The customer service was friendly and their response was quick, making the experience very pleasant. Above all, the view of the beach and Burleigh Heads from the room was absolutely breathtaking.

入室時電気のブレーカーが落とされていたのに事前説明はなかった。 おまけにリビングの窓が全開、蛾が数十匹室内を飛び回っていて駆除に時間がかかった。そして古い冷蔵庫のせいか悪臭が発生、最悪の状況だった。翌日苦情を言って２泊を残しチェックアウトを申し出たところ別の部屋をオファーされが、この施設から離れたかったので断った。 結果２泊分の返金もなし。

部屋は広く、バルコニーからはサーファーズパラダイスが一望できてよかったです。歩いて１０分の所にバーレイヘッズ国立公園があり朝の散歩に最適！トカゲやターキーに普通に会える。食事も近くにシーフードが美味しいレストランが多数あり便利。ゴキブリが一匹ベッドルームにいました。それとカーテンレールからカーテンがぶらんと半分くらいぶら下がっていたので私たちが壊したと疑われるのが嫌なので、私たちの到着前から既に壊れていたことを手紙に書いて伝えました。

Perfect holiday with small kids. Great view of the ocean. Clean apartment, well stocked. Early check in and amazing value for late check out. Friendly staff. Easy walk to the beach and shops. Loved the heated pool. This was our 4th stay at Gemini and we will definitely be back.

Room was great, awesome views. Staff were great, texted me at 8.45am and told us we could check in straight away even though check in was supposed to be 2pm.

Amazing room, location and view

Had a lovely time at my oceanview apartment. The view was amazing, the apartment had everything I wanted and the staff were very accommodating to my requests. Great access to beach and nature walks. Would recommend to everyone.

Our apt was fantastic with the most amazing view of the bay! It was modern, clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more. Burleigh Heads was certainly a favourite of ours and we will definitely be returning.

Good ocean view from lounge room. Great swimming pool. Construction noise at night from light rail building and during the day starting at 7am floors above the apartment were very noisy.

Room was comfortable and easy walkability to beach and walks. Close to restaurants.
