中庭が素敵でした。ハンモックに揺られて猛暑をしのぎ、プールで身体の熱を逃がすことができました。 朝食はアメリカンブレックファストで、卵料理の好みも聞いてもらえます。 私たちはレストランの中で食べましたが、道路を挟んだ向かいの公園にもピクニックテーブルやパラソルでホテル専用の食事場所があり、そこで食事をしている宿泊客もいました。 部屋は、広いですが正直きれいとは言えません。クローゼットの木の枠が腐食していたり、シャワーも熱い湯はでるものの勢いがないなど、星ランクには見合わっていないと感じました。 冷蔵庫とテレビ、電気式の置時計（アラーム付き）がありました。バスタブはありません。 ホテル玄関には、５つ星でブティックホテルという標記がありましたが、どう甘い評価をしたとしても４つ星がせいぜい、人によっては３つ星という感じです。 朝食時、パスポート、カメラ、予備の多額現金などの貴重品は身に着けていたのですが、気のゆるみから少額の入った普段使いの財布を部屋に置きっぱなしにしてしまい、４００ペソ（２００ペソ札２枚）が行方不明になりました。毎日、出納帳をつけているため勘違いではないと思いますが、気の緩みを反省しました（被害が４００ペソでまだ幸いでした）。 立地は、ソカロまで徒歩１０分以内と最高です。

The room we booked via Expedia was the hotel's cheapest room in the older part which was fine but smaller than the other rooms in the newer building. The location can't be beat! The property seems to be aging and needs some updating but still nice. My only complaint is the quality of towels in the bathroom was of very low quality and torn both ends. This is the second time we have torn towels when we stayed in the cheaper rooms in the older section of the hotel. This is an area management needs to address.

Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Lovely decor and quiet and beautiful grounds made you feel like your were staying in a more remote resort when you are in the middle of downtown. Room service didn’t come through with our morning coffee, but we chalked that up to bad communication. Would stay here again when looking for a place in Centro Mérida.

Very cute hotel, centrally located. Clean comfortable room. Front desk was excellent, he helped with travel arrangements. Highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location! The rooms were a nice size and the HVAC seemed to handle the winter weather well. The property was nice and clean and inviting to hangout outside. There was also a very friendly cat that roamed the interior and greeted guests. However, my biggest issue was the WiFi was spotty. We were on the second floor and it would cut out intermittently. Overall, I would strongly consider coming back!

Lovely hotel and excellent location. We had a great time over New Year’s Eve. The breakfast (if you opt in to have breakfast included) is in the restauarant attached to the hotel and offers a variety of choices off their breakfast menu. There is a gated parking lot also on site for 10 cars. We were assigned a specific spot for our 3 nights which was a benefit knowing it wasn’t a “first come first serve” each day. Rooms with pool view are really lovely. What a hidden gem of a hotel with a great small pool, palapa and garden area.

Very modern hotel. Very well located. Easy park. Friendly staff and very clean. The only thing is that the breakfast doesn’t match the quality of the hotel, but it is still tasty.

The room was beautiful, very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The shower had great water pressure. Staff were all friendly and ready to help if needed.

No better location than this - in front of Santa Lucia Plaza for the Thursday evening serenade and steps away from great meals at Teya, Chaya Maya, and Mercado 60. Nadia and colleagues were helpful and patient.

First rate and reasonable. I will stay again.
