５連伯しました。毎日のハウスキーピングは整理整頓するだだけでシーツ・タオルの交換はなしでビックリ！セーフティボックスは固定されていませんでした。

４星のホテルとは言えません。部屋は狭くバスなどの設備は古く配管の臭いが気になりました。隣の建物が工事中でコンクリートのホコリがしょっちゅう舞い上がっていました。

住所が飛び地になっているので、番地で探す場合は注意が必要です。丘の上の方にあるのに夜も早朝も結構車が通ります。

ホテルの立地、朝食など値段を考えると悪くないと思うが、ホテルフロントの態度が良くなかった。

70代の母と２人旅でした。 リスボン空港から空港バスで12番のロシオ駅近くのバス停で下車。 そこからリベルダーデという大きな通りを上がって行ったところまではいいのですが、ソフィテルホテルの手前を左折したところから迷いました。 そこからわりときつめの坂道だったので、スーツケースをひいての上り坂は母には少しきつかったようです。 でもやっとたどり着いた時にドアを開けるのに手間取っていた私たちにフロントの若い男性が「もっと早くドアを開ければよかったね」と笑顔で出迎えてくれてホッとしました。 普通に歩けば15分以内の距離です。 部屋は広々としていました。 ツインベッドのある１部屋とシングルベッドと机のある部屋の２部屋でスーツケースも余裕をもって開けられます。 私たちの部屋にはバスタブもついていて、石けんの他にシャンプーもコンディショナーもありました。 ドライヤーはリクエストが必要だったので、事前にその旨を記載したら部屋にありました。 スタッフはすばらしいのひと言です。 ロカ岬の行き方をフロントで聞いた時の男性スタッフは懇切丁寧に説明してくれ「よかったらツアーもあるよ」とパンフレットもくれました。 この方は親切すぎるぐらい親切で、いろんな観光地をオススメしてくれたのも助かりました。 朝食はメニューから食べたいものを選びオーダーすると作ってくれます。 パンも４種類ぐらいあって、卵も目玉焼きかスクランブルにするか選べます。 どれもおいしかったです。 バイロアルトやロシオ駅なども徒歩圏内で観光にとても便利でした。 値段も高くなかったですし、とても快適に過ごせました。

初めてのリスボン滞在で、土地勘がなくどのエリアに滞在すれば良いか正直迷いました。hotels.comの地図でエリアを選ぶにもなかなか決めかねたのですが、地下鉄の駅から少々遠そうなことを承知で予算の都合もあってこちらを選びました。 結果的に悪くない選択ができたと思います。駅からは上り坂でしたが、スーツケースを転がしていくにはさほど苦にならず、徒歩5分くらいでしたでしょうか、全く問題なし。さらにロシオ広場までも歩いて行ける距離で、シントラなどの郊外へ行く駅にも徒歩圏内、バイロ・アルトへのケーブルカーも利用するのも便利でした。 ホテルのスタッフも、フロント、朝食のレストランなど皆親切で心地の良い滞在でした。特に部屋のクリーニング、消耗品の補充など、ヨーロッパのホテルでは漏れがありがちなサービスもここでは大変行き届いており快適でした。 ホテルの外観は地味で周辺も決して栄えている場所ではありませんが、短期の滞在ではじゅうぶんでした。

中心市街地に徒歩で行けるため観光には最適でした。たくさん買い物をした日は、一度荷物を部屋に置きに戻り再度観光していました。 ホテル自体はこじんまりとしていましたが、清潔で部屋がとても広く（ベッド２台の寝室＋８畳位の部屋＋バスルーム）ゆったりできました。 また、朝食はメニューから好きな物を選んで頼めたため出来立てで美味しい朝食をお腹いっぱい食べていました。 アメニティのシャンプーだと髪の毛がパサパサになることと、部屋での声が廊下に聞こえてきたこと、あとはテレビの見方が分からなかった（隣の部屋からはテレビの音が聞こえてきました。）ので評価が１つ欠けましたが、スタッフの方もとても親切でまた泊まりたいです。 ちなみに日本人の宿泊者は私たちだけでした。

The staff at Hotel Principe were so warm and welcoming and helpful, a highlight. We loved the location , botanical gardens nearby , restaurants etc. the hotel is immaculate. And breakfast every am in the dining room was delicious. Fresh squeeezed ok delivered to your table , wonder coffee and hot milk , fresh fruits cut up and you can order many things from the menu. Our breakfast lasted us the whole day. Comfortable beds , ma plenty of hot water ! We will definitely be coming back !

Hårda sängar, varmt pga luftkonditioneringen var felinställd men vilket åtgärdades efter tillsägning. God frukost, rent och trevlig personal. Centralt bra läge.

Lovely hotel. Extremely friendly helpful staff. Loved the welcome drink of White Port and the Portuguese cookie. We had a Suite which was lovely and spacious. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was cooked to order and was lovely. Nice touch to have bubbly available. Yes the hotel is on a hill but wasn't too severe and ocne at the top, the area was lovely.

Only stayed for one night, was best price in the area, room was small but ok for 1 night, a bit of noise from other rooms/doors etc, breakfast was beautiful, fresh on order, good location not far from center5-10 minute walk, not many spaces at hotel but plenty pay to park around the streets, staff friendly and helpful

O hitel é sumpatico.os funvionarios educados e o czfe da manha fredco e muito bom. No entanto a acomodação oferecida foi pessima. Relatei que eramos duas senhoras idosas. Que quetianis duas camas individuais. Os deram um quarto escuro com uma cama de casal normal. Anheifk com banheira. Sofa com cupim e com lompeza precaria. Solicitamos cancelamento . O local tambem muito solitario e ingrime. Dificuktando nossa locomocao.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days and I loved staying here! It is located in a nice quiet area that is just around the corner from a beautiful park and a 5 minute walk to either the main avenue or the Chiado neighborhood restaurants, shops and bars. Every morning I had cooked to order breakfast and a choice of delicious pastries and fresh juices. The staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to suggestions of things to see or experience. The room I stayed in was wonderful, very spacious with a magnificent view of the city and a comfortable bed. When I return to Lisbon, Portugal I will definitely stay here again.

Chambre très spacieuse pour 3 personnes tres propre à côté de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Le personnel serviable et surtout un petit-déjeuner comme on en fait peu on est servi à table et un large choix. Nous reviendrons certainement,le prix raisonnable. A recommander.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Also, a great location! We were there on International Women's Day and they left as a nice surprise in our room, two roses and brownie. We would stay again!

The hotel was centrally located and the breakfast (especially the coffee) was delicious. The staff was always attentive, helpful and professional. Would recommend this hotel
