ロビー、部屋が清潔、十分な広さ、ウェルカムドリンクあり 周辺にレストラン、繁華街まで徒歩圏内、セキュリティ面も安心 プールが良い ただし朝食がビュッフェでないので物足りない

中庭が素敵でした。ハンモックに揺られて猛暑をしのぎ、プールで身体の熱を逃がすことができました。 朝食はアメリカンブレックファストで、卵料理の好みも聞いてもらえます。 私たちはレストランの中で食べましたが、道路を挟んだ向かいの公園にもピクニックテーブルやパラソルでホテル専用の食事場所があり、そこで食事をしている宿泊客もいました。 部屋は、広いですが正直きれいとは言えません。クローゼットの木の枠が腐食していたり、シャワーも熱い湯はでるものの勢いがないなど、星ランクには見合わっていないと感じました。 冷蔵庫とテレビ、電気式の置時計（アラーム付き）がありました。バスタブはありません。 ホテル玄関には、５つ星でブティックホテルという標記がありましたが、どう甘い評価をしたとしても４つ星がせいぜい、人によっては３つ星という感じです。 朝食時、パスポート、カメラ、予備の多額現金などの貴重品は身に着けていたのですが、気のゆるみから少額の入った普段使いの財布を部屋に置きっぱなしにしてしまい、４００ペソ（２００ペソ札２枚）が行方不明になりました。毎日、出納帳をつけているため勘違いではないと思いますが、気の緩みを反省しました（被害が４００ペソでまだ幸いでした）。 立地は、ソカロまで徒歩１０分以内と最高です。

Nice hotel. Close to the colonial center of Mérida. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Beautiful property. Very clean and very beautiful. The two queen bedrooms were enormous. Location is spectacular — cannot be beat. It’s both lively and quiet (i.e. no loud bars or clubs but a lively small square with lots of sit down restaurants and cafes and family-friendly music).

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Lucia hotel . The property is centrally located between historic center and Calle Montejo. Everything is walking distance to historic landmark and great restaurants. I will definitely stay at Casa Lucia again.

The hotel staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The room was perfect with a small balcony that we could go out on just to enjoy the nice evenings. The restroom had all the extras you could want. Would definitely stay here again!

Modern Hacienda decor, great bathroom, spacious room . Across the street from Plaza Lucia, which has several good restaurants. Also close to the main square.

This property is an excellent choice. The only barely negative is no coffee maker in the room. That is only a problem because I am an early riser and most places don’t open till 7 am

Checked in for a two day stay as part of a longer Mérida vacation. Perfectly located with very nice grounds and pool. Friendly staff.

El personal de recepción es completamente nefasto, no nos dieron la habitación que era, y aún así son groseros y dicen que hay clientes mas importantes. Llamaron a la policía para sacarnos “por escuchar música en piscina” Definitivamente carecen de empatía y reflejan sus problemas personales en el trabajo.

Great location but property is aging & not being update to the standards that the price is being charged. On this stay the room was not ready at 3:00 PM. Waited 15 minutes but room ready but was complete in a rushed manner: no extra toilet paper, now vault instructions,TV remotes don’t work properly & no instructions.

The hotel has beautiful architecture with gorgeous views of the garden area. The staff takes great care of the property, and the plants everywhere in the hallways and patio area are gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool was warm and cleaned every morning. I will be back!

Love the location of this hotel, its a blast to the past with a modern twist, their staff was super nice and helpful..its exactly where you want to be if you want to see Merida

We just spent 8 nights here. It is very well located, right across from the square and about four blocks from plaza grande. The rooms are big, the pool was great, and the staff were wonderful!

We had a room in the very back of the garden and enjoyed the peace and quiet right in the middle of the happening area. Wonderful to hang out on balcony or by the pool in lush gardens. Wish they would provide access to coffee before 7:30 am. Can't beat the location!

Excellent stay- hotel staff courteous and knowledgeable.. room was lovely.. patio and pool area very nice… location in El Centro could not be beat!
