イビサ島のオールインクルーシブホテルです。 イビサタウンからはタクシーで10分程度の距離です。 ホテルでゆっくりされたい方にとっては、プールやテニスコートもあり設備は充実しています。 イビサタウンを観光したい方はイビサタウンに宿泊されることをオススメします。 部屋、清潔さ、ホテルの人の対応はよかったです。 日本語はダメですが英語は通じます。 料理は普通です。 一つ残念だったのは、海に近いせいかシャワー・水道の水がしょっぱかったことです。 なかなか慣れることが出来ませんでした。

オールインクルーディブで5泊しました。全食ビュッフェでしたが特に飽きることなく食べられました。飲み物も飲み放題なのでホテルで過ごすならバッチリです。一部の飲み物は有料ですのでご注意ください。ヨガやエアロビなどのイベントも盛りだくさん。夜のステージもあり賑やかで良いと思います。

とっても快適なホテルでした。 オールインクルーディブで、朝食（飲み物込み）、午後ティー、夕食（飲み物込み）、食後のバーと宿泊中、一切お金に関することを気にせずに過ごせました。 部屋バスタブ付き、エアコン完備でした。ロビーではインターネットが使えましたが、つながりがいまいちでした。 部屋では有料で使えたようですが、試しませんでした。 スタッフもとても親切。 海まで至近。

Meseros un poco groseros, no estaban abiertos todos los restaurantes

Stayed here for 10 nights and i would say this hotel is a great place to stay. Very clean and very modern. I feel the sport bar area is outdated and needs a lick of paint. Overall a great place to stay. Staff are wonderful and very hardworking.

Essen war definitiv keine 5 Sterne, Personal unaufmerksam,chaotisch,vergesslich,essen wurde nicht nachgefüllt,nur sehr wenig abwechslung und auswahl. Reception chaotisch, man gibt einem das gefühl "Geduldet" zu sein. Gym fällt auseinander, und für 5 Sterne und solch eine Hotelgrösse zu klein. Mehr ein Fanilienhotel als Päärchenhotel. Schlechtestes 5 Sterne Hotel in meinem Leben.

I visited with my daughter for few days. The hotel is really pretty with pools, beach anccess and great choice of Restaurants and Bars on the property site. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There is a mini kids club and junior club for older kid. We will be back for sure. It is a great place to unwind.

Slow check in could have done more staff on.no welcome drinks were offered just a wait. Perhaps if guest services weren’t busy they cloud go over and help out well at least one member. Room was lovely couldn’t fault the room comfy beds, hairdryer, mini bar. Well maintained grounds and were being altered by the garden team doing a great job. Pool area was big spacious two pools were clean staff were efficient in the bar and friendly did run out of cruzcampo only Heineken lager cable on our second day. A lot beds were reserved with towels but that a guest problem putting towels down then going off. The outdoor entertainment theatre was closed didn’t use the spa facilities but looked nice. Gym was well equipped. The main restaurant was big and busy had good choice of food but it depends on when you went for level of service and quality of presentation. Staff were extremely busy which led to little interaction. We went outside most times to eat after the first night our table was given away whilst going for dessert. We didn’t make a fuss just went found another table. Could do with more coffee machines didn’t help that the one outside kept breaking down. We tried to book in for one of the themed restaurants which they have a few. One restaurant was still closed and we’re told that there wasn’t any availability when went to guest reservations couldn’t request a restaurant reservation until you had a room number so earliest was 3pm so felt some facilities were taking away.

This is a beautiful hotel, great food, friendly staff, very accommodating for all your needs.

Fijn hotel, ontvangst was al meteen prima, eten vonden wij goed. Ontbijt misschien iets minder op Engelsen richten zou het helemaal perfect maken. Puur een puntje maar absoluut geen echte kritiek. Kamermeisjes uitstekend werk verricht. Komen zeker terug.

We had to pay extra to use spa facilities like the sauna and jacuzzi. In addition after I payed extra to use the spa, one of the sauna rooms was out of order and the hot tub was not hot. It was luke warm at best.

Tops increíble!

Fantastic hotel, we went with 4 generations including baby, 30s, 50s and almost 80 and the hotel catered fabulously to us all. Great all inclusive, with NICE food and drinks not rubbish buffet stuff, can’t rate enough!

Beautiful hotel, great service and the room was exceptional, as we got unexpectedly upgraded on arrival. A fabulous 5 days and would definitely return.

Flooded

The hotel is good in general, staff is friendly and food is good however if you spend a significant amount of money to stay in a luxuxy hotel, you don't expect to need to pay to use the jacuzzi and heated pool. I was very disapointed when I found out as it is not clear when we make the resetvation that you need to pay extra for the spa.

My brother and I flew in from New Jersey for a quick weekend trip to visit one of the clubs nearby, and we had such a great stay ! The customer service was amazing ! Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived . We’ll definitely be coming back to stay here again on our next trip to Ibiza !

Everything was terrible customers service food and all

It’s a beautiful hotel with great staff. Usually, I always stayed at Ushuaïa, but this time I chose the Palladium Select. As I said, everything was perfectly fine. However, on the day of my departure, most of Ibiza was flooded. Many roads were closed — but not all. Friends of mine were staying in a rather inexpensive hotel in Ibiza Town, and that hotel faced the same problems. Still, their guests were taken to the airport. Especially in a 5-star resort, I expect solutions even in difficult situations — not a simple “it’s not possible.” “We can’t do that,” “we don’t have that,” “it’s not possible,” etc., are things I don’t expect to hear in any 5-star resort, no matter where I am in the world. The fact that it was possible is proven by the fact that I eventually walked myself along a small road leading to DC10 and continued from there to the airport. On the main road to the airport, traffic was chaotic, yes, but the road wasn’t closed — just like many others weren’t either. In this situation, the hotel should have come up with solutions instead of refusals.
