このホテルは、とても居心地が良かったです。スタッフは、とても親切でフレンドリー、中庭にはお花が沢山咲き、美しく整備されています。食事も美味しかったです。マチュピチュの行き帰りに泊まりましたが、疲れた身体を癒されました。

素晴らしいホテル。環境、従業員の応対、居心地すべてに満足。

マチュピチュ観光の後で二泊しました。オリャンタイタンボ駅からは40分以上かかり周りには何もなさそうな所でした。しかし施設は素晴らしく、まるで中世のヨーロッパの村のようでした。 食事も大変素晴らしく、中庭には教会やアルパカも飼われと、観光に疲れた方は、こちらでのんびりすごすのもお勧めです。 乗馬体験をしたかったのですが、あいにく手配できず、その他のアクティビティ(観光以外)が特になく、長期滞在にはちょっと退屈でした。

La struttura è di livello medio. La pizzeria discreta e così anche la colazione. La camera deludente. Il lavandino del bagno perdeva abbondantemente. Nei dintorni l’assoluto deserto. In sostanza soggiorno deludente. Avrei preferito tornare a dormire a Cusco

This place is simply fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean. The resort is very cute, very well maintained and the restaurants offer so many choices. The food is delicious! The staff is very helpful and friendly, like ao many people is Peru. The breakfast buffet haa many choices and there is an omelet station where they make them to order. Also the kitchen made pancakes and gluten free pancakes for my wife who is celiac. There are plenty of local dishes/foods too. I will finish by thanking Fernando, Lucero and the Sonesta staff for giving us memories of a lifetime!

What a beautiful hotel! The room was spotless, the staff was so professional and friendly. The views of the Andes breathtaking. The many restaurants were excellent!

This was the most scenic and beautiful hotel we stayed in our entire Peru trip. We could see the mountains from our balcony. Secluded hotel. Perfect for a quiet getaway. We stayed here for one night. The room was huge and beds very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety and the staff helped us get some vegetarian options from the kitchen made for us. The restaurant and cafe onsite had good options. Some things to note which doesn’t take away any stars from the review but good to be aware of. There is no other entertainment on the property to keep kid busy. The wood flooring was creaking a lot in our room. Maybe needs some attention. Overall we loved our stay here and it was a wonderful property.
