清室内は清潔で食事も美味しく、アクティビティも楽しかったです。大満足のホテルでした。また訪れたいです。

家族で滞在しましたが大変有意義に過ごせました。スタッフの対応も良かったしフレンドリーでした。2階だったので階段を利用しましたが、エレベーターがなかなか来ないので上階なら不便でしょう。

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach traumhaft und die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Zimmer mit herrlichem Meerblick ein echtes Highlight! Auch das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Die Unterhaltung im Hotel war ebenfalls gelungen und hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, und ich kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Yes lots of beds available which was good. A little difficult to get drinks in the restaurant as staff had to clear tables and take drink orders

Extremely poor service. Staff negligence in failing to collect our luggage caused us to miss our flight. The hotel refused to take responsibility and offered no help, leaving us stranded and out of pocket. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. No support no amd no refund given! very disappointing.

Stayed at Sherwood Exclusive Lara Resort recently and overall, it was an average experience, nothing exceptional, especially compared to other resorts in the Lara area. The property itself feels quite dated. While the location is good, the building and rooms definitely need an upgrade. One of the main issues we faced was the air conditioning in our room, it wasn’t working properly. Despite requesting it to be fixed, no technician ever showed up during our stay. The room would get quite hot, especially in the mornings and sometimes at night, and we had to keep the windows open just to get some airflow. Service was mixed. The general service staff (restaurant, housekeeping, etc.) were actually very helpful and polite, which we appreciated. However, the front desk staff had a noticeable attitude and were not very accommodating, which affected the overall experience. Another major inconvenience was their strict no-cash policy. They do not accept cash at all, which can put you in a difficult situation if your card is lost or not working, something to seriously consider before staying here. Overall, it’s not a terrible place, but compared to other resorts nearby, it falls short in terms of service, maintenance, and flexibility. With a few improvements, it could be much better, but for now, there are definitely stronger options in the same area.

Dans l’ensemble le séjour est correct , nous sommes arrivés à 2h personne n’est venu nous aider pour les valises , en arrivant nous constatons que l’hôtel a l’intérieur est vieillissant et pas digne d’un 5 étoiles nous arrivons dans la chambre est constatons à 1h du matin des cheveux dans le lit , le lit bébé de mon fils qui puait la mort , on aurait dit que la chambre était déjà utilisé , la salle de bain pas propre ect.. je suis descendu à la réception demande de faire quelque chose le réceptionniste Salih nous a très mal reçu et m’a dit d’attendre le lendemain et de dormir dans la chambre sale très sale ! Nous étions déçu ! Et la chambre est égalent vieillissant poigne cassé ect .. par contre la nourriture est très bonne vraiment et l’extérieur très bien entretenu sur sa rien a dire . Pas digne d’un 5 étoiles

Notre note générale sur 10 se trouve plutot a 6/10 Car l’hôtel selon nous ne représente pas vraiment un 5 étoile mais plutôt un 4 étoile. Les extérieurs sont supers jardins bien entretenus, 2 piscines chauffées, le parc aquatique est sympa, et les restaurants extérieurs comme celui au bord de mer est vraiment top, ainsi que celui des burgers et lahmacun, gros bémol pour le buffet souvent des plats répétitifs de qualité vraiment à désirer, nous y avons séjourné 10jours et franchement nous avons trouvé plutot de gamme basse ou comparé à d’autres 5 étoiles que nous avons deja fait en Turquie. Pour l’animation David d’origine Nigérienne est vraiment sympathique et parle volontiers avec vous et échange chaleureusement. Pour la plupart des animations à thème ils font ça dans la salle de meeting, on y voit rien car les chaises sont placées les unes derrière les autres au meme niveau et lors de shows rien n’est visible dans les rangs derrière. La disco est décevante car le ou les dj coupent les musiques en plein milieu, des fois une musique commence puis stop et après 10secondes de silence une autre musique est remise, bref une catastrophe du coup aucune ambiance les gens partent après 10minutes dommage. Ayant deja séjourné dans d’autres 5 etoiles turques nous avons été tous d’accord que c’est le moins bon de tous ceux que nous avons fait jusqu’à lors.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the jacuzzi room and the sea view was spectacular. The resort is definitely exclusive and has lot’s of activities and really good entertainment on site. The entertainment team Ikra, Rabiya & David all really good and kept us involved with all the activities. The beach is on site and takes literally few minutes from your room to the beach. The food was great at all times brekkie, lunch & dinner. The restaurant on the beach is really good and serves fresh food, my husband had the chicken & lentil soup very delicious and popular. We would definitely return again. Thank you.

Schöne Anlage, gutes Hotel

Clean hotel , friendly staff food great something for everyone ... location right on beach front ..

It’s a beautiful property, I had the best room with the best view. Everything was clean. The Staff was polite. The drinks and the food were unlimited and of excellent quality. The pools were clean. The beach was easily accessible. My only complaint was that my bedroom was too hot as I understand it was winter and they probably had a setting of keeping the heating on 24x7, but apart from that everything was top-notch.

Had jazzuci room it was great with balcony and views. Food was outstanding, spoiled for choice. We went turkish al ka carte, you won’t be disapointed. Staff excellent and attentive, always accomodating and helpful. Plenty of activities to do trough day for adults and kids…i may be returning again…loved it
