空港から近い 写真通りの綺麗なホテルだった！ 周りには特に何もなくて大変だった。歩いてアスティカに行こうとしたけれど道が狭くて歩いていくことは不可能だった

非常に不便の所にある。タクシー使用のみ可能。空港からホテルまで50Euro取られました。二度と宿泊しない

中心都市からは離れている為、少し不便。 けれど、ホテルの質は最高。朝食も美味しいし、部屋も綺麗で快適。 ホテルから空港まで送迎もしてもらえる(別料金だが、タクシーとかに比べると断然安いのでホテルに頼むのがベスト！)

レンタカーを翌朝空港でピックアップするため、空港近くの 本ホテルを選択しました。（空港に深夜到着で、レンタカーカウンターが営業終了していた） きれいなホテルでスタッフも落ち着いた感じの方で、部屋も必要十分で快適でした。 ただ、値段相応ですが、部屋は少し狭いですね。 本ホテルへタクシーで行く際の注意ですが、空港からホテルへのタクシー費用は ローマ市内まで一律48ユーロ（だったと思います）が適用されるため、 本ホテルまででは割高になる、という点です（ホテルによるとタクシー費用は３５ユーロ位）。 ホテル側の問題点ではないですが。

スタッフはフレンドリーだが、部屋は簡素、周りは何もなく物騒な感じ。朝食付きは良かったが、２度と泊まることはないだろう。

空港からのシャトルバスは21:00で終わりでした！ 他のホテルのシャトルバスの運転手さんが親切にもホテルに電話をしてくれて、21:00を少し過ぎていたので、Onlyタクシー！と言われタクシーへ！ 空港からタクシーでホテルまでは10ユーロでした！ 部屋はスリッパが無いと少し私は抵抗がある程度の床。タイルのような。 ベット、お風呂周り、タオル、トイレは綺麗でシャワーも強いし、ドライヤーもいい風圧でした！！♪ 素泊まりだったので、普通の評価にしていますが、フロントの方は丁寧で笑顔で安心しました！ そのあとローマに行くと伝えるとバスのチケットを翌日フロントで売って下さり、バス停もすぐ近くを教えてくれました！！ スリッパさえ持って行っていれば、、、、 WiFiも部屋であまり繋がりませんでした。 空港でWiFi拾えたし、私は寝ただけだったのでそこまで気にせず就寝。 フロント前のロビーでは完璧に繋がりました！ また泊まりたいです。スリッパを持参で。。

ホテルは市内から少し離れていますが交通の便利は良いので　さほど問題はありません空港まではホテルのシャトルバスで送ってもらえるので帰りとかに利用すればゆっくりとした時間が過ごせます朝食は最低でした

旅行最後で宿泊した部屋でした。シャワーはぬるま湯で眠るまでとても寒かったです。部屋、一階ホール、プールは綺麗で、五時までの男性のフロントスタッフ、レストランスタッフのご対応は良かったのですが、朝方のフロントスタッフの方は、、、、、空港ホテル往復シャトルバスは日本円にして4000円でした。。

Room was nothing more then just alright for a night stay near the airport

I booked this hotel in Rome because I believed it was close to the Fiera De Roma where a convention was taking place. Its not. And it is literally in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is very dated. The room smelled damp and mildewy and even though it was 25 degrees out, the a/c had been turned off for the winter and my room as 27 degrees. I ended up leaving a couple hours after check in and forfeited my 5 nights with no refund. I ended up staying in a cute boutique hotel in downtown Rome and had the best time!

Staff was helpful.

The best thing about this Hotel was how clean the room was and how the staff were. The Hotel is extremley dated, the rooms were old and realistically did not match what was shown on the site as well as only informing that the Spa was not availble the day before I was due to arrive. unfortunately I would not use this Hotel again, Value for money is not there at all.

The staff members were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was clean and mattress was comfortable. Be warned - There is no fitness room. And you can hear *everything going on in neighboring rooms. There is not much to do near the hotel. But it was pretty easy to use the bus/train system to get around. I walked from Ostia Antica every day too. You can safely walk if you turn down the alley behind the hotel to avoid the stretch of main road that has no sidewalk. I was there for a whole week for a sports event. I recommend the Ostia Antica archeological site! I went into the Rome city center to see all the sites on 3 different days and used the metro. This was a clean, friendly, reasonably priced place to stay. I would stay here again. Quiet and away from the hubbub.

Breakfest was very good , nearby restaurant was great as well.

The hotel shows very well in the Hotels.com pictures although is not nearly as posh as shown. The website fails to mention that the entire spa and all services are not available after Sept. 30th. The bathroom in my standard room was tiny and poorly designed, very inconvenient. The room did have a lovely balcony which was great for drying clothes although noisy because the hotel is adjacent to a busy street.

We were very pleased with the staff and service. We liked the hotel and would stay again.

Room was basic, but comfortable for the night as it is close to Fiumicino. The part about the spa and all the photos of people enjoying massage are misleading. No fitness room either.

It was a tired property, bad paint job and our room was in need of renovation. It was convenient to the airport.
