英語が喋れない私たちですが、受付のお姉さんが分かるようにゆっくり説明してくれたり、バイキング会場でスプーンが見つからず探していたらスタッフの方が声をかけてくれたり、とにかくスタッフの方がとても親切でした！ホテル内も綺麗だし、海を見ながらご飯が食べれたり最高でした！ここにして本当に良かったです！

オールインクルーシブと思っていたのに、夕飯は別料金がかかった。 都心部にはバスで1時間かかり遠かった。 まわりに何もなかった。 宿泊客がとても多いホテルだった。

大きなリゾートホテルです。 金。土と中国日本料理を予約すれば選べますが、殆ど期待出来ません。 大食堂で十分です。

4歳児と乳児の家族四人での宿泊でしたが、総合的に大満足でした。 まずは、立地が最高。 目の前がビーチで、ゴゾ島・コミノ島へのアクセスも良好です。 そして、オールインクルーシブのホテルでは、毎日ペットボトルが冷蔵庫いっぱいに補充され、日中はいくらでもリフィルできますし、それも必要ないくらい、飲食は充実しています。 朝7時の朝食から、夜10時までの夕食まで基本的にどの時間でもどこかの場所で、何か飲み食いすることができるので、非常に助かりました。 驚きは、ビール・ワイン・カクテルのお酒まで飲み放題だというところ。 また、提携している4つのレストランでのディナーも予約すれば、フリーで利用できるようになっており、食事に関しては全く飽きませんでした。 また子供向けのイベントも多く、息子も昼は海で楽しみ、夜はイベントや、室内遊技場で目一杯遊んでいました。 スタッフは皆優しく、親切で、子連れの私達にとっては非常に快適な旅となりました。 ハエが多かったり、クーラーが少し弱かったりと南の島ならではの事もありましたが、それもあまりマイナス要因と感じさせない旅でした。 ぜひまたこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

The staff were great, room was a little disappointing as our balcony was just above the roof and view was blocked by the domed roof of the entertainment area. Also the air con didnt work very well, it just seemed to move the hot air around but the temp in October was bareable. The hotel in general was a little worn out. Just small things like the grouting, light switches, socket outlets. Definitely 1st world issues though!

I really enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 10 ranging from 7 to 80 and we all had a great time. The hotel was clean and staff were great. Food options were good and pretty much what you would expect from a all inclusive hotel. The food wasnt amazing but it was good enough for what you needed and paid for. I requested a walk in shower as my mother has reduced mobility and they dealt with this perfectly. The only slight draw backs were as follows; I reported via the app that our safe didnt work and they never came to repair it. I requested the use of a hair dryer as the built in ones were not good for my wife but they couldnt supply anything. There are no lifeguards which for a family hotel, I thought was strange. Other than the main restaurant, there were no other lunch options. From going to similar hotels in the past, ive always had access to a pool side quick bite type of thing to save having to dry off and get dressed. The air con was sufficient but im glad it was October as it didnt seem too cool. Other than those minor things, i would definitely return. Oh the evening entertainment team were so good. I didnt expect much from an in house team but the shows were great.

We had inclusive plus so ate in the lounge. Nice nreakfast (both theserved from menu and buffet).

Some Of the staff needed to be able to smile and be polite. The vip upgrade is not worth it if you have children.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich gut. Aber das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind gerade noch akzeptabel, aber der Fön ist eigentlich kein Fön. Für heutige Zeiten nicht akzeptabel. Der Service ist wirklich gut. Der Spa Bereich und Gym sind auch sehr gut. das Essen war ganz ok bis gut. Das Hotel ist schon familienfreundlich, aber es könnte etwas mehr für Kinder geboten werden.

Prijs kwaliteit zeker in orde. Eten goed en gevarieerd.

In der Wellnessarea war es nicht wirklich ruhig, auch nicht bei den Spa Anwendungen. Man konnte dort keine Entspannung finden. Der Rest im Hotel war super! Also nur ein *kleiner*Makel.

The property was clean, staff were very friendly and efficient. Location of Hotel was great, almost on the beach. The food and drink were of a good standard, and there was plenty to choose from.

Das Hotel an sich war schön. Die Klimaanlage und die Ventilatoren waren sehr laut das man sie Nachts kaum anmachen konnte. Allerdings haben wir uns nicht beschwert. Trotzdem wir die 8€ Pauschale über Expedia bezahlt haben mussten wir sie vor Ort nochmals bezahlen. Wusste nicht ob das nötig war, hab aber auch hier nicht nachgefragt. Das Essen war an den Buffets sehr gut, den Aufwand in den zusätzlichen Restaurants extra was zu buchen sparen wir uns falls wir mal wiederkommen. Wir sind immer anschließend ins Coral gegangen da uns das essen in den anderen Restaurants nicht geschmeckt hat. Pool ist sehr gut und der Strand sind auch super. Busverbindungen sind auch gut. Mietwagen in der Lobby war etwas caotisch. Die Dame war bemüht aber an dem Tag überbucht und somit etwas überfordert. Habe automatik gebucht und bezahlt aber nur einen Schalter erhalten. Den Stress im linksverkehr wollte ich mir mit Schalter eigentlich sparen. Da gab es auch kein Geld zurück. Kann aber auch das Hotel nichts für.
