Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και η τεράστια βεράντα ήταν από τα μεγαλύτερα πλεονεκτήματα του καταλύματος. Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικά πλούσιο, με μεγάλη ποικιλία και ποιοτικά προϊόντα, ενώ το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο ήταν πραγματικά πολύ νόστιμο. Θα ήθελα επίσης να δώσω ιδιαίτερα συγχαρητήρια στην κοπέλα της υποδοχής με τα μαύρα μαλλιά, η οποία ήταν ευγενέστατη, χαμογελαστή και πάντα πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει με επαγγελματισμό και καλή διάθεση. Η φιλοξενία της έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ruhig gelegene, wunderschöne Anlage. Großer Außenpool und viel Grünfläche. Abwechslungsreiches Buffet mit tollem Service und sehr gutem Essen. Eine gute Bar mit qualitativ hochwertigen Getränke- und Weinsortiment. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und liebenswert.

Wir hatten die Deluxe Infinity Suite mit Privatpool und waren rundum begeistert. Die Suite war modern, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der private Pool war definitiv das Highlight – perfekt, um in Ruhe zu entspannen und den Urlaub zu genießen. Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön gepflegt und hat eine angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und bot eine große Auswahl, sodass für jeden etwas dabei war. Wir würden das Elounda Palm Hotel & Suites jederzeit wieder buchen und können besonders die Deluxe Suite mit Privatpool jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten und hochwertigen Urlaub auf Kreta verbringen möchte. Sehr schönen Hotel, nette Leute und schöne Umgebungen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Pool, blick aufs Meer. Frühstück auch sehr gut, ausser vielleicht das Kaffee. Aber, dafür eine Kapselmaschine im Zimmer.

We were only there for one night but were especially impressed with how clean the room/property was. We enjoyed the dinner buffet and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was very spacious and we had a chance to enjoy the balcony for our morning coffee. We would stay here again if in the area.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour, hôtel confortable, bien situe. Suite avec piscine privée, grande terrasse ensoleillée et magnifique vue mer. Petit déjeuner très bien, les autres repas a améliorer en qualité. Spa moyen et cher. Personnel plus ou moins accueillant.

Excellent resort and service

What a wonderful week spent in this lovely hotel, we couldn't find any fault. Our room (607) with its own infinity pool had amazing sea views that were so lovely to wake up to every morning, especially catching the sunrise, the room itself is spacious bright and clean. The staff are all friendly and attentive. We had a few lunches in the hotel, all incredibly tasty. The pool bar is a great place to enjoy cocktails, and listen to some falo music. The town is just a pleasant 20 min walk, where you'll find lots of sea front restaurants and bars to choose from. All in all a fantastic relaxing week in Crete!

We have absolutely loved our stay here! The staff are all wonderful - from the bar and restaurant staff to reception, everyone has been so friendly, helpful and kind and made us feel so at home and comfortable. We can’t thank them enough!!! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food and drinks are 10/10!!! Cocktails are really delicious and unique, and the food is some of the best we’ve eaten all week - even beating many of the restaurants in town! Lovely views across the bay, and the pool area is so chill and relaxed. Would 100% come back!!!

The room was great, lots of space for our luggage and our toddler to run around. The private pool is the perfect size and the water was very clean. They cleaned our room daily. Staff are friendly and happy to help. I would definitely go back.

Very lovely property and a relaxing stay. The hotel was bright, clean, comfortable and extremely stylish. We particularly loved lounging by the salt water pool. The hotel had lovely dining options on property.

Such a beautiful hotel. Newly refurbished rooms with a peaceful pool/ bar area. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. You are treated like a friend. Shops and waterfront restaurants are within an easy 15 minute walk of the hotel, which is perfect.

My fiancé and I came here for our honeymoon. Beautiful and quiet hotel with a charming town and city right next to it. Beautiful beaches, and very friendly locals and staff. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Crete.
