英語が喋れない私たちですが、受付のお姉さんが分かるようにゆっくり説明してくれたり、バイキング会場でスプーンが見つからず探していたらスタッフの方が声をかけてくれたり、とにかくスタッフの方がとても親切でした！ホテル内も綺麗だし、海を見ながらご飯が食べれたり最高でした！ここにして本当に良かったです！

オールインクルーシブと思っていたのに、夕飯は別料金がかかった。 都心部にはバスで1時間かかり遠かった。 まわりに何もなかった。 宿泊客がとても多いホテルだった。

大きなリゾートホテルです。 金。土と中国日本料理を予約すれば選べますが、殆ど期待出来ません。 大食堂で十分です。

4歳児と乳児の家族四人での宿泊でしたが、総合的に大満足でした。 まずは、立地が最高。 目の前がビーチで、ゴゾ島・コミノ島へのアクセスも良好です。 そして、オールインクルーシブのホテルでは、毎日ペットボトルが冷蔵庫いっぱいに補充され、日中はいくらでもリフィルできますし、それも必要ないくらい、飲食は充実しています。 朝7時の朝食から、夜10時までの夕食まで基本的にどの時間でもどこかの場所で、何か飲み食いすることができるので、非常に助かりました。 驚きは、ビール・ワイン・カクテルのお酒まで飲み放題だというところ。 また、提携している4つのレストランでのディナーも予約すれば、フリーで利用できるようになっており、食事に関しては全く飽きませんでした。 また子供向けのイベントも多く、息子も昼は海で楽しみ、夜はイベントや、室内遊技場で目一杯遊んでいました。 スタッフは皆優しく、親切で、子連れの私達にとっては非常に快適な旅となりました。 ハエが多かったり、クーラーが少し弱かったりと南の島ならではの事もありましたが、それもあまりマイナス要因と感じさせない旅でした。 ぜひまたこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

Hotel all inclusive con tutti i servizi, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Spiaggia libera davanti o con ombrelloni e lettini a pagamento. Consigliatissimo per famiglie.

Les chambres sont propres , il y a l essentiel . A notre arrivée nous avons eu une chambre au 1 er étage avec une vue affreuse sur la reserve de transats entassés. Le personnel a été tres compréhensif et adorable en acceptant de nous changer de chambre. Le personnel est disponible et agréable. Niveau restauration, il y a du choix . Il faut penser à réserver dans les autres restaurants de l'hôtel si on ne veut pas toujours manger au restaurant principal. Concernant les activités, la piscine extérieure est très très froide. Il y a pas mal de transats et d espace autour de la piscine , en tout cas en avril. Hotel parfait pour les familles ou si on veut être au calme. Un peu trop calme pour nous , il manque un peu de musique ou d un minimum d animation dans les bars de l hôtel. La plage est en face de l hôtel, les arrêts de bus aussi. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, merci à tout le personnel.

We had a wonderful holiday here and would definitely return. The resort is kept clean, the spa is great and the staff are genuinely lovely.

Fijn hotel dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Verrassend goed eten - vooral tijdens de lunch en het avondeten was er altijd wel iets te vinden, prima dranken selectie en mogelijkheid tot all inclusive plus voor premium dranken. Wij hadden kleine kinderen mee en konden hier geen gebruik van maken, desondanks denk ik niet dat we veel tekort zijn gekomen. Elke avond een entertainment programma dat de ene dag beter was dan het andere, maar altijd wel vermakelijk. Het animatieteam deed ook erg haar best om zowel kids als ouderen mee te laten doen met allerlei spelletjes en activiteiten. Het hotel ligt aan een drukke weg, ook (vooral) de kamers met zeezicht. Ik zou liever land zicht of zwembad zicht kiezen als ik terug kwam. Dingen die beter konden: reserveringssysteem voor de restaurants was altijd erg snel vol / weinig beschikbaar, terwijl de keren dat we er zaten het er niet op leek dat het écht vol zat.

Belle piscine , personnel très poli, chambre propre et spacieuse , bémol sur la nourriture qui ne change pas beaucoup mais bonne , bowling petit et un peu vétuste , l’ensemble est très correct , je recommande

Tägliches Abendprogramm,Zimmer zum Pool sind besser als die zum Meer,da es eine stark befahrene Strasse etwas laut macht.

We had a lovely 5 night say. Very family friendly, we went with our 2.5year old and he had the best time. Pools are great and right by the most gorgeous beach and sea. We opted for a family room so we could put him to bed and still have space ourselves, it was perfect and reasonably priced. Food was good, not amazing and we had issues with the booking system for the other restaurants, although we did manage to eat at the Middle Eastern one which was nice. I am sure I could have spoken to reception to sort it out but it was never convenient. Overall I would really recommend and would go back in a heartbeat!

Nice location for a sandy beach or exploring the northern part of the island. The staff were amazing (excellent housekeeping). The animation and food were okay - diverse and rich enough, but falling somewhat short of excellent marks

Great hotel with excellent service and exceptionally helpful staff. Some areas are slightly dated, but overall everything is still very serviceable. The food was good with a varied choice, including specialty restaurants – the Oriental was excellent. We also enjoyed a special Easter lunch, which was a real treat, offering a wide selection of seafood and local cuisine. Evening entertainment was a bit of a mixed bag, but the world dances and The Greatest Showman performances were fantastic. The drinks selection and quality were very good. The swimming pool area is really spacious and well maintained, and the free water dispensers were a nice touch. The location is great, right next to a lovely beach, although it’s also close to a busy road which may be off-putting for some. There are excellent transport links to Valletta and the Gozo ferry. I would definitely recommend it and may return. All my family – kids and seniors alike – loved it. Thank you, db Seabank!

Essen sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, toll ist, dass bei AI auch die Cocktails inklusive sind. Bis auf 2 Personen an der Rezeption war das Personal durchgängig nett und zuvorkommend, Essen und Getränke konnten auch am Abreisetag noch konsumiert werden. Schöner Indoor Spielplatz für kleine Kinder, Sandstrand gleich über die Straße zu erreichen.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, man darf beim Thema Sauberkeit nicht ganz genau hinschauen. Würde eher sagen 3,5 Sterne wie 4 Sterne. Die Essen am Buffet war reichhaltig aber sehr Englisch lastig, nicht Jedermanns Geschmack. Mega voll, Kantinenmäßig, laut. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Salia, aber das Reservieren vor Ort ist fast unmöglich, weil schon ausgebucht. Kleiner Tipp: Executive Lounge buchen ;) extra Lounge, persönlich zubereitetes Frühstück (Essen in Ruhe), leckere Drinks, kostenlose Dosen und Flaschen fürs Zimmer, ganze Speisekarte im Salia darf bestellt werden. Zimmer sehr groß, Meerblick Zimmer zur viel befahren Hauptstraße. Gelegentlich komische Düfte in den Fluten, in der Sportbart riecht es auch sehr streng. Personal in der Lounge war immer mega nett.
