Beautiful location- hope to stay here again!

Wij zijn er een midweek geweest, en was prima. ontvangst was goed, en duidelijke uitleg. de huisjes waren schoon en netjes. niet te groot maar prima te doen. verder was er iedere avond was er een foodtruck. het is een mooie locatie om de omgeving te zien.

Make sure you communicate with the property before you arrive on what time you will be arriving. There is not a normal reception like most hotels/places to stay. When we called the number because we couldn’t get through the gate, the lady was speaking to someone else and laughing. Very unprofessional and rude. The place itself was nothing special, I selected a double bed, twins and a pull out for 5 of us staying and the bed upstairs was just two twins put together & they kept sliding apart, then my teens slept on the pull out couch and my youngest had a pull out mattress on the floor. Very uncomfortable. Will not be booking with this property again. Nothing like described on Expedia.

Pierre & Vacances Residence Le Green Beach is a summer holiday rental, not a hotel, and this distinction should be more transparent during booking. Unfortunately, this lack of clarity significantly impacted our experience. When we arrived, the unit was unheated and incredibly cold, with an indoor thermometer reading below 10°C (50°F). Despite turning on all available heaters and leaving them on while we went out for dinner, the temperature only rose to 11°C (52°F). We contacted reception, but the technician who came simply confirmed the heaters were working and left without addressing the issue. The heating system lacked the capacity to make the unit comfortable, forcing my family to sleep fully dressed in multiple layers. Even after running the heat all night, the ground floor remained freezing, and we left the next morning due to the unlivable conditions. Other issues included a non-functioning dryer and small, frustrating extra charges—€1 for a second facility map and €0.20 for a splash of milk in a €1 coffee. These fees, while minor, left us feeling nickel-and-dimed. The property is also remote, requiring a 10-minute drive to the nearest town, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. While the residence may be suitable for summer stays, it is wholly unfit for winter visits due to inadequate heating and lack of comfort. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend it for off-season stays.

Tres bon sejour, personnelfres sympathiques, avenant, que ce soit le gardien de nuit, qui a été tres professionnel. Ou le personnel de l'accueil Nathan ,nous donne des conseils de visite, tres gentil..merci beaucoup.

Bon sejour en famille. Logement propre. Literie un peu dur pour nous mais confortable.

We loved staying here for just a couple nights. Staff were great. Local food trucks most nights. Games to borrow. Firewood to buy.

Super hyggeligt sted midt på en golfbane. Personalet var meget servicemindede og klar med gode råd til hvad skulle se. Husene er gamle og lidt slidte, men enormt hyggelige. Jeg kommer gerne igen.

Very lovely apartment style to stay at with family. Easy access to war memorials that we want to pay our respects to.

Du personnel performant et Valérie très sympathique qui a su répondre à nos questions, mais tout le personnel est vraiment au top.

Sanitair en keuken zijn verouderd ,balkon kon wel een verfje gebruiken.

I did like the bakery sales wagon in the morning with excellent organic baguettes and croissants as well as the evening sales wagon with daily varying food like crepes, fries etc.

Nice summer stay, very nice staff, great pools, the houses could do with a bit of a make over but overall a very nice stay for our family and we'll definately make use of P&V again!

Mycket trevligt och bra läge. Bra även med mindre barn för det finns aktiviteter. Nära till allt i Normandie. Skönt att kunna ta ett dopp i poolen och ha egen uteplats. Bra att det kommer matvagnar till området om man inte vill ta sig iväg och äta eller laga skjälv.

Selvom der er 147 lejligheder, var der ro. Pænt og rent, omend lidt slidt. Vi havde en dejlig uge.

The staff were incredible and the accommodation was great. We stayed for two night to visit to explore the various World War locations. Would highly Recommend.

Slidte lejligheder, som trænger til renovering, rengøringen var dårlig. Ellers et fantastisk sted med dejlige omgivelser og et godt udgangspunkt for oplevelser i Normandiet.

Very basic and rooms a little tired looking. Nice surroundings.

Alla var väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Vi bodde i ett självhushåll, men resturangutbudet vid själva boendet/hotellet var en foodtruck, annars var det bilkörning till middagen om man inte fixar maten själv. Nu gjorde vi ju det, så för oss var det inga problem. Ytskikt och städning var helt ok, även om det skulle behöva en uppiggning.

Trevlig omgivning med pool. Trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Faciliteterna behöver ses över och renoveras för att nå upp till fyra stjärnor. I övrigt ett lugnt och trevligt område med bra storlek på lägenheterna.
