Hotel sangat bersih, ranjang nyaman. Dekat dengan sanctuary dan pusat perbelanjaan souvenirs, dekat dengan mini market, hanya di seberang jalan. staf sangat ramah, Would love to come back one day.

We choose the hotel because of location and reviews. We stayed for 3 nights to visit grotto. Location is very good cause close to grotto, shops and restaurants. The room is quite satisfactory and cleaned every day, but the staff did not clean the toilet seat. Even when we entered the room for the first time. We could notify the stained in the toilet and this made us uncomfortable. One time the clean staff just opened our room to do their job, although we were in the room cause we still need more time to rest due to our travel from Paris the day before. Breakfast is standard, but the fruit could be more fresher

it is a perfect location to the sanctuary. we are really glad to stay here. room is clean and staffs are helpful when we asked for information and taxi booking

Nice and clean hotel, room is quite spacious, bathroom are modernized. But unfortunately we don't find a kettle and bottled water neither the customary complimentary coffee or tea. Very near to the churches and grotto, 3 mins walk. Good for pilgrimers perhaps.
