スタッフさん達はとてもフレンドリーでさすがに五つ星ホテルなのでスリランカ四ヶ所のホテルで1番良かったです。ただ、ホテルの経営している道路を挟んでのバーベキューレストランの音響が22時過ぎまでうるさくて早く就寝したい人には厳しい条件かもしれません。バスタブが大きく湯量の供給も十分で有り難い滞在になりました。有り難うございます。

兎に角、素晴らしかった

デラックスルームに宿泊しました。 バワ建築のホテルに宿泊したく帰国前に1泊滞在しましたが、ロビーや廊下も洗練されており期待通りでした。 ルームサービスで頼んだパスタが美味しかったです。 唯一ビーチチェアに鳥の糞がついていたのが残念でした。

朝方カラスの鳴き声で目覚めるほどであった。ホテル前のビーチもごみ等もありきれいとは言い難い。２階からはヤシの木に遮られ直接はビーチが見られない。施設自体は古さを感じるが部屋などは清潔に保たれているよう。朝食もおいしくいただきました。特にスタッフさんにお世話になることはなかったが、良い対応であったと思います。日本円で１万円ほどで宿泊したので十分かと思います。

ロケーションと建築とが素晴らしい。

フロントスタッフの対応はとても良いです。 ただし、部屋係とプールスタッフはサボることしか考えていないようで最悪です。 朝食が良かったので残念です。 建物は古いですが、清掃はキチンとされています。

Room is comfortable. From the terace, I worked to pool and beach. It is some diificult finding signs such as SPA, washroom, restraunt. If the sign board will be bigger , I could easily find the way to the place.

ビーチリゾートが好きで、初めてスリランカに行きました。 ロビーや部屋の中は一見きれいでしたが、テレビが途中で映らなくなったり、WiFiが途切れがちだったのは、スリランカだったら当たり前なのでしょうか。リゾートに来ているので、これらは不要なのかもしれませんが、部屋中に下水の匂いがするのはさすがに気になりました。 このホテルは、宿泊客が自分から働きかけないと必要な情報が手に入りにくく、英語のコミュニケーションが苦手な人は苦労するかもしれません。朝食、ＳＰＡの場所や営業時間などの案内は客室内にはなく、あるのはもっぱら価格情報だけでした。ホテル館内の行き先表示も必要最低限です。宿泊客のほとんどが西洋人だったのはそのせいでしょうか。 とてもガッカリしたのは帰りの空港への送迎でした。価格を訊いたら、行きの空港からのタクシー（１５００ルピー＋チップ）の２倍以上（２６ＵＳＤ）の価格を告げられ、いいクルマを使っているからとの一点張りでした。納得がいかない自分に「日本人なんだからいいだろう？！」と言われて、これはもう次の訪問はないなと思った次第です。現地通貨の持ち合わせがなかったので、結局そのまま言い値で送迎を使いましたが、実際のクルマは行きのタクシーと何ら変わらない普通乗用車でした。 バウの建築も自分にはあまり響いてこなくて、残念な宿泊でした。

夜到着後すぐだったので、空港から近く助かりました。スリランカの初めの宿泊には、テンションが上がるので、お勧め！便利で人気ホテルだからか、少し値段は高めかな？

Staff is very friendly, top location!

Super som altid med meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. 2. Gang på hotellet og ikke sidste. Godt som fly hotel, men også afslapning og sightseeing

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The location, right on the beach was great. We loved having drinks on The Deck and watching the sunset.

Short stay but well looked after by the friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Jetwing Beach is a great spot to recover from your jet lag on your arrival to Sri Lanka. It's close to the airport and everything you need is provided in a luxurious setting, without the hustle and bustle of Colombo.

Très grande chambre avec vue sur mer, magnifique piscine à deux pas de la plage. Literie de très grand confort. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Par contre la mauvaise insonorisation d’un vieil hôtel de charme. Personnel très accueillant, plusieurs options de restauration sur place et en dehors juste à côté. Je recommande.

It was great!

What a perfect start to a holiday in Sri Lanka. The staff were incredible and this hotel is beautifully located on the beach. We loved taking time to relax and also wonder up the beach to see the local fisherman bringing their catch in. We even had a beautiful meal under the stars. Would 100% recommend!

Ein sehr stilvolles und typisches Hotel auf Sri Lanka. Durch die Nebensaison hatten wir Set Menu zum Frühstück. Fand ich Klasse. Die Zimmer 201 sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Roomservice war perfekt. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag super gereinigt und abends wurde so gar das Bett zum Schlafen aufgedeckt. Das Essen und der Service excellent. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
