのがベスト！)

レンタカーを翌朝空港でピックアップするため、空港近くの 本ホテルを選択しました。（空港に深夜到着で、レンタカーカウンターが営業終了していた） きれいなホテルでスタッフも落ち着いた感じの方で、部屋も必要十分で快適でした。 ただ、値段相応ですが、部屋は少し狭いですね。 本ホテルへタクシーで行く際の注意ですが、空港からホテルへのタクシー費用は ローマ市内まで一律48ユーロ（だったと思います）が適用されるため、 本ホテルまででは割高になる、という点です（ホテルによるとタクシー費用は３５ユーロ位）。 ホテル側の問題点ではないですが。

スタッフはフレンドリーだが、部屋は簡素、周りは何もなく物騒な感じ。朝食付きは良かったが、２度と泊まることはないだろう。

空港からのシャトルバスは21:00で終わりでした！ 他のホテルのシャトルバスの運転手さんが親切にもホテルに電話をしてくれて、21:00を少し過ぎていたので、Onlyタクシー！と言われタクシーへ！ 空港からタクシーでホテルまでは10ユーロでした！ 部屋はスリッパが無いと少し私は抵抗がある程度の床。タイルのような。 ベット、お風呂周り、タオル、トイレは綺麗でシャワーも強いし、ドライヤーもいい風圧でした！！♪ 素泊まりだったので、普通の評価にしていますが、フロントの方は丁寧で笑顔で安心しました！ そのあとローマに行くと伝えるとバスのチケットを翌日フロントで売って下さり、バス停もすぐ近くを教えてくれました！！ スリッパさえ持って行っていれば、、、、 WiFiも部屋であまり繋がりませんでした。 空港でWiFi拾えたし、私は寝ただけだったのでそこまで気にせず就寝。 フロント前のロビーでは完璧に繋がりました！ また泊まりたいです。スリッパを持参で。。

The spa was closed for maintenance and this was one of the reasons I booked. The room needed a good paint and the toilet stopped flushing in the morning. The soap dispenser had not been filled and trying to contact reception was impossible as there were no instructions anywhere in the room. To make matters worse the people next door got locked out and spent 39 minutes banging and shouting at 11.30 at night - paid for a room and could not sleep because of the commotion. When I complained I was just given an apology that really didn’t make up for my experience. Dreadful time spent at this hotel

Super søde og venligt personale. Værelset var rent og ganske udmærkede senge. Pool og poolområde okay men meget grus i poolen.

Very bad, small, and old. The pictures are unrealistic; it looks like it's from the Stone Age. The bathroom is old, there's no electricity, and no air conditioning. However, the staff are nice.

Okay place to stay. Bus near the hotel, which is helpful. Breakfast could have been better as there was no fresh fruit available.

The staff was kind and helpful. The spa was closed, but we weren't super counting on it so not a big deal. Our room was neat and air conditioned. We felt the hotel was a little isolated from the actual Ostia Antica that one would want to visit while staying here, but eventually we were able to walk and zigzag our way through the neighborhood to get to the historic area.

Great location for early morning flights from fiumicino!

Our stay at this hotel was one of the worst travel experiences we've ever had. The property was dirty, rundown, and did not feel safe at all. The rooms and common areas were not well maintained, and the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The most upsetting part was that the guests in the room next to us were loudly having sex throughout the night. The noise was so excessive that the children traveling with us were unable to sleep. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that advertises itself as family-friendly. We expected a clean, safe, and peaceful place to stay, but instead we spent the night feeling uncomfortable and exhausted. I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a safe and relaxing stay. Management needs to address the cleanliness, security, and noise issues before other guests have the same experience. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Nice enough hotel, comfortable beds but pool closes too early , and it’s not close to anything 40 min cab ride to Rome 20-25 min to the airport , well priced but the money I saved I spent double in cab fares
