Huge rooms, nice hot tub but pool was cold.

we had a good experience. the only drawback was one set of elevators and we were a long way from them. the corridors took some getting used to.

I was disappointed with the internet service and the coffee.

Came for one night for the indoor pool and hot tub. Was very clean, pool wasn’t too cold and hot tub was nice. Rooms were clean and breakfast was nice. Will be returning

Mostly great place to stay. The pullout couch/mattress was terrible. Thin, beat, uncomfortable. Room was very clean. Great water pressure. Regular bed was very good with nice pillows. Hotel itself looked very clean. Nice grounds. Good walking trail nearby. Decent kitchenette. Biggest complaint was the chlorine smell from the pool in the whole downstairs. If that wasn’t so powerful, I’d probably give 5stars.

The only room available was a handicapped room, and the open shower was a tad grimy near the grout. The room was a tad shabby but clean enough. The area was close to town, which was great, a little desolate when driving at night.

Unruly amount of children running aimlessly all over the entire hotel, so much so we felt we HAD to complain to the desk to get them to stop running up and down every hall, with no resolution from complaints. Enjoying my Husbands Birthday here for the night and couldnt relax in the hot tub due it being full of children that were very under the age limitation posted. Absolutely unwelcoming staff and environment. Kids were still loud and obnoxious with no parental or staff control to be found the next morning.
